Would definitely recommend! We booked Cocktails and Canapes for our wedding in October and were so impressed with them! Right from the tasting, they went above and beyond to make our day even more special. During the wedding, Katherine (our point person) was organized and calm and her and her team did so much more than we expected. We had some guests with allergies and food restrictions. Cocktails and Canapés were super flexible with menu planning and ensuring these guests had options for dinner the same as everyone else. They did a lot of little things that really made our day wonderful. For example, we had opted for paper plates for the cake for guests, but Katherine made sure that two ceramic plates were made up for me and my husband. It was a small, but really special touch. I could go on and on with how impressed we were with Katherine and her team. Anything we asked for, they were happy to provide without nickel and diming us. It was a really refreshing change from other experiences we had with vendors and venues. Oh and the food was absolutely delicious!!!!

I booked this amazing company for my sister's wedding which was just 10 days ago. We originally worked with Olivia who provided fantastic customer service. We were then switched to work with Alanna - she made the transition smooth and I was very impressed with the customer service before and after the wedding day. She was always so quick to respond! With Covid, the rules were constantly changing - we had to reduce guest size which meant reducing our food order, but also increasing rentals as we needed more tables to seat a small number of guests - every time I emailed Alanna with an update, she was on it! The wedding day itself was fantastic. The food was amazing and the service was great. They are very professional, offer fantastic service, and the food is fresh and delicious!

Cocktails and Canapes is the best catering company in Vancouver! I use them for every corporate event I organize and everything has been wonderful - especially their food. I have never been disappointed. Olivia is always responsive, patient, and extemely helpful when answering my many questions. We usually have at least one quirky request for our various events and she never hesitates to accommodate whatever we need. Their staff at the events are always polite, friendly, and organized. I can't say enough good things about them. I won't even consider using any other catering and event company. Thanks C&C!

Embarrassing service. For the group of couple of hundreds they cane out with with small plates of 6-9 pieces every several minutes. Cheap and extremely embarrassing service. The worst all of us(group of 85) have ever experienced in compare with hundreds-of prestigious events all around the globe. Seriously. Maybe company is OK but the event manager that we have been to was BAD. Or worse that Bad. Worst. Just CHEAP AND EMBARRASSING way of catering.

Thank you C&C team for making our last-minute wedding planning logistics absolutely SEAMLESS! Alex was our main point of contact during the planning process. With only a month to plan, she patiently guided us through the logistics and ordering process and was super creative in helping us stay on budget. We really appreciated her genuine approach to everything, sense of humour, and overall thoughtfulness/helpfulness. The menu tasting was also BOMB, and an event not to forget. It was for four people, so we made a night of it and invited our two family members who were helping us plan our wedding, for a smorg dinner, to taste each dish. Their tasting room is also super cutesie and they provided bubbles and wine! The day of our wedding was seamless and flawless. The C&C team found the wedding party during pictures and kept us nourished and hydrated with champs, and the timing of our three-course meal was impeccable. They left the farmhouse kitchen clean, no complaints there. Cleanup for us the next day was manageable because of their organization.

We hired Cocktails and Canapes to cater our wedding and they did a fantastic job - from canapes during the cocktail hour, to an amazing dinner and late night mac-n-cheese snack at midnight. They came up with creative menu options for our event and executed like professionals. Everything came in on time and on budget. Everybody was happy and there was no stress in dealing with them. We used Cocktails and Canapes as our production office caterers last year and the experience was amazing! Great communication with the staff and chefs, they were really responsive and accommodating to any changes we needed to make. Dax and Olivia especially were always willing to go the extra mile for us whether it be preparing us an additional Gluten Free serving for a same-day order, answering questions from another event site or throwing in another taco day for us! It's also easy to imagine that getting the same catering 5 days a week for a run of a few months could result in a lot of meal repetition, but the chefs were often coming up with new ideas and meals to send our way! Our whole crew were happy and well fed, and we are definitely looking forward to use them again in the future!

