Quick visit during Friday lunch. Cost 12$ for two soft tacos (spicy chicken was my preferred), nachos with salsa, and a drink. The place has a large parking lot outside, seating inside is available even though lineups can be lengthy. Similar concept as Subway: stand in line, order at the see-through counter, and watch them prepare the food. The place is clean, staff is friendly, food is good!

Tacos were pretty good. Corn tortillas need to be warmed up longer, and doubled up so they don't get soggy and fall apart. The guacamole was bad. I think it was on its last day.

You knocked it out of the park. Ordered 3 regular beef burritos. One with guacamole. All we're excellent and stuffed full. Very friendly both the young girl and older gentleman working on Good Friday. Place is spotless. Has a large table if you decided to eat in. Regulars were plenty big enough you would have to be a really big eater to get through the mucho. All in for 3 and a guacamole add on $33.00 gave them $5. For a tip on top of that. See you again

I had a takeout Mucho Chicken Burrito last week and my husband had a Chicken Quesadilla. Mine was excellent as was the service, very quick and friendly. My husband said he enjoyed his as well. We'll definitely go again. UPDATE: I hadn't been in a while and went back about a week ago. The food was mediocre at best.

This location seems to always be very clean the few times iv been in so I do appreciate that, but the staff come off like they really hate it when you walk into the door and always say " what do you want" or nothing at all.. not that hard to say " what can I get for you today?" It just sounds so much better then a sassy hurry up and tell me what you want with a smug look. The food is never constant some times you get a good amount and sometimes you just get whatever they have left over and don't want to make more. So if you want to feel welcomed just go next door to Starbucks and be served by people who actually want to.

Fantastic service, great burritos and burrito bowls. The chorizo and chicken options are great, you get to pick tortilla type, 4 toppings besides the standard meat, rice/salad filling, beans and cheese. Guacamole is extra. The Mexican drinks are very refreshing. They sadly removed the premade bowls.

I have been to Mucho several times and my burrito has always been excellent. This location is clean and the staff are friendly. The last time I was in I decided to try the new beyond meat (vegetarian option) burrito. I have had beyond meat burgers and loved them so I figured it would be the same for this. I was very disappointed, the beyond meat crumble tasted like it was overcooked and chewy.

Asked for pork and they put steak on, and couldn't take it off, so I ended up paying for steak when I wanted pork. Loved going here last summer, after reading the reviews, must be new owners. The bathrooms were very clean and stocked and it was really a very pleasant visit. I would definitely recommend this muchoburrito. Portion servings are very small. At least for the veggie salad. Chipotle offers free guacamole with veggie (no protein) salad... To the "owner" who replied saying that you "pride ourselves in a premium product... we must proceed with indicated pricing"... You didn't address that I also had concern with your small portion sizing. I have ordered from many Mucho's across Ontario and appreciate the "premium" salads you provide, however you are one of the few who offer such a small serving size. My bowl was half empty even after my 4 topping limit was reached. A few more lettuce leaves and I would have been satisfied. Quality is consistent, Value is not.

The food was really good! However, even though my kids only wanted meat inside, no rice, no salad, nothing else, they sold me the biggest, more expensive burrito, arguing that it is the only one that could have meat. So i paid the most expensive burrito when it had only a mini portion of meat and theys didn't tried to find a better solution. When my kid asked for guacamole, they told us that it had an additional price, so we told the guy to put it anyway. My kid said that the portion was too small and i asked to have a little bit more but they said that the portion was like that... As far as I'm concerned it was very bad customer service and they didn't show empathy at all which might be a reflection of the culture of the company. I'm assumimg those are employees who are told to behave like that, to save 1 onz of avocado!

Downside is the pricing is rather expensive compared to othee areas nearby (my regular burrito, snack size nachos and a small bowl of soup was $25 with a drink.) Usually good. Didn't enjoy it the last time before this one when I was there. They very much skimped on the ingredients. I did have a positive experience this time and both my husband and myself enjoyed what we ordered. Staff is a bit standoffish I find. Hello dear owner, I would like to point out my experience at your mucho burrito. This was my first time trying at this location. The date was October 9, 2021. The time was around 12 PM. The supervisor was not providing good service. He did not let me talk when I wanted to clarify the payment and refund details. He even forgot to give me my churro(which I paid for already). He said to other employees, “don’t listen to him. You don’t have to talk to him.” I honestly was so excited to try this food on holiday. But all I wanted to do was to leave the place and never come back. I took the food and therefore not asking for refund but please have justice in this matter. Your supervisor is not good and customer repellent. One of the employees was good. She tried to explain the situation to me but the supervisor didn’t give me proper treatment. I can not give less than a star here but it was awful. I see you respond to the complaints here and give fair justice to your customers. I put faith in you. Please let me know how we can resolve this. Thank you.

If your looking for fresh food that is considered a "fast" food while still staying in the realm of nutritious, this is the place. You can eat in or take out, service at this location every time I have come has been very good. Like subway you can pick and choose your toppings so it's really up to you. Because they are licensed it gives this "fast" food option a little bit of an edge over other options available in that it caters to those who would like to have an alcoholic beverage with their meal. Not all franchises are created equally...no matter how hard they try but this Mucho Burrito location is one of the best I have been to yet. The staff are awesome.

