Extremely good food. Slower than Subway but worth it. Not quite as filling. If you are a health person, this place can fabricate a quick meal to fit into your diet. If you want something big with lots of calories, they can make a brick with meat, cheese and sauce too, and its really good.

Completely unacceptable! I received an email from pita pit for my birthday stating they loaded 400 points on my pita pit card and that is enough points for a small pita and is valid for 30 days. So I thought great i will treat myself to a nice pita. I arrived and there was one lady in line talking to the cashier. I could not believe what was going on. This cashier and this lady were talking about a TV show. I had to wait 6 minutes listening to this conversation and the cashier actually said the B word during the conversation. Finally this lady finishes her order and moves on. I proceed to tell the cashier about my b-day points for a free pita. She said yeah just swipe you card. I did and she says 'sorry there are no points on the card? I proceed to show her the email I have from pita pit that i received two days ago. She calls out a manager who asks me if I have the app. I advised her no I just have my card, it's the only card I ever had. She then asked me when I registered did I use "XX" as my name. I advised her no I used my real name. The cashier then tells her yeah I had the same thing the other day with another customer. The manager apologizes and suggests I call the 1-800 number on the back of the card. Clearly I am not scamming as I provided all the details and the cashier even said it happened to another guest. So why not just honor it and give me the free pita? Instead they prefer to make me super mad and allow me to leave to write this horrible review. I will never go there again because of this. I will go to firehouse subs on lundy's lane. it's a little more expensive but their philly cheese steak sub blows Pita Pits philly cheese steak out of the water. Thanks for ruining 30 minutes of my day over nothing pita pit!

I'm usually a big Pita Pit fan, but the gentleman behind the counter was working alone and seemed overwhelmed. He had to ask for my order multiple times, then missed an item I asked for on the grill. After all that my order was wrong - asked (and paid) for Spicy Black Bean and ended up with Falafel... it's a good thing that I enjoy falafel.

we were met with a young man who wasn't having a good day in his words and he had new employees so it was a good job we got him because when we ordered a chipotle chicken they wouldn't have known what we were talking about , after this we headed down to the new employees working alone, barely any topping from the lettuce to the chicken and other topping on the grill, my friend got a veggie and once again maybe 6 pieces of lettuce, and so on for the additional toppings not that I was expecting an over stuffed pita but a meal would have been nice, I did have to ask for extra lettuce but even the 3 pieces so we left unhappy about our experience, could have been a bad day, but just giving you a heads up about our experience yesterday at 2:30pm.

As a person who use to work in a pita shop, I know sometimes pitas can be difficult to open and sometimes difficult to roll, but when the pita isn't fresh or the bags have been left open they're even more terrible to work with. As I stood there watching the girl open the pita all I was thinking was how it was one I would have tossed out and started again. When it came to rolling the pita, I was tempted to ask if I could do it myself as it was simply tucked in and flipped over... not rolled. After taking my first bite, the entire end blew apart and my toppings are all over the place and the pita bread itself was dried out like I suspected when watching the opening. As an overall experience, I am not impressed. From now on, I'll be grabbing my pitas elsewhere!!

I’ve sworn off this location. between the younger group of employees talking & laughing instead of greeting me as I stood first in line... and the very poorly constructed pitas (despite giving advice on how to do better job). What really put the cherry on top was the being halfway through my lunch and realizing how raw the bean patty was.

Good quality Pitas 99% of the time. Dagwood Club, and Crave Pitas are good and fill you up. A couple of them that work there look like they hate everyone equally, but that is ok since they are doing a good job and showing respect for their job. Overall, great pitas and decent customer service.

