The Indian Pantry makes some of our favourite spices and sauces. We highly reccomend Chai and Garam masala. The team is incredible and stay true to the root of the brand, no flavour is compromised.

We had Chef Yogi, I organized this as a birthday gift for my wife, and in-laws. Chef came to their house 1 hour prep and brought all the food. 5 course meal was outstanding, curated dishes with a lot of personal touches by the Chef. The kitchen was also absolutely spotless when he left and he was extremely efficient with perfect timing between courses. An outstanding experience, highly recommend.

Amazingly talented team behind Indian Pantry! By far some of the best if not the best curries and Indian cuisine in Vancouver. Check them out you will not be disappointed. The dedication towards flavour and plating is bar none.

I was recently invited to a small private dinner where the food catered was from The Indian Pantry. I have been following their Instagram account for a little while, so I was excited to finally try Chef Tushar's food! The food was incredible - the curries and the shrikhand took me back to Mumbai and made me feel so nostalgic! Its hard to find truly authentic Indian food in Vancouver and I think we just found it! My wedding is next year and we are still looking for a caterer, and I now have The Indian Pantry at the top of my list????

Just had Chef Tushar and crew create a backyard dinner for my wife's birthday and everyone raved. The only instruction I'd given Tushar was please use flavours and influences from India and the results in our 6 course menu were amazing. Truly unique and not the usual curries and naan one finds at a neighbourhood restaurant. Professional, skilled, and friendly. One tip...insist on the goat sliders!

We hired Tushar and his team for a private party in our home with 30 guests. We weren't sure what to expect but everyone of our guests, including me and my husband, were blown away by the quality of the food - it was all incredibly delicious. Not only that but Tushar and his partner, Yogi and our server, Annika were so warm, wonderful and professional. They came in an hour before with prepared food, cooked, set up all the hors d'oeuvres and cleaned up at the end. The meat and cheese board was just beautiful looking with high quality cheeses and meats. Everyone raved about the lamb but honestly, every dish was unique and fantastic. Overall, we were very happy with our decision to use them to cater our party and we highly recommend them for your next event!

I had the vegetarian Christmas Eve dinner, and found the food wonderful and delicious. It's such a nice treat to finally eat regional food from India that is not found in restaurants. I was excited that I did not know this style of cooking, and was not disappointed. Chef Tushar catered my brothers wedding and we remain utterly floored and cannot stop discussing the evening meal. What an incredible experience! Every detail deserves more than five stars from service, to presentation, drinks to crumbs! The taste of the food was INCREDIBLE and we were awed by the flavours of each appetizer, course and drink. We were particularly savouring every bite of the ravioli (although I will long be craving everything on the menu!). The drinks were also exceptional. I honestly cannot find the words to describe how amazed we all were with the flavours, service and charm. Thank you so much for creating one of the most memorable meal experiences of my life! You made my brothers wedding extra special!

We hired Tushar and his team for a dinner of 12 adults and 10 kids at our cabin on Keats Island. They were everything we had hoped for and the food and service were an integral part of an amazing day. Everyone raved and still raves about the food and the overall experience. I booked because of good customer service AND i received fantastic food. After calling/emailing several catering companies and getting little to no response, Tushar was fast and receptive to what i was looking for! He even called me to ask if i had gotten the email and if i had any questions i was free to phone him. Food was fresh and came wonderfully spiced with exotic flavors. Guests raved about the quality and everyone was happy to indulge. Looking forward to many tasty meals from The Indian Pantry!

We hired Tushar for a private dinner to celebrate my dad's birthday. The menu looked great and there was a wide range of options - many creative dishes you wouldn't normally get to try in a restaurant. Tushar was very helpful in selecting the right dishes and accommodating dietary restrictions. On the day of, he showed up with his team well prepared and organized. The food was fantastic both in taste and presentation. They prepared and served everything so efficiently, and left the kitchen spotless. All of our guests really enjoyed this unique experience and it made hosting so easy. I would definitely do this again.

Tushar was born to be a Chef. He got his first lessons in his mum and grandmums kitchen and then went on to work with the finest restaurants in Asia. Working in professional kitchens that had the fabled Michelin star/s he has honed his culinary skills and professionalism to an all new level. I love to cook too but then a professional at the top of his game means that it is at whole new level..... Try his food to know more :)

The Diwali Tasting menu was divine, perfectly spiced, the flavours brought me straight back to India (super appreciated Chef Tushar's openness/inclusivity in making a delicious vegan option). Also, his Chai and Turmeric spice blends are simply gorgeous.

I had a surprised birthday party for a friend of mine and these guys came well ahead of time and set up the kitchen , cooked a delicious storm of food .. ( cleaned up and left the kitchen in a much better condition too..lol) The menu consisted of crab ghee roast , eggplant , Kombadi vade, morel mushroom pulao and shirkhand with pineapple ... Definitely recommend these folks , I spoke to the chef and he has plans to open a restaurant . Hopefully sooner than later he will have a restaurant to enjoy these delicious dishes ...

Honestly the best spice blends I've had across the board and simmering sauces worked incredibly with the seafood I made. A great company, with great values. Recently booked them for a friends birthday and had the pleasure of working with the chef for a fully customized menu! Can't wait.

Words cannot describe how incredible our dining experience was with Chef Tushar and his team. He put together an amazing set of canapés and a 5 course dinner for our intimate backyard wedding. Our menu was full of exciting flavours that were authentic, well balanced, exciting and had us coming back for more! On top of that, he accommodated dietary restrictions as some of our guests were vegetarian. Tushar and his team gave us a fine dining experience that compares to some of the best restaurants in Vancouver. We did not want the dinner to end. Can’t wait to eat his food again and I highly recommend the Indian Pantry for your event!

Tuscarora and Aniket created a delicious tasting menu at our home in Kerrisdale a couple evenings ago ( a surprise wedding anniversary gift from my wife ) In addition to a professionally prepared “out of the box” Indian meal , these two fellas enthralled us by sharing their experiences and sharing their menu and culinary techniques. Did I mention we did not have to lift a finger at this sit down dinner? Our kitchen was clean and all the dishes were in the dishwasher before they left. A memorable experience indeed!
