I've been here a couple of times with my wife and I we really enjoyed the food, but it is pricey and I wouldn't recommend visiting Panera with kids as their food choices dont seem to justify the cost per portion.

Panera has really stepped up its game! It was probably a year ago when I would’ve given this place 1-2 stars, for food and service as I’ve previously found the people at the counter unpleasant and the food was really inconsistent from American establishments (different grade of meats and soups were cooked to death!) Now - I get my “you pick 2” bacon turkey bravo and broccoli cheddar soup and it tastes EVEN BETTER than any dining experinence I had in the US - & just a fresher taste overall. Same goes for the breakfast menu - egg & cheese sandwhich, fluffy bagels, bold coffee, all very good quality and feels like I stepped out of my own kitchen without any sacrifices. Compliments to the management- things have clearly changed.

Food is always fresh and tasty. We went around 8 and you could hear the staff in the kitchen talking about a girl they were trying to get with and personal things that we didn't want to hear. Cash/server on her cell phone she was also mopping then someone yelled table service she grabbed our food and brought it to the table. Although her hands did not directly touch my food she did have her hands on the tray and I just thought this was a bit unsanitary. Maybe I am being to critical but just a tip to help keep up the great reputation. We will be back again.

I really enjoy being here having tea or coffee and a pastry reading a book. Love the food but there are a lot of menu items that have massive amounts of sodium and that's not really healthy if you're on high blood pressure medication don't come here during peak hours on Thursday ,Fridays you may not be able to get a table for a while.

I feel horrible for the employees that work here. The supervisor or manager (wasn’t able to catch his name) was extremely short with the staff. The kitchen seemed quite chaotic when I was there. It was quite busy, but I think the manager needs to take the time to properly train his employees and also learn to treat them with some respect. Food was good (had the manager treated the employees nicer, would have given 4-5 stars).

They have a great price on their bagels on Tuesday; however unless you know about it the employees will not let you know. The employees are not very kind to the customers. Whenever I have had an encounter, they seemed to be sad, exhausted and not wanting to be there. The location can be busy at times but not all day. The quality of the bagels are really good.

This is my favourite place to meet friends for a coffee, pastry and a chat. The food is always tastey (we have had issues several times with not so fresh salads). They have free wifi and there is no time limit for how long you can sit and visit.

Visited your establishment today 04 Sep 2018...this was my second time there, the first time we had coffee and nothing else. Today, my son and I had Mac and Cheese.....it was to say the least TERRIBLE, the young lady serving was so timid it was hard to understand what she was saying, the card machine malfunctioned several times, that was not good. Then our order came, it was cold, not nicely prepared, we had to ask about three times for some pepper. I then went to the back and asked some some guy for pepper , and he didn't have a CLUE. We finally got pepper after 15 min...also I noticed several people laughing away have a great time in the preparation area, while the broom and dust pan was left across the side of a table where a lady almost tripped and fell, also several tables full dishes not picked up. We were not impressed.. I will only return to have the coffee as it is very good..Other than NO WAY..Bye Bye

I always enjoy panera bread. Never this locatiOn and finally I've had enough. Today they got my order wrong twice the same order I had to ask to get it fixed twice and the thirs time I just gave up threw away the meal and went home. For 20 $ for soup and sandwhich they should get it right Order: Italian sandwich add mayo and red onion, bowl broccoli soup What I got first time was some turkey thing and chicken noodle second time was broccolir and the turkey finally third time broccoli but half full only weird and a panini completely wrong.

So I walk in the door and immediately find myself in a big lineup waiting to order my food. As we inched forward I started to grow anxious because it was lunch time and the place was busy and I didn't even know if we would get a table to sit at. Finally it was our turn to order. The person at the counter was soon frustrated with me, as this was my first time here and I was asking alot of questions about the menu. I finally settled on a bowl of soup and half a sandwich, much to the order takers relief. We were handed a round black device and told to pick up our food ourselves when it went off. " Do we come back here?" I asked innocently. "No!" She replied, and with a jerk of the head indicated that any moron should know that you pick your food up around the corner at the other counter. So off we set, in desperate hope that we could find a table. We wondered around the dining area and finally a couple vacated a table, and we gratefully brushed the crumbs off of it ourselves. We hadn't been seated long when that black device started dancing across the table just when I was tacking a sip of my hot coffee. After the coughing fit I got up to get our food. After some confusion of where to locate the condiments, we were able to tuck into our lunch. To be fair the food was good but a little pricey considering that we had to serve ourselves. I just had lunch at another local pub with my beautiful wife, and the lunch menu was alittle cheaper and it was full service. So overall I don't recommend this place.

Terrible experience!! Totally turned off!! Spent $50 there for two sandwiches and a small soup and small Mac and cheese. Steak and cheese hot sandwich was cold. They both seemed to be pre-made and just taken out of the fridge and thrown on a grill for a minute. One of my favourite places gone bad!!

