Blair's was absolutely fantastic with everything for our wedding. Not only did they create an amazing menu that worked with our budget, they were able to accommodate all of our special requests; including a funnel cake buffet that they had never seen (or done) before. All of our guests had nothing but positive things to say about the food and their service. They made every step of the planning process easy and quickly responded to any questions we had. They were very professional and overall great people to work with; I would recommend them to anyone I know in need of a caterer.

Blair's catering did a fantastic job for our July 2016 wedding. The apps, main course, and poutine station were absolutely fantastic (we opted for an ice cream truck for dessert - which Blair's were totally cool with which was awesome as well!) Our guests all raved about the food, my aunt even said the chicken was the best she'd ever had in her life! Leading up to the wedding Paulyn and Mark were very professional, helpful, and responsive to our questions. The prices were very reasonable, and some of the best we'd found while shopping around for quotes. Mark and Paulyn understand that you don't have to charge an arm and a leg to have absolutely delicious food! Our menu was exactly what we wanted for our wedding meal. We would not hesitate to recommend Blair's catering for any event, and certainly plan to use them again in the future! Thanks so much Blair's for helping us throw the best wedding reception we could imagine!

We used Blairs for a company breakfast and for our site level holiday dinner. Both meals were excellent! The food was fresh and piping hot and tasted wonderful (the stuffed chicken breasts were to die for!!). Mark and his team were great to deal with. Our team was very pleased with everything. No question, we will use Blairs again for any staff/site needs!

Blair's catering really went above and beyond for our August 2019 wedding. The prices were great, and the food was DELICIOUS! Very big portions. Best chicken I've ever had!!! My guests (and us) were so happy and full! Even the taste testing was such a lovely experience. Also, when my husband and I were taking photos in the park after the ceremony, one of their staff members came and found us, and gave us food and water!!! Sooo thoughtful. I was so thoroughly impressed with Blair's catering!!! I will definitely use them again in the future. If you are thinking about booking with Blair's - do it!!! Mark, Pauline, and the entire staff are outstanding. You will not be disappointed. Thanks again guys!

We found Blair’s catering by checking online for caterers with high reviews. The reviews were spot on! Everything from the time we did the tasting to the night of our wedding, Blair’s customer service and quality of food excelled. We were a bit concerned that our style of wedding (ceremony followed by cocktail reception with food station all in the same room) would be awkward and disorganized during the transition, but Paulyn assured me that everything would go smoothly and took the lead. My guests didn’t even notice the chairs being moved or food stations being set up because the staff worked so efficiently and hors d’oevres were being passed about. I asked them to create one food station that wasn’t on their menu and it turned out amazing. My guests have been raving about the food and I’ve had numerous comments on how friendly the staff was. The hall even commented on how clean everything was left after the reception. If you’re looking for peace of mind, competent friendly customer service and delectable cuisine, then look no further! If I could give them 10 stars I would.