Most burrito places allow customers to put as many veggies/toppings on a veggie or bean burrito where as mucho burrito has a limit of 4. Staff was friendly tho.

This location seems like it’s trying to save money. Tiny scoops of each ingredient in a bowl...ended up being more like half a bowl even though I asked him to add more of some of the ingredients. Which he did very reluctantly. Got chips and queso too, chips were stale. Compared to other locations, very skimpy.

Worst staff ever, they wont welcome you when you walkin, and worst thing is that being a Mucho Burrito brand, they will make their own rules - only 3 toppings allowed in a burrito bowl - JUST RIPOFF of customers money. When you tell them to add salad items, they will add it as if its a side dish. I am an Indian but wont prefer this location run by an Indian!! I would have given 0 stars if there was an option.

Never had experience like this, i was on phone call with my friend and he went there to pick skip the dishes order and he told the lady skip order# and asked that is my order is prepared ? literally that lady start shouting on him and saying please do not come for pick up the food if you can not wait we have another work as well. this kind of attitude is not good for business and in customer service. i personally met with the owner he is awesome and very nice to everyone. but he should take care of all these situation.

You knocked it out of the park. Ordered 3 regular beef burritos. One with guacamole. All we're excellent and stuffed full. Very friendly both the young girl and older gentleman working on Good Friday. Place is spotless. Has a large table if you decided to eat in. Highly recommended.

Very very very pathetic service we paid almost $35 for burrito and did not get accurate food. The cheese quantity is not satisfactory as well as the entire store ran out of the sauce (we paid for the sauce and got just a drop of it and while asking for the another one they simply said we don’t have any at the back ...seriously?? Won't come back at this location. waste of time,money and energy. No proper scoop of cheese they just sprinkle once and pretend they put twice. Think twice before visiting this place. Really poor store in terms of quantity.

The food is good but the portion sizes are poor and stingy, other location are much more generous with their portions. Ordered a bowl and it only came with two scoops of rice. There is a line on the bowl to indicate where to fill it to, it was far below this line.

Food portions are smaller than other mucho burrito.. the lady behind the counter got the order wrong and tried to overcharge. When questioned she got angry and said “who’ll pay the taxes?”. And after a min of arguing she finally realized her mistake and didn’t apologize. Poor customer service

In terms of Mexican fast-food this is the best in town, all the ingredients are fresh and there are a lot of sauces, salsa's and toppings for your burritos. They have a great selection of meats or for a lesser cost you can straight up just have the veggie option. They also have your standard soda's but they also have Jarritos which is like a Mexican soda that's generally citrus-y and made with cane sugar instead of corn syrup.

I would say that this location give the impression that they are trying to keep costs low by being very measured in the amount of filling they put into the food. Was good when first opened, however now they have cut out white rice (which is more expensive than brown rice), smaller bowls (portion sizes) and a new menu which is at least 20%-25% more expensive. Used to be good for a reasonable priced quick meal, however a $10 steak would burrito bowl after tax is now $14 after tax. Won't be coming here anymore.

What a pleasant surprise. At first I thought the menu looked a little expensive. Placed my order, was handed a burrito that can only be described as the approximate size of a child's leg. I’ve tried most things on the menu and their food has never disappointed me. The staff is quick and helpful and they have a great selection of hot sauces. It can get a little busy during the week at lunch time; but that is to be expected with a great restraint like this.

My family and I were visiting Belleville and visited this location (295 North Front St). We always have a pleasant experience at Mucho Burrito in Toronto/Ottawa. However, the customer experience and portion sizes at this location was appalling. The toppings were covered up which prevented us from knowing what toppings were available. You'll find the fav response to most questions asked is "That'll be EXTRA". Could I have a bit more sauce? "That'll be EXTRA". We had our burritos joking about the "That'll be EXTRA" to anything (napkin, copy of the receipt). It's locations like this that ruin it for the chain. Wish there was an option for zero stars.

It’s not bad food in a rush. However I just feel it’s too expensive! For the price of 3 tacos, dip, and queso.....It was over $20. For that price I have been to nice sit down Mexican restaurants. For a quick in and out bite I feel like the charge too much and are a bit skimpy on the toppings and the protein. For the price they charge my tacos should at least be full. This is a chain and I have had other mucho burrito experiences which are tasty. I do go here in a pinch but I think it’s overpriced compared to other nicer Mexican restaurants that aren’t take out.

Good food, not so good service. The wife asked repeatedly if items were spicy and was assured they were not. They were. When asked if they could remake it so it wasn't, we were met with exasperated sighs and it wasn't remade. El Capitain will learn soon enough that bad service will sink his ship.

This is my second time giving it a shot and it was a horrible experience. When ordering my food, the employee was rude in answering my questions and when serving me he was impolite and not helpful. From the time i ordered until I paid, i already wanted to leave. I was debating just not paying for my food and leaving without it. Now on to the food. Here are pictures of what I received and I can say in all fairness that the portion is poor. Rice is the cheapest in all the world and I barely had 2 table spoons full. I will never go back to this place and I wish other people do not waste their time and money.
