I alway keep my eyes open for great take out, I have not been disappointed with the several take out orders that I've bought from here. Portions are generous and the quality has been very good even for this "GORA"/WHITE PERSON. Sad that I hear this term as often as I do.

We live in North Vancouver and own Big Bite Donair. Whenever we are at Surrey area, we must go there and order some food. Their fish Pakura is so good that we can't take it home, finish it while driving. Love it and will be back for sure. Highly recommended.

Have ordered on SkipTheDishes so today I decided to go in and cut Skip out. There is an older woman sitting at a table of her phone, no mask. Not sure if she worked there but if she didn't there is supposed to be no dine in right now. A woman comes out on the phone, no sign of a mask and doesn't even acknowledge me. After a couple of minutes she pushes the kitchen door open and no one was wearing a mask. I left without ordering and won't be ordering again.

Excellent biz to order for catering anywhere from 3 people to 3000 . Owners take personnel interment in delivering the excellent food . On time , perplate rates food is never short in quantity or quality.

Very rude & disrespectful. Spoke very rudely to my sister & my mother. We bought sweets from them & they tasted very bad. The texture was very bad also. Didn't look or taste like what we asked for. We simply went and asked for an exchange & they left us with a very rude comment & spoke very rudely. Keeping in mind they took back their sweets & didnt refund our money. We simply waited for them to return it. However they did not. We went back 1 minute later and spoke to the manager. Was also very very rude. They have terrible costumer service. Was one of my moms favourie places to come to eat. However they disrespected her terribly. HORRIBLE customer service. Do not reccomend at all. Also there were two men who witnessed this happening & agreed with us. Also said will never return back to this restaurant. DO NOT RECCOMEND HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE Felt very disappointed & disrespected. Thank you