A few months ago, I would've given this particular restaurant 4 stars. Lately, I can't seem to get a cappuccino in under 10 minutes. This past Saturday April 13th; I not only waited an excessive amount of time for my beverage, it was barely half full. The manager who made it obviously didn't know what he was doing. When I thanked him, he replied "Ok" and walked away. Wow.

Panera in the past was my favorite place. However, the size of the servings has decreased. The serving dishes are now melamine, and you have to go get your dish when your buzzer goes off, instead of it being delivered to your table. So to recap. Smaller servings, less service, and still pricey. McDonald's will even deliver to your table.

Bought my wife the green goddess chicken salad and myself the turkey avocado club. My sandwich was fine, my wife's salad had NO edible parts of lettuce. Black, brown, you name it. Nasty. Not worth my time to go back and get a new one, used my own lettuce at home so she could eat her lunch. Never going back, would recommend only to enemies and those who enjoy rotten lettuce.

Food delicious especially sandwiches and soups. Plenty of space for wheelchair access from entrance to main restaurant. However the one negative is access to disabled toilet, as it's a heavy door without automatic door opener. It's quite difficult to hold the door open whilst negotiating a wheelchair through at the same time. This is an important issue for disabled, for which I hope you'll consider a solution. Good food but busy on weekends. I love the selection and willingness to accommodate my food allergies. Made the mistake of going at peak lunch time on a Saturday. I used to love this place , however in the last few visits not so much. From plastic in my soup to spoiled cheese on my sandwich and a few sandwiches missing bacon and so on… I’m very disappointed. I called about the soup and they “replaced” it thank god I didn’t choke on that.. the rotting cheese on my sandwich today is the last straw. I don’t want a replacement sandwich I’ll go spend my money elsewhere.

I am very disappointed with Panera Bread, Belleville, Ontario. The staff is excellent, the food quality is excellent, but the experience has not been good. I am in my mid-50s and one of the younger people in this restaurant at this time, mid-morning on a Tuesday. The music is horrible for our age demographic. I went to the manager, a lovely woman and she acknowledges that several complaints have been sent in about the music, but there is nothing she can do because the owner's says this is the music that must play. Customer experience is a measuring tool in every business, and for Panera Bread Belleville, they have scored a zero. My other question, why give a person a title "Manager" but do not give them the authority to manage the local store experience for their customers?

Bit pricey, but food is worth it. Nice comfortably lit setting, with plenty of seating. Casual atmosphere. Plenty of sandwich and pastry options, along with soups and salads, plus a very wide selection of drinks. They have several varieties of coffees and hot teas, plus some specialty hot drinks (mochas etc...). Fountain pop with Pepsi products, and a selection of iced teas and some lemonades (the iced tea here is a real brewed tea, not the artificially flavored stuff you get from a bottle). Staff are friendly and professional. Overall highly recommend eating here.

Panera is fresh and reasonably healthy although I'd say 10-15% overpriced for what you get. Coffee is surprisingly good, service quick and efficient and it's a quieter and roomier place to read/study while sipping coffee than other "coffee bars".

You advertise you are open until 9pm, yet when I arrived at 8:52pm Monday the 11th, your drive through message said "we are closed". I continued up to the window on my way out and there were 4 employees gathered just inside the window, laughing and talking, having a great old time. Fast service, fresh and tasty homemade quality food, excellent selection; I hesitated on giving this restaurant five stars because it can be quite pricey for a full meal, especially for two people. It's not uncommon to pay close to 40$ for two people. Would frequent this chain more often if the price was more manageable. A secret tip? Try the Chai Latte, it's killer! Way better than anything Starbucks can produce!

There are ZERO recycling options for plastic or paper...everything goes in the garbage! That is totally unacceptable! Do something about it! I contacted head office and they have NO recycling program company wide!!! What the hell? Get with the program Panera! Plus my soup was stone cold. I was way more upset about the recycling though...

Eat here regularly. Lots of variety between all the soups, salads and sandwiches. Also have lots of bigger take home bakery breads and treats. Not a "cheap" place to eat but the food is fresh and the quality is good, so it's worth it. Also great place for catering orders for work lunches, meetings, etc.

When there to redeem my free birthday drink, but I was told that I only get a dollar off any drink that I buy. It was misleading advertising which is not good for the brand. It’s a good place to eat, but customer service can be a bit tighter, as the girls are either talking amongst themselves while serving customers and this delay the transaction and time spent purchasing the food you want.

Every time i come by this place i almost get in an accident because all pf the customers drive 60 sideways through the parking lot. Cut people off and almost back out in front of oncoming traffic. The most inconsiderate un attentive drivers all congregate here. Does the food make them stupider or are they just already so low functioning. Fire whoever designed your parking lot/drive through. Yikes.

So I went there for lunch. Now I love Panera already, however my brother ordered a grilled cheese and it wasn't grilled as much as it was supposed to be. But when we went up to ask for it to be grilled a bit more they said we will make you a new whole grilled cheese despite you already have eaten half of it. That shows that Panera respects people and shows proper restaurant etiquette. I would recommend that anyone who wants fresh food, good service, and an excellent environment to eat. Goto Panera

I have ordered from this location twice now for a company function. Boxed lunches are so much easier especially with Covid. I place the order on line with everyone's specific boxed lunch order. It arrives literally in individual boxed with everyone's name on their order. It's so easy! I just hand out the boxes at lunch time and it's all good. They arrive on time and everything is good. It's a hit for sure with our company.

