Too busy for the amount of staff that was on hand. Food is ok..nothing over the top. Bread bar was neglected had to get my own bread and find some plates. Waited almost an hour before your even asked if you would like a drink. This of course is not the waitress fault. She had a reservation table of 10 to care for on top of the other tables that were assigned to her. She needed help.

We went as a family of six, we waited about 15 minutes for a table but understand we went at dinner time without a reservation so that’s on us. The kids ordered Mac n cheese and another chose chicken nuggets and fries. The meal sizes were so small we had to share with them. The Mac n cheese was literally in one piece, it was like rubber. I ordered a French onion soup and mentioned there was no cheese on top. I was told “oh it just sinks to the bottom”. Erm. Not French onion soup. There was some on the bottom. So very little. Sssooo very little. I didn’t even have any amount of onions. I was so disappointed. Ive been finding the quality of food has really dropped and there are issues every time we go, which used to be quite often but now we are skeptical every time. They always seem to have a “new cook” who doesn’t want to follow how things are supposed to be made.

The waitress was going to help us in a minute but had to wait 40 mins for the cold pizza sitting on the counter...will never go back...i wouldnt even give one star but you have to give at least one

This is the slowest restaurant I have ever eaten at. We waited 15 minutes before the hostess even acknowledged us, and 10 more minutes for a table, even though there were 3 free clean tables, once we were seated we waited an additional 15 minutes for a waitress to take our drink order. When she came to our table she just looked at us and said ok, how about an introduction and ask if we would like some drinks. By far the worst experience I have ever had.

Pizza Delight is a classic semi-fancy pizza chain that has been here before I was even born. My family has gone there for a long time. We used to go everytime someone, either it was my parents, my grandparents or my brothers, we would always come here. The classic bread grill always made the restaurant what it was. But, due to the removal of this grill, it only feels like a regular pizza chain. Sure, the pizza's amazing, but dining here isn't fun anymore. I used to love this place, but if i'm just gonna eat pizza, there are better places.

Where do I start? First, the menus were the wrong language. So, instead of hiring a translator, we had to guess on our orders. The time of the meal was too long. A tidy time in the restaurant business( barring extremely busy nights) is about 45 minutes to an hour. We were there for 40 minutes before our meals even landed on the table. To make complaint #2 even worse, the waitress seemed as though she didn't care to see if we wanted a beverage or not. I have had Lasagna that is so filling, I can't finish a half of it. I had an order of Regular Lasagna at Pizza Delight, confident that I would be nice and full. It didn't happen. Actually, I had 2 Cokes and 2 servings of bread with it and was still hungry. Very dissatisfied. Number 5. They messed my order up. I wanted a Ceaser Salad to accompany my Lasagna, but they completely forgot about it. So I had to get the bill adjusted, which was yet another nuisance. After 6 complaints, I am furious. This is why one star was given. In conclusion, this place is made to be a restaurant for kids. Why? Because it was the only thing enjoyable about my stay. The desserts on the Kids Menu are very well thought out. I enjoyed watching my daughter as she received her special dessert.

Pizza was amazing!!! And ready on time. Wish they had more dipping sauce but we got some at the store.. probably the best pizza in Bathurst so far!!! Yummmy. If you are really hungry its worth it to go in and get all you can eat! Oh and if you cant understand the language on the menu.. google has an app you can get that translates for you. Just take a picture of what you want translated and it will change it for you. Its called "google translate"

If I was french maybe it would be a better review. Host seated guests that arrived after me first, they all got drinks and menus, it took me 15 minutes to even get my order taken and get my drink, unbelievable. Server wanted absolutely nothing to do with me. No quality checks during my meal or ask for pop refills, had to get up to actually ask for my bill to leave. Wish I could have left a negative tip.

The water was disgusting. The pizza was ok. My aunt ordered a donair and it was not on a pita but on a pizza like crust. Donair was no good (meat especially) and they put lettuce on it, which gives an awful flavor. Lettuce is not put on authentic donairs for a reason.

