I want to thank Bino, Melissa, Amanda, Sylvia, Karen and the whole staff who made my wedding very special. With western style weddings, I often worry about whether people had enough to eat. Everyone was raving about how the salmon was indeed "baked to perfection", how especially yummy the Yukon mash were, and what a surprise the honey cake was. Their all inclusive package with cake vendor Dolcezza and DJ Ken from Vinyl12 entertainer were the amazing. (More photos to be added when my photographer is done with them!)

I have had so many friends and family marry here over the last decade and now i know why. Brenda and Bino are amazing to work with. They have been answering all our questions along the why and are more then willing to help with solutions to ideas we have. Brenda has so much experience and is such a pleasure to work with. The food tasting in Jan 2016 was a fantastic experience. The food was incredible, and we were able to meet the companies that work with the Glen. We were able to speak directly to the owners of the bakery and discuss cake options as well as meet an officiant, DJ, and chiefs. They are willing to go above and beyond for food restrictions for all our guests. After this event I am looking foreword even more to our wedding here in August. Thanks crew at the Glen!

I had my wedding reception here on October 25, 2014 and I can not say enough of how wonderful this place was to us! They made everything so easy in terms of planning and helped me so much when I had a mini bridal meltdown over a wedding cake! completely calmed me down, they are what every bride needs. The actual reception was so smooth and the food was delicious, everyone was still talking about it! :) will definitely go here for other events!

I've held many events here all for different occasions. Each time I was more and more impressed. The property is spectacular and the food and service was A++. Bino was a pleasure to work with and he even tailored a specific menu to satisfy the guests and my budget. Would definitely recommend.

Learning First!

We just got married at Carl's Catering and it was perfect! we had 126 guests and that was perfect. Our guests cannot stop raving about the venue, service and the food. The all-inclusive wedding package is brilliant and takes a great deal of the stress off of the couple. The kitchen service was impeccable. They were flexible and had great attitudes towards our guests. We felt taken care of from the day we signed the contract all the way to the wedding date. It is a perfect place to have a fairytale wedding.

The second I met Bino and his amazing staff I knew this was the perfect place to have our special day. Everyone at Carl's Catering has gone over and above for myself and family, I really can't thank them enough. The second you meet them you are treated like family. They have been so supportive durning such a difficult time, and really take the stress out of wedding planning for you. They are organized, accommodating, and provide amazing service. The grounds are beautiful for a ceremony and pictures, the hall inside is beautiful and decorated to perfection. The food is delicious, and they have such a variety to choose from. They also accommodate food allergies or special dietary restrictions.We had a small outside ceremony with just family a few weeks ago, and it was amazing. I can't wait to celebrate at Carls Catering again next year with all our friends and family. Thanks again to Bino, Melissa, Karen, and the amazing staff at Carls Catering.

My wife and I found Carl's on a whim. We didn't even need to look anywhere else. The amount that Carl's offered for the price point we got was everything we needed to hear and see to make this place our wedding venue. Susan was an absolute treasure to work with. She was accommodating, understanding, and made sure every detail was followed to a T. The owner Bino was helpful, transparent, patient, and accommodating. On the day of the wedding, Sylvia made sure our every need was met and ensured a perfect reception for our guests. Dolcezza made our cake to perfection, Ken T our DJ had everyone dancing all night long, and the servers and kitchen staff made an absolutely astounding meal. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. Thank you to everyone at and associated with Carl's Catering The Glen for making our special day seamless, care free, and perfect all around.

Really nice spot. It is for smaller events but we'll organized. A big parking lot for a small venue. I like how the bar is separated on the upper floor and the tables on the lower. They also have washrooms upstairs and one on the main level. The washroom was clean which is important.

Attended the wedding of a family member. I believe the stuffed chicken was cooked in a microwave from frozen. The green beans with garlic were cold. The potato was bland. The apple crumble desert was all sugar! The highlight of the meal was definitely the butternut squash soup, it was really good.( This is why you get the one star and not zero) No tea or coffee offered with dessert. ( Although later I was told it was self serve at the bar...) For the price this establishment charges, I was expecting much more.Time for this place to rethink their business model. Spend your money elsewhere.

