Amazing breakfast place and a must if you are looking for brunch downtown. Patio has lots of seating when Bernard is closed to traffic in the summer. The restaurant was understaffed after covid, but we had a fantastic waitress and the kitchen staff gave us a meal that arrived quickly and easily lived up to expectations!

I once drove across Canada and stumbled upon this place when I had a French toast craving. I've been dreaming about it since and it was definitely the best French toast of my life, by far. I might have whimpered when I left, not knowing when the next time I'd eat something so good again would be. I am no baker but I did teach myself to make brioche bread during the pandemic so I could try to recreate this dish... It was good but not quite the same. I've intentionally planned my trip back out east to include a stop here and am bringing my mother. I'm giddier than a school girl. I never knew French toast could impact my life so much! Haha

Learn how to serve and treat people right. I like this place, I've been a few times and the food is very good. Tried to go there yesterday and it was horrible. The chaos, noise and lack of organization was very apparent. The restaurant seemed to be busting at the seems- great for marketing and generating desire, but seriously impedes a visitor's experience. The balcony was open so I don't understand why people weren't seated outside. The server ignored me for a good 15 mins, I tried to make eye contact on several occasion and finally waved. She saw and was forced to come over as a result of my overt signalling- she made a point to take her time and stop at other tables in between before attending to me. Long story short, I did not want to spend my money here and got up and left. This experience will seriously impact my opinion and recommendation of it to friends. Teach your servers how to interact with human beings!

Sometimes you go out for breakfast and you order the ranchers. Usually it's a hit or miss how good it is here, in Beautiful British Columbia. Today I was very much surprised as I haven't had a good one in a long time. In fact it's better than most????!!! The corned beef hash is also good if you like your breakfast potatos shredded to perfection!

Taste: 9/10 Ordered 3 items French toast: SO GOOD. 100% would reorder. Vietnamese Benny: deconstructed banh mi with an egg on top. Tasted great! Hash was good. Salmon Benny: good too, more classic. Would prefer the Vietnamese one more since more unique. Overall recommend!

My friends and I were visiting Kelowna and this seemed like one of the more popular brunch places. We came here for a late lunch after driving for 5 hours, so we were pretty hungry. The food is pretty good! I got the waffles and my friends got the savory dishes. Portions are pretty generous. Overall not bad.

A very nice Cafe with a good atmosphere and friendly staff. I had ordered the BC Bennie (eggs Benedict) and it was alright. The Benedict was well seasoned and the eggs were cooked nicely. The Benedict came with a big helping of shredded hash browns as well but they were a little too mushy for my taste. I personally like my hash browns with a good crisp on the outside and soft on the inside.

This is a great find! Ive only been a couple times but on both occasions the serves was great: very friendly and genuine, you can tell the staff really like working there. Make sure you bring your appetite as the servings are huge! (so much so that you might want to consider splitting...) Both times I came for breakfast, and had an omelet, (ti was that good the first time) LOTS of cheese and filings, shredded hasbrowns where perfect.. I will definitely be bringing out of town guests here, for the true Kelowna experience!

Food was great and amazing when the order was correct... Our service was terrible. The waitress didn't show up (20 minutes in) until we finally were able to flag someone down. She then took our drink orders but returned later telling us she forgot that they were not serving them that day. Our orders were all mixed up, incorrect, and she forgot to check about a dairy allergy... Twice! Won't be coming back.

The classic eggs Benny was good but nothing special. The few pieces of fruit with the breakfast plates are a nice touch. Our server was a little hard to find when we were ready to pay. We were lucky and didn't have to wait for a table for very long, but that is always a distinct possibility. We did have to share a table with another couple. This place is great in general, but if crowded or expensive is not your thing you might not like it.

We did have a standard bacon and eggs, but for the price and the environment we were expecting more. Possibly the head chef is on cruise control, or was having an off day. Busy busy brunch spot. Packed but worth the wait. Friends highly recommended their homemade strawberry jam. Had their chilli omlette, hash brown and bagel. They were all pretty good but nothing spectacular. The jam though was very good. The matcha latte was quite refreshing for a hot summer day.

Always amazing food and the staff is friendly. Brunch time is very busy, so be prepared to wait 30 minutes or longer (it's worth it). Also, be sure to try their fresh strawberry jam.

