Steve and his team catered our wedding and did a wonderful, professional job, offering us a great deal of flexibility at a great price. They threw in a cake cutting for us with a minor adjustment to our reception schedule which worked out great. They offered us a comprehensive tasting beforehand which was a great experience, and they knew our venue (Murrayville Hall) well already which made the whole situation run smoothly. Would recommend.

We had an anniversary event at a Vancouver park and Steve made the food not only delicious and safe for all our guests. We had to follow all the regulations for Covid and having signature catering was the best decision we made. Will definitely use them again.

I run an office in the same building and have been treated like one of their own. I highly recommend, either a casual lunch in an intimate setting or hiring them to cater any event. Top notch service and the food.... Wow, there is no other lunch venue I would rather take a client to. Showing them an amazing, home style, 5 star soup and sandwich makes even myself look good!

Steve catered my wedding this summer. The food was a hit, so many people came to me telling me how much they loved it. Steve had great communication and was able to talk through all my concerns. The whole staff was easy to adapt to the outdoor wedding environment, served more food than anyone could eat and the selection was perfect!

I was disappointed with the lack of communication when I inquired about hosting our event. I understand 50-55 people is a smaller size than perhaps they would have liked but I did inquire anyway, it's an early afternoon Sunday event so I figured why not give it a shot and ask. The response from them was minimal and cold, no reason why just "we're not able." It's a shame too because if it worked out well, we had family interested in using them for their wedding. In hindsight, it probably worked out for the best because if service starts that poorly from the get go, it might be consisent from planning leading up to the event.

Food is good, but servers seem to despise you. Sandwich arrived apart in container. I regret tipping entirely, which is done before you receive your food. There are other small businesses around the area that are much more deserving of your business if you are dropping in for lunch.

Highly recommend Signature Catering! Steve delivers amazing customer service - friendly, responsive, provides great suggestions/solutions to meet your catering needs! I've used the DIY catering two times over the past couple years, most recently for an engagement party last month, and the food and service have been exceptional! Steve even let me use his heating containers to keep the food warm so I didn't have to reheat - it kept it hot for a couple of hours! The guests loved the food - especially the mashed potatoes!! Thanks again Steve!

I contacted Teressa back in 2018 in regards to catering our wedding. She was lovely and accommodating and very informative. Due to personal reasons, we had to cancel our event just after sending over the damage deposit. I was told that if they were able to re-book our date (June 15th 2019- I initially hired her in June 2018), that she would be happy to refund us the $500 and if not then we had signed a contract that stated we would forgo the deposit. Since this original conversation in Summer 2018, I have emailed her 5 times from two different personal email accounts with no response either way. I have had 2 friends inquire with her during this time to see if she would respond- and she did, stating that June 15th was indeed booked up. I had such a great experience in the beginning with her that it makes me sad to leave such a bad review! I would have completely understood if the date had not booked up, therefore no refund. However, the complete lack of response to every single email (but a timely response received from others) felt extremely disappointing.

Hidden gem! Here you'll find soups and sandwiches made fresh from scratch every day. These are trained chefs who just happen to put together great casual lunches if you have time to drop by - the food experience is always great.