My (now husband) and I got married on Aug 24, 2019 at Carl’s. The day was nothing short of perfect. Everything leading up to our wedding day was easy and a smooth process. Angie/Melissa were quick to respond with any questions I had. They were able to provide their knowledge to help me plan my reception. We went with Ken as our DJ & Trevor as our MC and they were fantastic as well. Everything was exactly as I hoped for. Carl’s is great for many reasons, mainly because they provide so many amenities with your wedding booking. It saved me from having to go out and hire so many outside vendors, get permits etc. The food was excellent, the drinks were unlimited, and the décor was fabulous. Karen, the chef, was also so welcoming and friendly throughout the whole experience. We also wanted to give our sincerest thanks to Sylvia. She was phenomenal from the beginning to the end. She went above & beyond and helped with everything!!! We are sooo thankful for you, Sylvia!!!!! Our family was so impressed with the venue and the grounds. Everyone raved about how beautiful the place is and what a fantastic wedding it was. My husband and I are so happy we chose Carl’s Catering at the Glen and we highly recommend this venue!! Attended a friends wedding at this establishment. Was absolutely beautiful! Cosy space but more than big enough to host the outdoor ceremony and the building to host the reception. The staff were great. Fantastic service, did all they could to help and ensured everything ran without a hitch. The food was also fantastic. Highly recommend this place for events and will be returning.

My now Wife and I had our wedding here during covid. We like so many had to reschedule and Bino at Carls Catering was always so easy to work with. We had 3 postponements and not once was getting a new date ever a problem. With over 15 years of culinary experience I can honestly say that Bino showed up on my wedding day and made me the best meal I have ever had. The chicken was honestly as good as the beef I couldn’t believe it. Then when best part of the night was when bino sliced up and served the leftover protein family style, allowing those who had the beautiful prime rib the opportunity to try the chicken and for those who had the chicken the opportunity to try that amazing prime rib. To ken the dj and your incredible team thank you for the best vibes ever! You guys kept the party going all night , everything was on point thank you Thank you to the amazing staff you made sure we had such a wonderful time for all of our guests a big shout out to The bartender Jessie , ALL the serving staff Sylwia K - floor manager And of course tiffany the dishwasher! I attended a wedding here back in 2014 and fell in love! From the beautiful venue and delicious food to the wonderful people, this place is outstanding! Which is why I am having my wedding here this summer !!! I attended the open house last month and it only assured me even more that I picked the perfect venue for my wedding. Everything was set up so beautifully. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. Brenda and Bino are just wonderful and truly a pleasure to work with. And the food! Our wedding experience at Carl's Catering was fantastic! From the moment we chose the venue, up until even days after our wedding day, staff at The Glen were extremely generous, accommodating, available and helpful. Melissa, in particular, coordinated our wedding and was very easy going, informative and offered many excellent ideas that made our big day special. Sylvia and her staff were also very quick, efficient and kind during the reception. We did not hear one bad comment about the food. The kitchen does an EXCELLENT job and everything from the hors d'oeuvres, the three course meal, to the late night snacks were absolutely delicious. The grounds are stunning! The ceremony was everything we dreamed of for our wedding day. Staff do an incredible job up-keeping the property. We would recommend Carl's Catering to anyone for ANY sort of event. Not only are they are able to accommodate requests and make your vision become a reality, it is an extremely budget friendly venue. Thank you to Bino and all of his staff for giving us a PERFECT wedding day!

We had our wedding at Carls Catering May 2017 and it was wonderful. Bino and his staff are amazing and super accommodating. Melissa was a dream to work with and set me at ease when it came to planning. The venue and grounds made for some amazing pictures and the interior made for the perfect cozy romantic night. I had my wedding at Carl's Catering on Friday September 13th and it was the best day ever! The food was so amazingly good, they were able to cater to some of our guests who were vegans,gluten free and even one who was keto. The venue was exactly how I pictured it being done up with the colors we picked,centre pieces, and head table. Our photographers raved about how great it was to take pictures outside with the amazing willow tree behind a white gazebo and in the evening the patio covered with Edison bulbs made for great lighting. Inside is an amazing staircase that felt romantic for pictures. Through the whole process of the planning Melissa and Angie were amazing and answered every question and then some. Sylvia the floor coordinator and her crew made us feel at ease and reassured us the day of and were extremely organized and timely. Bino made us feel welcomed as well as our Bridal party and it felt like we were never strangers to a " Venue" . I wish I could do it all again because it was the best day ever! Thank you so much for making this day so memorable for my Family and Friends to share with us.