I've never had Dosa before. It was so very good! I've never had Indian food as good as this back in the States. I had a bbq beef dosa with a mango maple crepe and chai tea. Huge portions for your money. CAD $20.10 for all that so around 15 U.S. Dollars! Great food for a great price! I will come back when I'm in Kelowna again!

Last week we visit Bohemian Cafe and all I like to say is BIG THANK YOU FOR GREAT BREAKFAST! Everything taste amazing and your oatmeal pan cakes with fresh berries are the best !We did ordered few thinks and told the waiters we will share all meals .We did not expected for them to bring half portion on each plate for each of Us!Wow and the portions was huge!!!!!Bravo !thank you staff and owners. Wish this place opens in Victoria one day .:)

Sadly, it was an unfortunate experience. I have a feeling it was an anomaly but we were told a 20 minute wait that took almost 40 minutes. Party of 5, we ordered simple breakfasts of eggs, homefries and toast. Arrived after another 45 minutes. Over easy was over medium+, homefries were cold. We're visiting from Calgary, but have relatives in kelowna. 30 minutes for a coffee refill. No apologies from the waitress. Over $104 for 5, plus a 15% tip. Once bitten twice shy, I won't be back. In hindsight, I should have given 10%. Now for a 7+ hour drive to Calgary ????

Dont normally rate places this low, but really its only average. We went for lunch and were not blown away at all, maybe breakfast is better(locals do rave about this place) It does have a very neat decorated interior but menu was small and not very unique. No draught beer and only 2 bottled to pick from.

We went here for brunch on Sunday. It was really busy but luckily they had a table for two right away. We saw the table right next to us had the pancake and it looked so good we decided to order two of them ($16.5 each). Oh wow it was so delicious. It’s called oatmeal pancake and it has fruit topping. The portion was huge. We also ordered coffee and tea and they were also good too. We will come back again for sure.

One of the best breakfast place in town. Nice and cozy and good number of selections. Too bad I've only been here 3x, because there's usually a line out. It's nice how you don't have to be seated, and you can just pick any table that's available. Great place for a family breakfast, and if it's your first time in Kelowna, you should definitely try this place!

The third time I tried to go here there was finally no wait. I heard from some people that live in Kelowna that this was the best breakfast place in town. What a low bar this place set. I get the same thing everywhere; eggs, bacon, toast and hashbrowns. I'll say the homemade bread was nice, but that's it. The eggs were normal but the hashbrowns and bacon sucked. The hashbrowns were barely cooked and not at all crispy. The bacon literally had no taste. My friend asked for extra bacon which was $5. It's a better deal to just ask for a plastic fork to munch on. Seriously go to the restaurant next door. I forget the name, but it's cheaper, tastier, and less crowded.

This is hands down the best place for breakfast in Kelowna. They have an extensive menu of quality dishes. The food is awsome with some vegetarian and gluten free options. The staff are wonderful. It's a busy place. Sometimes you might have to wait 15 minutes for a table or share a table with new friends, but it's worth it.

This would have been a 5 star review because the location, atmosphere, and food are all good. However, the cafe is not that big and the staff move like snails, so you end up waiting outside for 30 to 45 minutes in a small crowd watching space after space open up and the snails eventually cleaning up those spaces. My guess is that their turnover could be 10% to 20% more if they had better staff.

Perfect place for breakfast or brunch! It's a very casual, fun and a unique atmosphere. The food is great, however the place is always super busy (especially weekend mornings), expect to wait a-little. However, the last time I was there, they did serve me an overripe avocado where they had cut off almost 1/3 of it (the rotten part of it I assume). Everything else was great.

I used to work here, the family that owns this place is lovely. Hans is the type of business owner that goes where he is needed and is there everyday. One time we were short a server so he served the entire patio himself. If we're down a cook, guess who's there? The menu has a wide variety of things for everybody, including non-egg eaters like me. I especially enjoy the house made sausages. All in all this is a great business to support!

Waited a half hour to get in but we were ok with that after reading the reviews. Two of us ordered eggs Benedict and specified we wanted runny yolks. We then waited for over an hour while several tables around us who arrived after us received their food. The server advised it was busy and because we ordered poached eggs it took longer. What a load that was! Table next to us who arrived after us ordered the same thing and got it way before us. Meal finally comes and you guessed it the yolks were hard. The English muffins were soggy and meals were luke warm. One of the meals was completely cold. Hash browns were under cooked and soggy. We could hardly wait to get out of there. What a terrible experience.