I'm a little shocked actually. It's not that I had a terrible experience at the Pita Pit today but the two ladies working (especially the one working the till) had zero customer service skills. So quiet and not even a greeting when I arrived. The responses to my questions about the menu were so basic and uninformative that I gave up and just ordered what I thought would be good. The second lady (working the assembly of food) was quiet but a little more friendly than the lady working the till. The thing that really shocked me was when she dripped some sauce onto the counter, she wiped it up with her glove and then wiped it onto my Pita. I was too shocked to say anything. I just hope that countertop was cleaned properly. I've certainly eaten worse but not everyone is going to take that situation lightly. Aside from the poor customer service and the sauce mishap, the food was great. Unfortunately, with the total lack of customer service, I won't return.

+ Really tasty (ordered Buffalo Chicken) + You can tell they use fresh ingredients + Fast service - We went there based on their closing time (23:00 pm), unfortunately at 22:15 pm they starting telling us that they were going to close soon, at 22:25 they told us they were about to close in 5 min, at 22:30 pm they asked us to leave. Really disturbing. Eating under that conditions was very unpleasant. Whether change your opening/closing times here or train your employees to commit with the working hours.

The service quality depends on the employees working at the time. If ordering take out, double check that you have received everything. Tonight they forgot my drink and didn't toast my wrap. Apparently some employees don't read the special instructions, either. All of these things are understandable especially if there are new employees. But the lack of organization between the three team members was obvious and only one demonstrated a positive approach to customer service. Please consider leaving the sour attitude at home because it honestly affected the quality of my meal.

I've been to this pita pit location many times since its a close option for work and shopping. Never have I once been extremely happy with my order. Staff is easily confused and messes my order up regularly. Add too much sauce when I say one line of sauce and they do one line forwards and then back to start position. That would be considered 2 lines... Then they would add too much of each item for veg. I realise I ordered a lot of different kinds but add less of each so you could at least close my pita.. From now on I will visit King George location. You guys need to pull up your socks

Pita ingredients were good, but whoever made our pitas has either never wrapped a pita before or just didn't care what a mess they were making. Was really disappointed. Also impossible to communicate with staff because of improperly tarped up counters as a kind of gross way to deal with the pandemic flapping around loudly. The staff clearly have never been told how to pronounce literally any of the basic greek ingredients either, which is kinda shameful for pretty much a greek food joint. Overall a really difficult meal to order, and ultimately not worth the effort, let alone $.

I go there every Saturday and this one and the last they have been short staffed. The girls are awesome and i'm not mad at them because they still put on a smile and do the best they can. Whoever makes the schedule needs to realize Saturdays are busy. At least one more person needs to be put on. Other than that awesome food always.

Pita Pit is one of the stops we visit to try and cut out fried foods. The staff is always friendly, the Pita's are delicious and the prices are what you would expect for healthy alternative to eating fried fast foods. The points program they have through the phone app is also a great addition that keeps us coming back.

I ordered a deli pita - what I got was more like a vegetarian pita. There was barely any meat on it at all. Also, they threw on toppings that I didn't ask for on the grill. However, I didn't notice this until she was about to wrap the pita and by then, the store was lined up with about 10+ people waiting so I didn't mention anything. I rarely go here, but when I do it's unorganized and way overpriced ($9 for a small pita that's made incorrectly and barely has any meat). I feel bad for the employees. It's not their fault, rather the owner should restructure shifts and not make their team short staffed.

Ordered the Southwest Chicken on a pita with extra cheese and a Sprite. Cost was $13.50. Price is fair in my opinion, I usually pay more at other fast food restaurants. Arrived in the heat of lunch time but the restaurant looked clean. Food was fresh and tasted great. I always get great tasting and fresh food from Pita Pit. The bathrooms looked clean AND smelled clean. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating is due to what I saw the owner do during food prep. While he was refilling the spinach, he put the new spinach on top of the old spinach. That is a huge no-no in the food industry. It is always first in first out. You should never put new on top of the old. Overall the staff were great and pleasent and it was nice to be asked how my day was before I started my order instead of welcome to McDonalds, can I take your order?

Great food. Unfortunately, there is only one person working there during dinner time on a Saturday (she was fantastic and working very efficiently, she deserves high praise). The owner should put a little more effort into the treatment of their employees. Extremely unfair to them and the customers only having 1 employee working.

