Food at it's finest! Kyle's consideration for using fresh, local, and sustainable ingredients is evident throughout his dishes. After meeting Kyle at an work event he was catering, I signed up for some cooking lessons. Kyle is extremely patient and is a pleasure to learn from. Having always wanted to host my own dinner party, he gave me the tools and confidence to pull off a small intimate dinner. Words can't express how grateful I am for his contribution in allowing me to create such a special memory with friends. I would highly recommend his services to anyone!

Chef Gerrard combined fresh, natural ingredients to form extraordinary flavors. My friends and I were impressed by the spectacular dinner he prepared near Madeira Park, Sunshine Coast. Wild, local shellfish and spot prawns was the main course that perfectly complimented the rustic pacific northwest atmosphere. We loved how it was prepared in the cabin we rented by the Chef and his team. Delicious meal. Going to try to book him again next time!

If there were more than 5 stars Chef Kyle would definitely get them all! We hired him for my husband’s birthday dinner party. His response time was always very prompt when planning the menu beforehand. He was very patient and easy to work with. On the night of our party his service and timing of everything was perfect. We could not hope for more. The food was exquisite and everyone had a wonderful time. I will be keeping him as my very own star when I want to impress! He has truly mastered the art of personalized fine dining.