One of the best breakfast spots in Kelowna! The food is always superb and the staff are fantastic. The huevos rancheros, eggs bennie and french toast are all amazing. It usually has a bit of a line on weekends and every day in the summer so plan a little extra time when going.

Waited 45 mins for a table on Saturday morning, which is absolutely fine. Sat down, and realistically the result is just blah, not very imaginative. Eggs weren't really cooked to order, and it seems that the kitchen is too small to service the size of the restaurant, started off well but honestly wouldn't go back.

The food was alright, not much wow-factor. The restaurant itself looked pretty nice and cozy, which was nice. I just unfortunately had a pretty disappointing experience with the waitresses there. I ordered Mexican Fiesta, and I said the title twice, but the waitress made a mistake and brought Mexican Omelet instead. I'm not sure how Fiesta became Omelet in her head... I got confused when I received the plate, so checked the menu again, and nope, I didn't order an omelet. I asked another waitress what I received, and nope it was not what I ordered. She offered me to replace it, but I was told the kitchen was already closed earlier and I definitely didn't want to waste, so I told her it was fine. At other restaurants (very few because most restaurants don't even make this type of mistakes), where similar things happened in the past, the waitress/waiter who took my order came to actually apologize, and they offered some sort of discounts, but none of that happened here, which was disappointing. Also, there was nothing Mexican about Mexican Omelet, so I don't recommend getting that if you go. My husband ordered Quesadillas, and it tasted pretty good.

Great selection of food for all types of eaters. Decently priced. Always happy with what comes out of their kitchen. Servers have all been excellent. It's always busy, and they don't accept reservations so if you go at a peak time expect to wait about 20 minutes. There's sitting areas inside and out to wait. There's tables inside, and outside, so great variety!

Breakfast at The Boh is to die for. The Eggs Benny is sooooo yummy. My friend had the Tuna Benny Special and she thought hers was just as amazing. The buzz is lively, the vibe friendly, and the service, as always, was excellent. Get there early (there will still be a line up) but arriving after The Boh has already opened guarantees a wait, sometimes pretty significant. It's worth it though. Take a book, visit with friends, make new friends in the line, or listen to a podcast. You won't be sorry.

The "Boh" as locals call it...is probably the best stop in town if you're looking for Brunch! It provides a great atmosphere, especially in the Summer. I recommend the huevos rancheros!

If you want bang for your buck, Bohemian Café is probably the way to go. The dishes were sizeable (I made two meals out of my omelette), and the food was good (not great, but still good food). The lukewarm hash browns, and messy plating made the whole thing feel rushed. And I get it, I’ve worked in the service industry, those cooks are pumping out food. But it added to the average experience. The café is spacious, with ceiling fans and well over 6 feet between each table. The vibe of the whole place was great: signed pictures on the walls, good music, not to quiet or too loud. Expect good food, haphazard service, and a great atmosphere.

I was quite surprised how good the food was! They have home made sausages, and sometimes that's a risk because of the ship's level. They had flavour, but my two girls didn't notice any hotness. TERRIBLE ALL AROUND. So bad that I actually made a Google account just so I could warn others. One of the worst places I have ever eaten. My fiance and I decided to try this place after a few suggestions from our friends (Despite my mother telling me about her terrible experience there, where it took her 15min to get a glass of water while all the staff were just sitting in the corner chatting.) Needless to say, we were very disappointed. To start with, the lighting and table arrangements were awful and the bad music was playing really loud. Also very expensive menu. The service wasn't bad but it wasn't good either. Our coffee was tasteless, burnt and watery. I ordered the omelet with chili and it was by far the most bland tasting chili I have ever had. My shredded hash browns were not cooked and very soggy. My fiance ordered eggs Florentine with SOFT poached eggs and the yolks were not runny at all and his hash browns were also not cooked. Even when we get bad food from places, we still choke it down, pay and just don't come back. but here... we couldn't even pretend to like it. I told the waitress that we didn't enjoy it and all she could do was give us a $5 discount. We still ended up paying $25 for something I wouldn't feed to a dog. It's not like the place was busy either, there was only 2 other couples in there at the time so I don't understand how they could have messed up so bad. If you want a great place to eat, walk across the street to Cafe Soleil. I initially avoided it like the plague because it doesn't look that inviting from the outside but wow! This place has it all, very chill atmosphere, a funny and attentive owner whom waits on the tables, cheap affordable pricing, and awesome food. They haven't once ever messed up, it has become our new favorite breakfast spot in Kelowna.