We went for my husbands birthday yesterday around 5pm, we got our orders taken 25 mins after we sat down, our food came at about 5:45. We had great service from our waitress, the wait time wasn't that bad, but took forever to get our to go boxes and bill.My panzoroti had a part that was burnt, but overall delicious (I just cut the piece off loll) however when we got home the brownie we took to go also was burnt in places as the chocolate on it. I never expected my husbands birthday dessert to be burnt. Overall though food was delicious and service was great considering we haven't been there since 2019. Definitely will be going again just won't be getting any dessert haha

Only sharing one star so it will allow me to post. We got here at 6:50pm this evening, it's 7:50pm as I write this, my wife and I made the simplest order possible, (the meal deal 12" pizza and 12" garlic finger for 21$, plus a shareables starter, a Pepsi and a water with a lemon slice) 1 hour and 5 minutes later we get our drinks because the lady who forgot sees my wife standing in line to literally go ask for them, she rushes over our drinks and no lemon in the water and Pepsi as flat as a table, plus they JUST gave our order to the cook! There have been multiple customers come in to dine after us and have drinks and are eating before we even got a drink. Absolutely furious about this and wish to have this resolved, hands down the worst service I've ever got

Went there about a month ago. Me and my girlfriend were sat down at a dirty table. Then we were given our menus. we picked and then about 40 mins later I got my pizza. An additional HOUR later my girlfriend finally got her food after the waitress said "Opps i forgot." Then we had to wait ANOTHER half an hour before we got the bill. And there were NO price reductions even though my girlfriend got a cold Donair an hour after my food was served.

Called to order a pizza/nacho combo and a salad. I was put on hold, then when no one came back to me after at least 5 minutes I hung up, called back and was put on hold again. Food is good depending on what you order and who makes it. I'm a big fan of the Caesar salad but it lacks consistency. Sometimes there is either not enough dressing or so much that it's soggy. Also id like to note that some of the staff are very unfriendly and inattentive to their customers. P.S. Please change you're hours online so that people who live 15+ min away aren't driving to the restaurant when it's closed.

They seemed understaffed. The seating are dated and shows. We switched spot 3 times and all of which the benches were worn and leaning forward. The service was great, the food was mediocre. There's plenty of alternatives in Bathurst if looking for Pizza.

You may be thinking "Oh it's just a Pizza Delight" but my goodness the experience would not have been as amazing as it was without the waitress who served me, Julie Bray. That woman did such an exceptional job I'm amazed. She was friendly, efficient, polite, and charismatic. I am very impressed with my experience here today and if Julie's boss may read this, she deserves a raise.

We have always enjoy Pizza Delight lately I’ve really enjoyed their new handheld donair. My wife and l took her mother to Pizza Delight this evening. We arrived at 3:55pm we all ordered donairs my wife and mother in law donairs were served at 4:40pm and we were the only ones in the dining room when we arrived. The server said my donair will be a few minutes it was just coming out of the oven. Roughly 10 minutes later my donair arrived over sauced so sloppy I couldn’t pick it up. I decided to unwrap it and eat it with a fork and knife and the meat was cold. My mother in law mentioned hers was cold as well but she ate it. However she had to eat her handheld donair with a fork and knife as well as it was to messy she asked for sauce on the side but the sauce was in the donair with additional sauce on the side. My wife had finished her oven baked donair that was also over sauced. The server came and noticed I didn’t eat my donair I also mentioned to her my wife’s and mother in laws issues as well. She cut our bill in half this was a nice gesture however I would of rather enjoyed the food we have come to expect from Pizza Delight! Obviously there’s issues in the kitchen hopefully it gets addressed sooner than later!

Staff were very informative, friendly and took great care of my order. The food was exceptional and well worth the fair price I paid. I ordered 3 large pizzas with 2 orders of garlic fingers and thoroughly enjoyed all of it and will certainly be returning I highly reccomend giving them a try!

Our server was very polite and adaptable to the table. As a Southerner from the US, I can be kinda snobby with BBQ, so I was surprised at how good the ribs were at a pizza place in Canada of all places. I’ve had pizza and wings from here before as well and they were great.
