We placed an order in mid Nov. right around the time BC (where we live) had multiple atmospheric rivers events. Finally getting around to trying the rice after using up other from the local supermarket. It was fantastic. Often when I open up the bag of local rice it has an old, almost rancid smell. This had no old smell and tasted wonderful.