We finally gave up and started to walk out when our waitress gave us attitude and said our food would be right out, that’s it’s, “literally sitting I. The kitchen!”. Too little too late. You can look online at their menu. I've only been here once. Food was good but not terrific. Plenty of food choices. Environment inside is unusual. You can order takeout. Because if the BC mandate and it's rules, you may want to check for any changes in times or dine-in rules. This restaurant is following guidelines for covid-19 to keep staff and customers safe. Not sure what's currently happening with the catering side of this business, because of covid-19.

I came here straight from the airport to dine right in kelowna. Th lighting on the inside was poor, but it wasn’t like we were the only people there and it was very homey. There was good flowing air conditioning not too cold or hot on the inside. There’s outdoor seating with umbrellas . The staff were very nice and our waitress started some nice conversation with us and told us points to visit in kelowna. I got the veggie quesadillas, they were very yummy and there was a reasonably amount of oil. Crisp edges. It came with 5 quesadillas . Perfect quesadillas. My friends both got sandwiches, and the bread was that nice multi grain not hard type with nice salads with it and good, fresh vegetables inside. Overall , it was very nice and I would recommend, but I rated it 4 stars because I wouldn’t come back. I just don’t really like restaurants, so it has to really impress me if I wanted to come back, and it was great but not super impressive.

I had the sandwich special and the seasoning consisted of cream cheese with some pesto mixed in. The flavors weren't exactly jumping off the plate... It was fresh, but way over priced for what you get. You also have to be ok with subpar service (my guess is the staff feel most customers are tourists and therefore are unconcerned with repeat business). Been before as I'm local and enjoyed the breakfast (Bennie's), so stick with that.

The drinks are delicious! If you’re coming here just for drinks I highly recommend it. We came here for breakfast and I was quite disappointed with how slow the service was. I understand they were busy but an update on the food would’ve been nice. The food was a little cold by the time it got to us and I had almost lost my appetite because of how long it took. The food was mediocre, I’ve had better breakfast at other places. Overall, it was an okay experience, the portions are filling so I did leave full.

Not too mention the boh has amazing catering options for weddings, parties, or just little finger foods for business meetings. If you want to start your day with a lip smacking breakfast, then this is the place to go! We ordered french toast and Spinach and artichoke Benedict that came with a side of hash browns. The eggs were cooked to perfection and the french toast was very tasty. They stick to their belief of serving good quality, local food and turn it into an experience to remember. This place can get crowded easily, I would encourage you to make a reservation!

They use Cherry Hill medium roast coffee beans and it was delicious. Also their bennies were excellent, perfectly poached eggs and free range. I ordered the Artichokes and spinach bennies and it was to die for especially if you like sour flavours with a hint of creamy hollandaise sauce. The disappointing part of the breakfast was the potatoes, I would have preferred it more cooked.

I had breakfast, corned beef hash with a couple of eggs. Food arrived quickly, was hot and fresh. Tasted great! Dropped from 4 to 2 stars on my second visit. Had bacon scrambled eggs, hasbrowns and toast. Burnt bacon when I asked for crispy. No one came to ask me if I wanted more coffee or water until I was finished eating. But the eggs, hasbrowns were great and the portion size was awesome left no room for anything else. I would still go back. Friendly and polite service, seated and served right away.

We had a fantastic host and our grapefruit mimosas were delicious. The lox on bread however was not good at all. Our host suggested that they made bread in-house and that it would definitely be a better choice than the bagels. But the bread was soggy and tasteless. We also ordered the chef's creation which was supposed to be benedict with pesto cream cheese but was buried under the usual hollandaise sauce.

This place is absolutely excellent. They have some great custom teas and coffee. Lots of milk alternatives. The food is awesome the blueberry pancakes are the best I have ever have. They have some very good eggs Benny and make hollandaise sauce from scratch (or at least it tastes that way) They make there own bread and strawberry jam both are very very good. They are closed on Mondays and only open for until early afternoon the rest of the week.