I was part of a parent fundraising initiative with our cheer club. We decided to hold our poker night here. My first call with Bino went well and he was really helpful therefore we decided to go ahead and have the event here. There were a few miscommunications and issues leading up to the event but we still pushed forward as they were minor. The one shining star they have is Sylvia, she was beyond amazing all night and really helped to make it a positive experience. We confirmed and paid for 100 guests PRIOR to the event with the promise that if anything went wrong, bino would see that we get superior service. We ended up with 104 people at the event (we sold tickets and had the stubs to the tickets to verify our numbers) Bino stood all night counting guests and came to us to tell us there was 113 people and did so rudely in front of our guests. When Bino decided to leave for the night, he told my husband he would go with our numbers and to leave an envelope with the bartender (who is his girlfriend) with what we thought was appropriate to leave. An hour after he left, his girlfriend approached us and demanded the cost for 13 ppl extra, again in front of our guests. We finally paid for 6 extra guests (3 2 more than what we had) so she would stop demanding in front of everyone. There was another incident between the bartender and an attendee in which the attendee came to us to talk about it. The bartender overheard and came from behind the bar to the middle of the room to scream at our attendee for telling us and then refused to serve her because she came to us (keep in mind we paid for an open bar for 106 ppl). We actually have this incident on video as our attendees were so upset with the service that they taped It! All in all it was a very embarrassing night and one I wouldn't wish upon anyone. I emailed bino a couple of days later once the dust settled to discuss the events and he has not responded to my emails. It was disappointing for a fundraising event but this is the kind of thing that could ruin a wedding.

My husband and I could not be happier with our entire experience at Carl's Catering, The Glen. From the first time we met the staff, to the last moment of our wedding, we were amazed by the level of care provided. First and foremost, it was a genuine pleasure to work with Bino, Melissa, Angie & Sylvia. They are courteous, professional and incredibly kind. I genuinely felt like they cared about us and making our day as perfect as possible, which it was! As for the venue itself, what can I say other than it is gorgeous! The willow tree and the gazebo are straight out of a magazine and make for a perfect backdrop. The grounds are well manicured and the building is well maintained. I love that we were able to keep an intimate feel for our wedding in this space, which is difficult to do with a guest list of 135. Leading up to the wedding, I didn't have to worry about a thing and I took pride in saying that I was the calmest bride in history. While I want to take all the credit for this, I have to give credit where it is due and that is to Bino, Angie and Melissa for taking care of all of the details. The inclusive package that they provide was a lifesaver, especially because I was completing a master's degree during planning and I didn't have a lot of spare time. The vendor's, much like the staff at Carl's were great. It was helpful to have a one stop shop wedding! Now let's talk about the food! It is nothing short of amazing!! The butternut squash soup will live on in my dreams for the rest of my life!! So tasty! We received so many compliments on all the food from our guests, which I had no doubt we would receive. Moreover, as a bride with celiacs and a guest list full of dietary restrictions/requirements, I was very impressed with the attention to detail provided by the staff. There were great options provided to all and everyone left happy, with full bellies. I would recommend this venue to everyone!! Whether it's for weddings, bridal showers, baby showers or whatever you need, Bino and his staff will take the best care of you, hands down!

We will be lost without the staff and crew of Carl's Catering: 1. Melissa and Angie - all the back and forth emails and meet ups to coordinate and finalize our wedding event, with the fact that we're not the only couple they're dealing with. They answered our questions as swift as they can, and they squeeze us on to meet us on our free time. 2. Sylvia - lovely lady who always welcomes us with a hug whenever we see her at the venue, and would answer some of our questions with so much excitement. 3. Karen - the cheerful lady who was prepping up the kitchen and the tables hours before our wedding, who was supposed to be off that day but worked her way to help us out 4. Priya - our main dining POC during the event, she made sure to handle things like a pro despite the event hiccups. Very patient. 5. Joy, Igraine, Dina, Jesse - The upbeat young fellows who was busy making sure none of our guests goes hungry or thirsty...with a smile on their faces. Until now my husband's work mates are raving about the event. My family and the other guests cannot get over the sparkling wine that was served that day, and was bugging us to find out what brand it is. :) Thank you everyone, we sincerely thank you for making everything of this happen.