This restaurant is always clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The food is high quality and delicious! If you register your rewards card you get offers and even a free pita on your birthday!

Good food, but had to remind the workers about my gluten allergy several times. Tried to use the same gloves as they had on a gluten sandwich, and the same spatula and bin of sauce rather than changing the spatula and bin for the gluten free pita. I haven't experienced this there before, so perhaps new workers? Please remind staff about avoiding cross contamination.

Very rude staff, the first time I went I had a bad experience with rude customer service, I gave it another shot and had the same thing, very rude unfriendly staff. They need to be opening a new location with better management and staff. I will not be returning to this location!! Very dissatisfied!!

Been eating subway for years, decided to try this place. Pita pita doesn't come with a huge amount of bread, everything is made fresh everyday and not brought in bags like at subway and the best thing is everyone working at pita pit speaks english very well so ordering is quick and easy. Only downside is a large 9" pita is almost $10 plus tax and its not too filling so if you wanna be full full then your better off getting 2 small pitas.

I could not believe how brown the romaine was and that it was out for using, I mean when lettuce is that brown it can make people sick and should be thrown away and I had to tell her she should not be serving that, out of the remaining amount in the container I asked her to pick out the ones that aren't brown and and she put in five pieces and when I asked her to get more she said they had none. What is up and I love this place, so disappointed but great selection, and I usually go to another location. What is with the low quality food service and low quality of produce????

Restaurant looked disgusting this Thursday night at around 8, service was horrible and two of the male employees were running around the store... The female who took my order was very rude and unprofessional, usually when I come to this location the store is very clean and the food is amazing... as for tonight when I opened my pita the whole thing fell apart, very disappointed with the two male workers who did not take their jobs seriously and made the restaurant look like a playground.

Good food that tastes great and is actually more healthy than a lot of other alternatives, rather than just have a "healthy" marketing presentation. Great place to stop for a quick lunch or to grab something to eat with friends. Service was friendly and quick.

Ordered a platter to feed some hunger people. Platter not best option if people are hungry - sandwiches were tiny - as they chose to put almost nothing inside other than a minimal amount of lettuce and tomato. Economical to build that way.

The employee with shorter hair was very rude and snippy when I asked for more of certain ingredients. Tip AFTER your food is made, not before. If I would have known how the food was made I would not have tipped anything. They also added peppers to my pita on the grill when I specially said no peppers as I have an allergy so they had to remake it. I don't think people who aren't welcoming and friendly should be working in the customer servive sector. Will not be returning to this location.

I live just down the street and come here several times a week. Owner if you are reading these please respond standardize your meat portions. 60% of the time i come here and im blown away with an amazing pita, rest of the time i swear I'm never coming back. Its the inconsistent quantity of meat in the pitas, and the fact I can ask for mushrooms on the grill 3 times and not get them. I love when i get a ham pita with 6 slices of ham but other times i see them put on just or even 1... majority of time its great but wish it was consistent, hate feeling ripped off because somebodys having a bad day behind the grill

Worst Pita Pit I've been to, each time we've had pitas from here they have been horrible compared to the other Pita Pits, they are extremely cheap with toppings, veggies are never fresh and when you ask for very little sauce that is pretty much all you get. Wont be going back ever.

This place has fast service, friendly staff and decent prices for an overall pleasently result in dining experience. Bathrooms are super clean. There are also many many charging spot at the window seat benches. Very convenient location as well.

The customer service was terrible and right after we ordered the women at the till proceeded to yell at an employee in the kitchen. When we ordered we usually get asked if we want and extra veggies on the grill, but they didn't ask us if we wanted anything. The person I was with finished making their pitas first and the man, previously yelled at by the woman, asked the person I was with if they wanted theirs toasted, but when the woman got to me she didn't ask me anything and just packed up my sandwich. The man looked like he at least wanted to work while the women looked as if she was just trying get us gone faster. Will not be returning to that location for s long time!
