I eat here at least once a week as I work on Annacis Island. The staff is kind and always give me an extra scoop of noodles or rice (whatever the special is that day). The food is always fresh and hot. Decent little hole in the wall restaurant. I’m always in and out in less than an hour.

Gave me three pieces of bacon instead of 4 like I paid for, told me they didn't sell fruit salad even though it said so online and on their In-store menu board, the hash browns were basically just potatoes soaked in oil, the ladies were rude and unpleasant to deal with, and the bathrooms were in terrible shape, with urine on the floor and plugged toilets. So nasty. Very disappointed with this place. The omelet was great though!

Great food. Great customer service. Reasonable pricing. Great vegetarian options. The Falafels are hand made and never frozen. The soups are bit salty and spicy for my taste. I am a picky eater and believe me when I tell you the food here is amazing! Love love love this place! Would highly recommend :)

The amazing service you receive here is the kind that stays with you and makes your day so much better. Thanks for the awesome recommendations, the chicken quinoa wrap is the best wrap I've had in a while, so flavourful and filling!! Food is good.. But the chef was yelling at one of the server lady's, being extremely mean and rude to her. She was so embarrassed I felt so bad for her, I really should have said something to him!! Big guy with glasses and a pony tail.. I won't be eating here again because of this idiot!!

We have ordered from Twin Bridges Catering twice now; Once to feed 320 staff members, and a second time to feed 440 staff members. They have gone above and beyond both times to ensure our staff have a pleasant experience and have been able to provide us with a broad range of plate choices that allow us to feed our multicultural body of staff with cuisine from all sorts of different culinary regions. Each of our meals have been individually packaged as per our request due to COVID restrictions, their staff always arrives with masks on and jumps right in with unloading, organizing meat from vegetarian and assisting us with our companies desired display options. I highly recommend Twin Bridges Catering for any large corporate meals.

I go here for breakfast whenever Im in town.The food is good and the coffee hot and the prices fair.My only thing is when you make a omelette I prefer my ingredient not so finely chopped.The people here are always friendly and polite.

Organized breakfast for a group of 35 as the starting part of an event on the Annacis Island. The service was good, everyone got their breakfast quickly and was happy with the food. I'm planning to bring in another group for the next event held in the area.

Used to be our go to place for lunches, catering etc. We have spent over 10k at this place since 2012 and over the last 2 years this place has degraded severely. The main lady is very nice and works hard but the man is useless and appears to be the main element in the downfall. When you don't even have bread to make a sandwich and it's 10:30 am on Tuesday you've lost touch with the business. Too bad since the location pretty much has a monopoly on Annacis Island.

I've been training near this place for almost 2 weeks now, and gone almost every day for lunch. Awesome home made food! Today I had the quinoa chicken salad special, and it was the best salad I've had in ages. They also have phenomenal French fries. Definitely recommend!

Got the fish and chips to do. Arrived back at work and there’s no tartar in the bag.. who eats fish and chips without it ..? Not to mention the fish itself was greasy and tasted.. off. Fries are good but definitely not hand made as advertised on the website. Over priced for what I for, should call them fish nuggets. Service is sub par, won’t be back. Also fish had LOTS of bones.. couldn’t even finish it. What a waste

One of the perks about where I work is that we get to have "Free lunch Friday's". Today we had the chance to order from Twin Bridges and the food was amazing! We will definitely be ordering from here time and time again!

The food is great! there is no doubt about that. The prices are quite high and the customer service is questionable at times. If you have any special requests that steer from the set menu, prepare for some type of attitude.

Annacis Island's best place to grab breakfast, lunch or have your company event catered. We operate a materials training facility on the Island and TBR cater our lunches 4 days each month. Mina customizes the menu and every meal is freshly made, delivered "HOT" and always tastes great! Pricing is in line with what you get and Mina always throws in a little extra for the unexpected guest! Sit and eat at the restaurant and you'll appreciate the home made comfort food, quick service and friendly staff!

This place is hit and miss. Some menu items are excellent and some not so much. Had a tuna melt today and it took almost 10 minutes for the to go order and I was first in line! The tuna was stone cold? Dont.know how they managed that but it was subpar. Their soup is usually pretty good and I had their split pea and ham and it hit the spot!

first time ordering from here today, had a big order, all orders were correct with the exception of mine. The avacado is rotten. The salad dressing portion in comparison to the salad and the dry falafel. Only entertaining part of this was how bad they butchered my name... considering this was sent to them electronically I am surprised they got it wrong.

Went there for lunch and wanted to give them a second chance on their food, but again, a big disappointment. Told the lady there was a bug in my greens and basically kept on saying it is not a bug, but clearly 3 of us saw that it was a bug. Wanted to keep it so i could take a picture of it but she managed to take it and chuck it away. Not just that, I sat beside a dusty spider web..... someone needs to call the health inspector

Honestly the worst breakfast ever. NO flavour cooked into the meal whatsoever, like plain eggs, and plain hashbrowns cooked on a dry pan. And the bacon, oh dont get me started on the atrocity that they call bacon! Paper thin and over cooked to the point where it crumbles into tiny pieces just by picking it up! It was actually quite difficult to finish this meal! And I'm really easy to please when it comes to food!

Best breakfast in the lower mainland! Always freshly made, perfect pancakes. Crispy on the edge with a nice soft center. Blows ihop or dennys out of the water! 10/10 recommended!
