My husband and I used Ricardo's Catering for our wedding this September in Salmon Arm and it was honestly the best catered meal I have ever had. Ricardo was super easy to work with and came up with a menu for us of all his recommendations which I am so thankful we went with as it was all so delicious! Almost every guest at our wedding raved to us about the food. I highly recommend using Ricardo for your event. They were professional, easy to work with, and most importantly served amazing food.

Such great eats! I've had the privilege to feast on Ricardos catering a few times now and it's always so tasty and fresh! Ricarods gnocci is AMAZING! The family style plating is a great alternative to buffet and always so much to pick from! My clients really appreciate the affordable package options for their events! You wont be disappointed !

Chef Ricardo and his team were pivotal in our wedding day! Extremely professional, some of the best food I have had anywhere, let alone at a wedding. His food was a highlight for many of the guests. He gave special care for those with specific food needs (vegetarians, sensitivities) and physically checked in with each person and the Bride and Groom. AND he insisted on a tasting before the wedding, which he hosted us in his kitchen and gave us a full tasting there. Couldn’t have asked for a better catering experience for our wedding. Ricardo was amazing! We hired Ricardo for our wedding and he went over and above to make our day speical. Our original caterer dropped out of our event with less than 2 months before our wedding and Ricardo swooped in and saved the day! He provided an amazing selection of meal options. We had 2 proteins, 2 salads, creamy gnocchi, roasted potatoes and veggies, fresh bread and a gorgonzola cream sauce that we will dream about for the rest of our lives. He also provided us with a midnight snack of sandwhiches to serve to our guests, all for a very fair and reasonable cost. Ricardo was incredibly professional and made sure to stay well connected with us leading up to the event. He also brought a lovely little team along with him to help make sure service went smoothly. Ricardo made sure to take extra caution with food allegies and restrictions for our guests, and took those concerns seriously. We HIGHLY recommend hiring Ricardo for any event you may want catered. I huge 5 stars for Ricardo and his entire team. Thank you so much for helping make our day special!! Every guest is still gushing over how amazing the food was. You are the best! ☆☆☆☆

OUTSTANDING!!!! Ricardo catered our daughter's wedding a couple weeks ago and absolutely everything was top notch. Ricardo was lovely, friendly, professional, a great communicator prior to the wedding and day of. His servers were personable, friendly and professional, totally on top of every detail. The food was absolutely outstanding, our guests were blown away. His prices are very very reasonable. He and his servers left our kitchen absolutely spotless. As you can see, I could go on and on. Ricardo did a private birthday dinner for 6 people. The menu was amazing and reasonably priced. He was very personable and engaged with everyone including with my 3 year old and made her feel special and included. We did a five course dinner and everyone was impressed with quality and quantity. We can’t wait to have him again for our next special event. He even gave me a couple tips to better cook steaks on my own. My 3 year old wants him to come back tomorrow to make dinner and so do I!

We hired Ricardo for our wedding recently and have heard nonstop from our guests how much they enjoyed the food (we loved it too!). Ricardo went above and beyond to accommodate all allergies and dietary restrictions, even making a special meal for a vegan guest. Everything was cooked to perfection, the kitchen was left spotless, and we wish we could have him make us dinner every single night. Ricardo was easy to communicate with and made sure to touch base the week leading up to our wedding to make sure everything went smoothly.
