Have you seen the meals from Fyre Festival? Kinda like that but a bit more portion. Different specials every day but I can't take a picture of the smell. The smell doesn't change so you're basically eating the same flavours in different packaging. I won't give it a 1 star because at least it's convenient.

I work in the area so it's one of the only options around. I've found the food very good, if a little overpriced, but that's par for the course with the area - but the customer service has been shoddy every single time I've gone. I'd rather just go across the street to Glo. Not horrible if you are in a pinch but not somewhere I look forward to going.

I have been a fan of Sol Food for over 15 years. A beautiful location on the Selkirk Waterfront with a beautiful Wisteria framed patio that makes you feel like you are on a a European vacation. The service is fast and friendly and the food is healthy and lovingly created with the feeling of home. From the desserts to the entree's, you can't go wrong with lunch at this popular local Victoria eatery. It is busy, but there is never an issue finding a seat. A wonderful place to languish, grab a quick bite or take something out. The lemon bars are out of this world! A great affordable place for lunch.

When calling in to order my food deciding the lady on the phone rushed me off because she had a line and told me to hurry up and pick a side. I ordered the most simple thing which was chicken strips with no side. When i got to the restaurant to pick it up i got 3 small luke warm strips that were $9.75 for just the strips...not worth $9.75 even if my customer service had been better. I was a fan of the pastries and baked goods but never there entries due to everything being over priced, after that experience i dont think i will be going back.

I love this café! The food is consistently delicious and the menu varies daily. The staff, especially the owner, are very friendly and welcoming. Every customer is treated with kindness and appreciation. If you are a regular, the staff will learn you name which makes it feel like a second home! I highly recommend Sol Food.

This place continues to disappoint unfortunately. Once again I ordered a breakfast sandwich. Flat too-fried egg, a tiny square of cheese on a cold bun. They don't care. They are incredibly overpriced (a grilled cheese for $9? Really?) The only reason they are still in business is because there are only three options in the area. If someone sold food out of their car they would make money based on the weak competition. Do yourself a favor and pay the same price for quality, go to caravana up the street.

Small servings, especially the caesar salad, which had no lemon, no eggs, no anchovies, no olive oil. It was made with roman lettuce . Won't be making a repeat appearance .