We ordered an intimate Christmas dinner this year and the meal absolutely knocked our socks off. I wasn’t sure if it would be enough food, or if the price tag would be justified in the end. Happy to report it was amazing. Everything from the presentation and packaging to the delicious taste. I was able to pop all the compostable trays on cookie sheets and have a delicious warm meal on the table at 8 minutes with no pots and pans to wash. I think we’ll do this from here on out!

I used C & C for a few corporate events ranging from small get togethers(40) to full company summer socials(300). The food was amazing and the service was out of this world. I was shocked what they could do with limited budget and amazed what they could do with our larger event budgets. Dax and his team made the planning and decision making extremely easy and presented locations we never thought of didn't have access to. I highly recommend using as an events and catering company. Easily the BEST decision we made in planning our wedding was hiring Cocktails and Canapés. My husband and I have both worked in hospitality for years, and with a few chefs on the attendance list, felt enormous pressure to deliver a fantastic meal for our guests. Cocktails and Canapés totally exceeded our high expectations. True to their name, the canapés and charcuterie boards were epic, the cocktails delicious, and the meal was unforgettable. Brett and Olivia are lovely to work with, easy-going yet completely professional. I'd hire them again in a heart beat!

Can't say enough good things about working with Cocktails and Canapes, with regards to the whole team but Marli in particular. Planning of the event she had a lot of great insight about food and planning for the event, was prompt with her response and managed a multitude of different expectations. I was very grateful to her and the staff to manage any and all issues with the venue so I could enjoy the event itself without having to deal with the issues that came up from the venue. The event was a 200+ person party that went off without a hitch and with lots of great feedback about the food. Overall, I would whole heartedly recommend Cocktails and Canapes and Marli in particular. The attention to detail, customer service and very tasty food made this event a fairly easy (for me anyways) and successful event!

What a great service! Lexi and Gabriel were professional, helpful and fun. The food was great, perfect quantity, passed out regularly – we had loads of compliments on the food and people asking us for the caterer’s name (which was amusing since it was printed in lots of places ????). Cocktails and Canapes catered the BC Civil Liberties Association's fundraising gala which was 250+ people and included a mingling reception with dinner. Dax and Michelle were super responsive to all of our requests and very flexible. On the day, they rolled with the punches with so much professionalism and grace. We even asked them to provide a spaghetti and chocolate milk meal for a 2 year old child of a special guest and they graciously delivered--talk about amazing service. Oh, and the food! Wow. Amazing and super delicious. Not your typical catering food. Our guests could not stop talking about the presentation, quality, and deliciousness of the food for days to come. Cocktails were also spectacular and very interesting. I highly recommend!

This company catered the Diner en Blanc event in Vancouver. The food was good, but their organization was deficient. The failure to deliver meals left a significant number of people waiting in line for up to two hours, causing them to miss much of the event. No event organizers or representatives of the caterer ever appear to explain the problem or offer any assistance. No follow up after the event has been made to apologize or offer compensation. Not good.

This company catered the dinner en blanc 2017. Though I'm sure their food is good, I wouldn't know because my food never showed up. My wife's meal was good though. I know dozens of other people didn't get a meal that they paid for either. Tried contacting them shortly after the dinner, as our information was taken and we were told we would get a refund, and we got a run around. The dinner en blanc organizers won't respond to anyone, this company stopped picking up the phone at the time. I know there is a lot of other people who are in the same situation. I waited a few months to post this to give them reasonable time to rectify the problem but nothing has happened. If a reasonable solution is offered I will gladly revise my comments.

The menu was varied, the food was exquisite and the presentation was beautiful. We have tons of staff with dietary limitations and special requests and the accommodated each and every single one without hesitation! Our staff said this was THE BEST holiday buffet they've ever had!! I would highly recommend this company for your event - our guests loved it all!