We just celebrated my daughter's wedding on Friday, July 14, 2017. The day was spectacular, mainly due to the incredible service that we received from the terrific staff at Carl's Catering. Melissa and Bino did a wonderful job of keeping us organized and on track. Sylvia and her amazing serving staff just blew us out of the water with their incredible service - friendly warm caring staff that took time to make sure that all the guests were cared for and had everything they needed. We heard many comments from our guests on how well they were treated and that they loved the venue. And the bartender was incredible as well - very friendly and outgoing. The appetizers were amazing and delicious and the dinner was served piping hot and tasted incredible!! The DJ (Jim) was very entertaining and made sure everyone was having a great time. We had our wedding at Carl's Catering on May and unfortunately the weather was so bad. It rain on that day and I was sooo worried that everything might not turn out well, but with the help of Bino's crew and Melissa, our wedding was sooo amazing!! The food was sooo good and I have to mention this, I really love their mushroom bisque! The best soup I've ever had! I will definitely come back to Carl's if we'll be having another event. The Glen in Brampton is definitely is a go to place for your wedding. Numerous friends have very good things about Bino, owner and Manager and Staff Sylvia and Karen. They are all attentive to every aspect of your venue and food requirements. Definitely a joy to work with professional people who truly care about your day. Carl's Catering did a fantastic job for our wedding. Bino was very quick to get in touch after my initial inquiry and everything flowed smoothly from there. One of the best features at Carl's is their "All-Inclusive" pricing and "One Stop Shopping". After researching several other venues, I was happy to find Carl's Catering where there were no hidden fees, extra costs, etc. The price that Bino gave me was the total price that we paid per person, which made it easier to plan and budget. More importantly, the price was affordable without sacrificing quality and service. They also included Save the Date magnets, invitations, an awesome DJ, and beautiful decorations in their package! It was such a relief not having to set up the decorations before our wedding, or clean them up after the wedding. The entire experience was stress-free. Now a word about Melissa. She was amazing to work with for all of the planning. She is very knowledgeable, patient and flexible with her schedule. Melissa offered her opinion, showed us samples, and gave us lots of time to think about decisions. She was always on top of deadlines, quick to respond to our emails and phone calls, and always professional. Any bride would be lucky to work with her to plan the perfect wedding day. I have recommended Carl's Catering to several people already and will continue to do so for any type of event.

We ordered this food for a party and the food came extremely dry. The gravey smelled aweful that we had to throw it away. The food was absolutely horrendous. Please keep your money and go elsewhere !

I just hosted my bridal shower here at the end of October and I can't thank Bino, Melissa and the entire staff at Carls Catering enough. The hall is beautiful, a truly hidden gem in Brampton. Bino and Melissa were so responsive and accommodating while planning my shower and were so kind when helping me with the seating plan and adding in special details. My guests could not stop raving about how good the food was, and they are not an easy bunch to please. Bino accommodated my request to add in the Portuguese soup caldo verde and he absolutely nailed it! The staff on the day of were phenomenal! from the ladies in the kitchen who were so friendly to the serving staff who were so kind, quick and made sure all my guests were taken care of. I will definitely be returning and hosting events here in the future.

Thank you Carl's catering for the excellent food! The staff here were very polite and delivered our food on time. The food was warm, tasty and a great treat to have. We had our wedding at the Glen on August 10th 2012...it was the most amazing experience! From the food to the setting,the dj/bartender and ceremony site. This truly is the perfect place for an intimate wedding. Amber and Bino were so helpful and helped keep me calm and organized the whole time! We will definitely be going back to renew our vows when the time comes!

Our wedding turned out to be everything we had hoped for at Carl's. Despite many covid-related hiccups during planning, Carl's stayed in contact with us and did their best to update us and work with us as the situation changed. In the end, we had a fabulous day. The ground are gorgeous, the food was good, and the staff were all super friendly and helpful. Having so much built into one package saved us so much stress in planning. I would recommend Carl's to anyone looking for a cozy but formal event space!
