Decided to stop by this cafe during a lunch break and I had the best experience here! The staff are super welcoming, friendly, and kind!! They also have many delicious and healthy options. One of my favourite things about them is they have non-dairy milk substitutions. I highly recommend checking it out if you're in the area.

Fresh, tasty food. Wraps that have lettuce in them, do not have much other ingredients, not worth the $. But the ones without Lettuce are great! Havent had a salad there I don't like. Staff is helpful but not very friendly.

Food is good but the service is terrible the really is no order and they will be helping 5 people at once mix everything up give your food away.... funny thing is its usually the supervisor ( tall skinny guy) who messes everything up. I've never felt the need to write a review before but this place is ridiculous.

Very little portion from too Good to go. When I arrived, a lady left with multiple (4-5) bags of packaged food. On the counter, there were 7-8 bags remaining and I was only handed one small bag. Very bad value.

This place has the sweetest staff I have ever had the pleasure of speaking too. I've eaten here many times before (mainly for baked goods, which is very tasty and appetizing btw!) but the first time I ordered lunch (online), I had made small requests for how my meal and drink were to be made. When the order was ready they had called me to inform me of how they prepared the order to ensure it was made exactly how I like it. I usually make slight mods to my meals and Creme de la Crumb was the only one to ever make certain they made my order right, which was very touching, most places will just make whatever however and I get served a bad meal. Restaurants who take pride in their service and the quality of what they make are quite rare now a days. You hardly ever find such a gem that leaves not just your taste buds satisfied but also leaves you with a long lasting remarkable experience~

Excellent tasting snacks and the coffee is just right to keep you awake through the day. Highly recommend for all those in the area. The shop is nice and clean, which is extremely pleasant for those who are looking to sit and enjoy their food.

This place is better in real life than the pics I saw. Along with a nice, clean, airy yet warm place, there is really nice seating here. Did I mention the service? Wow! The longer Starbucks doesn't allow seating the less and less likely I'll be going there in the future. There are so many other gems like this just waiting to be discovered and.. they are doing the hard work of trying to serve their customers to the best of their ability.

Love the coffee and bake good there (Thinking about their carrot cake and cookies while writing the review) Hidden gem in the neighbourhood!! Definitely going back to try their sandwiches next time!

I work across the street and come here for a coffee and scone every Friday for the past few years. A few months ago my favourite scone was no longer available which was a little disappointing but Chris the owner said that when it was brought back he'd personally hand-deliver it to me. Today, he followed up on that promise...He found out where I worked and delivered my scone to my desk. I'm totally impressed and will continue to be a loyal customer for the foreseeable future. In an age where customer service is a dying art, this is one place that understands customer service... and does it right.

Chris (owner) is super friendly and the staff are too! They have a superb baked goods. I will miss going to this spot and grab all of those baked goods (chocolate crumb cake is to die for!). The spot was hidden inside the corporate executive plaza, but I kept returning to this place. Keep up the great service.

I like the selection they have for entrees, soups and bakery. Sandwiches were ok, but I myself am not a fan of them being pre-made and packaged with no options to add veggies. The chocolate croissant was amazing though.

This is by far one of my favorite coffee shops! Everyone here is so kind. I am a bit picky with my coffee (yes, I confess) and without fail, when in richmond, I get mine here! The cookies and baked goods (absolutely delicious “pain au chocolat” as the French would say, & their blueberry scones ????????????) are delicious, their sandwiches are very well made. No matter if it is the turkey breakfast sandwich, the bagel chorizo, warmed tuna sandwich (yummy!), salami cheddar or smoked ham & cheese. Honestly I could go on n on. Their daily soups are fresh different each day & so good too! I love Cara, her work ethic and her bright personality makes my day!!! Ariati Karina

I’m so in love with this hidden little coffee place. The server girl is so charming since whenever I pass by, she always welcome guests and make them feel like home. All food and beverage recommendations and explanations are always given. Bakery are freshly made everyday. So sad that this place is only opening on weekdays not weekends. My boyfriend wanted to visit and enjoy the place more on the weekends since he mostly works all the time. I hope the owners may change their mind to open 7 days because I believe that they will be so much busier.

This was the best cafe experience ever! Quite literally the best customer service I have ever encountered (my standards are very high). The latte was made to perfection every time with there authentic espresso maker and the salmon bagel was to die for! Great cup of coffee, very good baking, sandwiches and wraps are delicious with lots of variety. Staff are super friendly and the menu has options for vegan patrons also. Soups change regularly and are excellent. The lemon earl grey cookie is my personal fave as well as the turkey havarti sandwich.

This cafe, tucked in a corner of an office complex, is my savior when I've left my lunch packed, and sitting on the table (yet again). ???????? The baristas are friendly, and always welcome custom drink orders. The soups are amazing, and their new menu items are a amazing!!!???? I personally recommend the Korean options if you like spicy. My go to breakfast sandwich is the smoked salmon, cream cheese on a proper bagel. The red onions & capers really transforms it. Cara & her colleagues always toast my bagel so that the cheese is warm & melty. ???????? My next goal is the Grand Marnier poached pear. Although it's a tad expensive for the size, it's so much healthier than daily McDonald's, or some restaurants in the area (serving what they claim to be food)????????.

Chris completely sorted me out and provided a variety of awesome sandwiches and amazing cookies and pastries. Too bad Google only allow 5 stars, because this place seriously deserves a 10/10! I've been coming to this cafe for many years and I can say that not once have I walked out the door disappointed. As someone that used to work at one of the office buildings across the cafe, and still comes back for coffee/lunch just shows how the staff here will go above and beyond to take care of their customers. If you would like to experience both top notch customer service and amazing quality coffee or bakery, this is the place!

The most tastiest and cleanest store within the area. Drinks are also AMAZING. They follow all the COVID-19 guidelines so I feel extra safe. The staff here is very friendly too. 6/5 stars. Went again, the pineapple bread was so good. To die for. This is my new go to spot. Went during my lunch break and asked what’s the most popular sandwich. I was told the turkey haverti and my gosh it was amazing. I have never seen it anywhere else with cranberries baked into the bread. One of the best things I’ve ever tasted.

You have to try this place for breakfast. My go-tos are the turkey breakfast sandwich and the chorizo breakfast bagel. Delicious and freshly made. If you can get your hands on a chipotle cheddar scone, you won't be disappointed. Service here is top notch, Cara is always so nice and friendly.
