My wife and I have been coming to this place for years, and each year the food - and the staff - are better and better. We work remotely and sometimes we've gotta get out of the house to get anything done. There is a ton of work space here for remote workers, it's a great meeting place to talk shop, and a great morning hangout with friends. The coffee is awesome, the food is delicious (get the benny), and Tia makes us feel really welcome. Sometimes she's pouring our coffee before we've even parked the car... now that is service! Thanks, Deli City, for being a great neighbourhood cafe to spend time at and we'll see you soon!

I was waiting for my car's oil change at the Autoplace and needed WiFi and decided to have tea at Deli City. I walked in and liked the bright selection of food, so inquired about gluten-free options - there were 2 available. I ordered a small bowl of vegetable with gluten-free bread. It came with 2 buttered slices for $4.75 and was delicious. A great place to go for breakfast or lunch - much variety.????

I used to make this place a regular place for meeting friends for coffee and for meetings with groups. The prices have gone up and the flavour of the food has gone down. The hollandaise on the eggs Benedict ( which is what makes eggs Benedict) was tasteless. Sorry but this place has lost my vote.

Great deli! Got a nice breakfast ! I was waiting for my car repair at Craftsman Collision across the street. Nice and sweet service too. One suggestion : all extra stuff like ketchup, jam and peanut butter should be accessible on every table to prevent us to go get them at the cash after being served. Otherwise, great experience :)

Great food, the prices are super reasonable. It’s a cute hidden gem, would never have found this place if I didn’t walk by. They have a good selection of breakfast and lunch items, baked goods too! It’s quick and you pay before you sit which is nice. I would bring and friends from out of town here.

We had them cater my sisters wedding in October 2019, and it was some of the best catered food I had ever had! The food was fresh, delicious, and very flavourful! Their mashed potatoes were a hit! Absolutely no complaints about the food everyone liked it, from kids, elders, dietary restricted - everyone loved deli city! Thanks so much!

We were recommended Deli City Cafe for catering at our 7 days of corporate training at a venue in Kelowna. It was absolutely top-notch quality food, never-ending fantastic variety, beautifully presented and delivered on time every single day. In fact, it became the talking point at the end of every day... with our delegates excited about the following day's menu! I can't thank them enough for providing the best catering I've ever experienced at training events that I have organised all over the world! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The staff always have a weird attitude. The food is alright, nothing to rave about but not bad. The main issue they have is how they run the store, I have walked in there and felt I was inconveniencing the staff for wanting to buy only one item, full eye rolls and sighs. They also penny round for everything, including card purchases! Not a huge deal, but adds to the frustration when in the store.

This place is just meh... Mediocre sandwich with dry bread. I could have made a better sandwich while hungover.. Tiny French onion soup with way too much rosemary. Food wasn't made with any "love". Carrot cake was very tasty though! Won't be back again

The paninis on the menu should be changed to Grilled Sandwiches. I ordered the Ham and 3 Cheese panini... which was just a Grilled Ham and cheese. not pressed in a Panini Press. and the Cheese wasn't even melted. Tasted good, but not what i was expecting for a panini

They are getting 2 stars because my guests told me the food was good.... I planned and arranged to use deli city for my wedding. I had 3 severe allergies that needed to be accommodated; poultry, celiac and green peppers. As these allergies are severe and included both the bride and groom, a simple menu was planned; beef and pork, mashed potatoes, potato salad, a chilli style salad and corn on the cob. I checked several times by email and phone that they were aware of the allergies and could and would accommodate them. Come the day of the event, my wedding, the food arrives late, I go and speak with the ladies delivering and serving the food. I do a final check that I, and my other guests, can eat everything. Sadly that was not the case. The only things that arrived that I could eat was the beef and the corn on the cob. Everything else contained wheat. I was more than a little shocked. I had been asked to prepay, in full, before the event and was automatically charged a 15% gratuity. I would have never tipped that much. The lady that was clearly in charge got on the phone to her boss and had her bring me and my other sensitive guests (whom were dependant on me to be able to eat) some salad and veggies and potatoes. I am extremely disappointed in what happened with the food. I couldn't eat my own wedding dinner. I will not recommend anyone to this company, especially if allergies are a must. I was extremely disappointed and angry.

