Brought a Samsung A10 cell. Clerk offered to install my SIM card. He installed it backwards and ruined it. Manager said he was not responsible and left me to figure out how to fix the problem. Had to go to another tech for a fix (at extra cost).

I absolutely love shopping at Staples, they have amazing prices, we went there in search of headphones for my brother, when we got there we found that the headphones was cheaper at an online retailer and then the staff at Staples informed us that they can try to beat any online prices which means got the headphones for the same price as online and we didn't have to wait for delivery. Friendly and well informed salesmen, I would highly recommend.
