Chef Jordan and his team blew us away! The service was great and with covid and all the changes he was such a blessing to work with! The stress was real but with Jordan and his team you would never have known it! And I haven’t even got to the best part ... hands down best wedding meal! The appies, mains and dessert were spot on! Even the special breakfast set up for us in the AM everything came together as if we had planned it that way all along! Our guests / family and us have all been recommending Columbia Gourmet Catering to basically anyone who will listen! ( for when we can gather again of course!)

I have attended many banquets and large dinner events that Jordan and the team have catered, along with small group catering for things like team meetings (15-20 people). The quality of food and the flavours used are always remarked upon as fantastic. (My go to for team meetings is always the greek meal - it is delicious and a fan favourite).

With covid regulations, we ended up having to change our numbers and menu up quite a few times and Jordan was flexible and happy to help us make it work. The love and thought that he puts into his dishes really shines through. The food was delicious; we had so many guests tell us how much they enjoyed their dinner. We definitely went back for seconds! I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for high-level cuisine with not a lot to worry about.

Wish I had met Jordan years ago, highly recommend for lunch and dinner functions as well as outside the box ideas. I asked for Pizza for a lunch - he surprised me with pizza ideas I had never heard of and they were a huge hit. If you wish to surprise your guests with new flavors this is the perfect place :)

CGC does does an awesome job in every area of catering, from food, flexibility, good service and being personable! I know this from a few years being on the team helping with events and enjoying all kinds of yummy food as a bonus. While I was hoping to have CGC cater my own wedding, Covid obviously changed things. Jordan was super adaptable and positive throughout it all and made it easier to take things as they come. Through a couple date changes and finally cancellation, I was able to get a full refund from my deposit. I know this can be hard for businesses to do as other wedding vendors haven’t been as gracious. Thanks Jordan for making this unpredictable time less stressful!

Jordan “Columbia Catering” Jordan and his team catered our wedding in May. Extremely well done 5* everything was prepared perfectly and everything was offered as discussed prior to the wedding. Him and his team were very professional and I was very much so impressed. One of my aunties had severe food restrictions and he personally walked her through each dish offered. Our wedding experience with Chef Jordan and his team was nothing short of amazing! From our tasting to phone consultations, you can truly feel his passion for food. Everything was made in house and tasted light and fresh. We had appetizers, a full gourmet buffet as well as taster desserts which they executed beautifully and no one was left hungry. The quality and presentation was amazing and definitely a great value for your buck! We had so many compliments on the food! The hardest decision we had to make was picking out buffet items! He had so many to chose from and they can really do anything that comes to mind. We had quite a few guests with diet restrictions but that didn’t slow him down one bit and was able to create tasty options for them as well. Columbia Gourmet Catering was super accommodating, affordable and professional. Highly recommend them for any of your catered events needs!