We had Deli City cater our wedding on June 22, 2019 and it was awesome. Deli City showed up on time at Wood Lake, food was hot and great service and staff, food was incredible and all the guests agreed. From set up to take down - easy and quick with coffee left behind for the evening. Deanna and I would not hesitate to recommend Deli City for any catering events. Thank you so much for making our dinner over the top on our special day.

Another terrible breakfast obviously for 14.00 they think it's ok to serve slop to there customers. I asked for 2 eggs over easy and I got them face down with clear uncooked egg running everywhere. Don't eat here until they can teach someone how to cook eggs and make it presentable.

I had Deli City Catering at my wedding and both the food and service was amazing. All of our guests commented on the food and many said it was the best they’ve ever had. The service was great and the team was extremely helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommend!!!

Deli City was fantastic. Super efficient with getting back to us. The food was great. Our guests kept commenting how delicious it was, especially the mashed potatoes. The servers were super friendly and accommodating working around family members constantly going in and out of the kitchen. They have lots of options for a reasonable price.

Visited this place 2 times, first time was pretty disappointed so tried them again today and was even more disappointed, ordered one sandwich and some mac and cheese was almost 20$ the sandwich was good but not 11$ good, and the mac and cheese was the worse I have ever had was $6 but tasted like mustard, really over priced for not that special of food, next time I want a sandwich I'm going Mediterranean market, there way better prices (8 bucks for bug sub sandwich) and way better quality...

They have an excellent selection of tasty sandwiches. The Greek sandwich was delicious and had fresh vegetables. The staff also follow strict COVID protocols and I felt very safe eating there. Also very clean and nicely organized.

My group of gym friends have been going to this place for 10+ years - enjoying good conversation, coffee and lunch. The new owners have been quite delightful and have kept the quality of food high and delicious. Something for everyone. Of course they've made several concessions for the new safety standards and like most food establishments have had a hard time maintaining staffing levels but it all works. Thanks to EJ and lovely crew. We'll see you for years to come.

Very easy to work with for a small event...Sooin really catered to our group and was flexible! The menu was attractive and delicious, the rooms are clean and elegant looking with the beautiful sliding french doors...what a hidden gem...it was recomended by our hair salon 'Mint' and what a great find! There is a separate entrance and lots of parking ! Thank you to staff!

had not been here in some time.. ordered a beautiful looking roast beef melt sandwich. in the past, all sandwiches were put in their grill.. no one asked or notified me that my food would be put in a microwave on high for way too long. this beautiful beef sandwich was turned into a sloppy mess that i wouldnt feed to my dog. Soggy, greasy, sloppy, meat was microwave burnt,. bun soft, even the tomatoes were microwaved! i took one look at it and knew i would not be eating this. For $17 lunch, i expected more. I brought this to their attention and was told sorry but that they wouldnt give me money back. (didnt even take a bite) I was met with immediate push back and extremely negative attitude from the staff and owners. I was eventually offered a gift certificate but let them know i wouldnt be using it. I finally got my money back for the sandwich portion. New ownership = lower standards and higher prices

We had them cater our wedding at the beginning of June, and all our guests agreed it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. They were so easy to deal with the whole time. I asked if they could make us tacos in a bag for our late-night snack and they knocked it out of the park. There was a slight mix up with the servers, I had paid for 2 and there was only 1. Luckily we didn't need the 2nd, but first thing Monday morning I had an email from Deli City saying they refunded me for the missed server, without me even having to ask! They are awesome and you can tell they care

Stopped by this Deli today....I had the best Eggs Benny I have ever had...my wife ordered a panini, which was an excellent sandwich as well. The service was above and beyond very polite and pleasant...I will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Deli City was a high 4 star rating and now a low 3 as like Mad Mango they too raised prices to a significant amount and CHARGE EXTRA for coffee refills at 75 cents each time. Not right...at least give one refill for free, come on now! What is Kelowna coming to! Plus play some music in there, will not kill ya to do that please know.