Ordered soup and sandwich, soup was great but the turkey sandwich I ordered was missing the turkey which wasn't a big deal, but instead of remaking the sandwich or even taking the sandwich and adding the turkey, they send us a small bag of turkey in a cup that was labeled "Monday" we were there on Sunday. This just seemed really unprofessional, and if I'm going to spend $30 plus on soup and sandwich, I expect alittle more care. Won't be returning.

French onion soup heated up from cold in a microwave. There were hot and cold spots in the soup. The bowl was large and half full but onion soup all up the inside and not cleaned leaving presentation poor. Tiny half sandwiches. Suggest getting complete sandwich only. Normal coffee was overly strong almost as if it was a brewing mistake. Portions seem smaller since even last year. Will no longer return to this franchise.

Way to expensive. No combos available. They have what appears to be combos which they advertise as pick 2, but there is really no savings. My last meal cost $17 through a drive through......... I could have had an actual sit down lunch for that price with tip! The $17 lunch was also small. Half a sandwich and a little bowl of macaroni, with a lemonade. I won’t be returning. Many other non chains in town where you can get a better meal for cheaper.

I had ordered through Uber because I could not make it to the restaurant to go through their drive thru. I had made a special note of no tomatoes on one of the sandwiches but the other sandwich was the turkey BLT with avocado. When we got our order the BLT had no tomato. I called the restaurant because I figured this was not a Uber delivery issue but rather a in restaurant issue. The manager informed me that I have to deal with uber for this as it was an order through them. I don't agree with this because it was the restaurant that made the sandwich not uber. Some ownership of the issue at hand would have been nice and some sort of effort to rectify the issue at hand. Customer service went right out the window with this order.

Their service has gone down,they no longer deliver the food to your table as you have to pick it up at the kitchen window,the tables are not cleaned off as they use to do,and if the previous customer leaves the dishes on the table it is up to you to take it to the dirty dish area. It must be under new management as they have the same staff that they use to. Will not be back until they clean up their act.

NOT impressed. We were out getting a few item, lunch time came, we were close to Panera on Bell Blvd. in Belleville, ON, and had never been there, so we figured ok, let's see what they have. Not quite sure what the two prices on each menu item meant, we asked ... the cashier was behind a plexi sheet, and wearing a mask. She could have said the moon was a blue cheese, we couldn't make out anything. Opting for one warm and one cold sandwich, we both heard her ask if we wanted "mumble" or apple slices. Having only understood apple, we chose that. The cold sandwich, a turkey blt with avocado .. fell apart as soon as I opened the wrapper. And for the exhorbitant price, the amount of mayo was ... as if they'd slapped the back of a teaspoon in the jar and then onto two spots on the bread slice! What? Did they run out?? Dry doesn't even begin to describe it. The warm sandwich wasn't much better, but we both said that for the price, we were eating it all. But there will be no return to this place! Oh, and the apple slices? Minute bags of kettle cooked potato chips. Never again Panera !

20 minutes before they close, they've cleaned their blenders for the night, so no smoothies. So no smoothies. When I gave them cash, they said they've closed their tills for the night as well and can only take a card. I confirmed with her that they're still open. The drive through person was extremely rude and dismissive. And just kept repeating. I asked to see the manager. The same person comes back after a while, and said the manager said you can just have the food. I do not want charity. I want to pay for my food. If you can't offer food that you advertise you sell and can't take legal tender,,, then at last have the courtesy to come to the window and talk to me about it, instead of sending me charity through an unprofessional worker.

WiFi speed at this Panera is literally comparable to third world countries. Actually, let me take that back, I got over 30Mbps when visiting Belize and Guatemala. This is unacceptable to me as a digital nomad. It's also unacceptable to me as a Canadian!! In addition to that, there is no option to order food from table like in the US. The convenience, quality and class that makes Panera work in the US is sorely lacking in Canada. Sad.

I needed a great place in Belleville for a salad and I finally found one. I ordered the Green Goddess Cobb Salad with Chicken for $12.99 and it came with a piece of French Baguette with butter and I absolutely loved it. You get 2 of this size when they run out of the normal large size. I ordered ahead of time online with curbside pickup, and that was fast and convenient too. All of the ingredients were extremly fresh as you can see and I would definitely recommend it. Can't wait to try something else from here! I just tried a toasted asiago bagel with butter and it was awesome too.

WOW I was at Panera tonight and I asked for a grilled cheese with bacon and tomato and received something called tomato confie roasted tomato it was spicy and it was not what I ordered!! When I used to go there I always got sliced fresh tomato. They told me that was not how it come yet for a year every time I went that was what I got!! Plus both managers were very rude and told me I was raising my voice which was not true!! I will never go there again!!!!!!
