We used Giles Catering for our wedding September 28th, 2019 and had a great experience. The hall we had used did not have any of the tables or chairs arranged the way they were supposed to be and Marschal helped us arrange all the tables and chairs. He went the extra mile to make sure that my family and friends were comfortable and satisfied and he fit right in among them. The food was absolutely amazing, and I couldn't have asked for better service. Highly recommended!

We had Giles Catering cater our daughter's wedding yesterday which took place in our backyard. Marschal was amazing to work with. The food was delicious. Everything from the charcuterie boards and salad to the roast beef was done perfectly. The staff was great. They were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a caterer.

We had Giles Catering for our wedding on September 28, 2021. He was easy to work with, very courteous, and everyone loved the food. A little more salt to the pork would've been swell, but either then that it was good. The chicken was tender and juicy, mashed potatoes were awesome, and the caesar salad was the bomb. Thanks Mashal for helping us make our wedding the best!

We had Giles catering for our wedding. IT WAS PERFECT! I highly recommend him for any occasion. He is very professional and easy to talk too. His staff were very professional and made everything go smooth even with the restrictions of Covid. If your thinking of booking him, think no more and book !!! Pricing is tooo good for the excellent high end food he serves !!

We had Marshal Giles cater my daughters wedding on Sept 12, 2020 for 100 guests. It was a tent wedding which he delivered exceptional service, amazing quality of food, an exceptional charcuterie display. The full meal was served with professional excellence, no delays, the flavours were amazing, the meal was served warm (consider how difficult that would be with no ovens). Marshall was excellent to work with, his prices are great. Please consider him for your next occasion. I certainly will! He went over and above to ensure our service was perfect. The guests were raving about his meal he served.