This is hands down my favourite breakfast spot in Kelowna! All there food and drinks are delicious. My go to order is the spinach and artichoke eggs benny and an oat milk London fog! Absolutely amazing! The staff are always very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is very cozy and cute! It is always busy here, so expect a little bit of a wait, depending on what time you go. However the wait is worth it! Overall this is a great breakfast spot with lots of delicious options for all! I would highly recommend!

Atmosphere was great. Staff were really busy but they helped as best they could. I had the smoked salmon on a bagel and my wife had the mango chutney on a bagel. The bagel was cold and not toasted. Kudos to the staff for fixing this immediately. They also advised that they do not toast their bangels when they are the bread option for a Sammy. It tasted really good once toasted though. Contrast this with the rest of my table. The omelette was huge and stuffed with cheese and spinach and had a side of super crispy hashbrowns/roasty. The French toast and pancakes were piled high and loaded with fruit. The banh mi and salad was super tasty as the special. May have simply been a bad day for the team, but the breakfasts options were far superior to the sandwiches.

Love the Bohemian Restaurant , today I had the Popeye Omelet! Certainly a negative, my omelet was floating in half a cup of water from the steamed spinach. I use 3 large size napkins to absorb the water, by then the melted cheese went out with the liquid. It was disappointing to say the least, my waitress saw me sop up the water. It had nothing to do with her so the reason I’m writing this review. Maybe rethink your steamed spinach, it wasn’t properly drained. Therefore the 1 star today…that’s a first! Sad!

What a beautiful place. Was looking for a breakfast place in Kelowna while traveling and found the reviews interesting. The food is good, but the atmosphere is what I loved. We went on a busy brunch with a party of three. We received initial service to order a drink, then our foo order was taken. Our server never came back. Different servers brought out the food and we had to ask them to get our server to order another drink. He never checked on the food and never would of came back if we hadn't have asked. I ordered the tofu benny. Strangest benny I have ever had..... The pickled carrots and onions were strange. When hollandaise is the star of every benny and they only put a tiny bit, its disappointing! Also a good sauce goes a long ways and it was pretty well flavorless so that was disappointing as well. I would recommend taking this item off the menu. It's just straight up weird and not very good.... The French toast was amazing tho. The service was very lacking. Was also fairly pricey for not great food for me personally....

Instead of suggesting similar alternatives or explaining to me the portion sizes, or explaining that there is a minimum charge for delivery - He responded basically saying he didn't think the Options that I had in mind for my event were suitable (or that I wasn't spending enough money?) and that I go elsewhere. Terrible etiquette - Will not eat there and will suggest friends and family to look elsewhere for any and all catering needs.

There are only a couple decent places for brunch in town that are casual and The Boh tops that category because of its largely local & organic menu, friendly service and unique atmosphere. I wish they were always open, but I think their hours are targeted specifically to hangovers. It's hugely popular and usually packed when its open, so be prepared for a wait.

(I had to call her over and ask to order), this would normally be fine as with covid and everywhere being short staffed, we are very understanding. However, the table next to us, was seated after us, and had their food before we even got to order.

Amazing menu! I rarely have the opportunity to ha e a good brunch because I am dairy, gluten, and egg intolerant but this place was extremely accommodating and it was easy to find a meal to suite. Also our waiter was exceptionally welcoming. Be back again soon!

Probably not coming back. Food- every order at our table was incorrect, and the food was a little unappetizing. Service- was friendly but very slow. We ended up waiting about 20 minutes to order, and then another 35 minutes for our breakfast. Nobody was social distancing inside and no servers were wearing any masks.

Being local I have eaten here a number of times. Overall considering the outstanding reputation I have been disappointed more often than not. Perhaps I’ve been unlucky but I’ve found plastic pieces and hair in my food. I’m not a big complainer and know that these things can happen, but frankly I haven’t been back here since the last time a hair appeared and now there are other equally or better breakfast choices - think Sunny’s down by the Sails for one.

The food was so amazing. I LOVE eggs benedict and have tried it everywhere. The hollandaise sauce here is so light and tasty! It's not like a heavy mayo most places come out with. Super pleased with everything. (And I needed it after the hell of a day/night yesterday getting into town)

One of my favourite places for breakfast/lunch. Such a cozy atmosphere, and staff are always super friendly. The food is delicious - specifically love their blueberry pancakes, French toast, aBOHcado, and huevos rancheros. Drooling thinking about it now - yum!
