Window sills by the booths are covered with food and spills, bathroom walls are gross as is the floor, front of counters have old spills running down them, window coverings are dirty, rafters need cleaning so the dust bunnies don't fall in my food and generally needs a deep clean. We had a great meal at Tim Hortons today. It is such a shame we haven’t got Tim Hortons in The Netherlands. The staff was friendly, had positive energy and was helpfull. The food was good and tasty. The hot chocolat milk is really great. The restaurant was clean. I can recommend this TH to everyone.

Terrible wait times, all the old good staff left due to poor management, and the few that stayed NEED the job. The rest are all younger kids who don't want to work, so they take their time instead of caring about speed, like they used to. Every wait in the drive thru is over 20 minutes. It's pretty bad that people who immigrated into this country work better than the ones here, but oh well. They are the best employees here.

i have went to this location three times in 1.5 weeks as i am driving through for work. the location is extremely slow and the drive through takes an excessively long time to move! on all three occasions i have ordered a plain bagel with BACON and butter....on all three occasions i watched them add bacon(extra fee) onto the screen but when i received the bagel there was no bacon added. one day i asked for two different bagels both with bacon and butter and only one had the correct items. this location seems to mess up orders alot from what i have seen in the past!

Probably one of the worst locations i have ever been to since ownership changed. Can't get orders right because staff are too lazy care or even ask to confirm. Closes at 9 PM over staff issues and seems the new owner is to lazy to take over his Google business account and update the new hours. I guess he prefers people waste their time driving to a dark building. No products at 5:30 pm in the case..... no explanations. Just excuses. Go to McDonald's and save yourself the headache.

Stand in line and watch them make me another and have to stop them because it's still wrong. When they finally get it right I leave and have to return again because the server must have been so upset that she puts so much spice on my sandwich I choke from the paste of the dry seasoning she put on. That's only one of the negative experiences. There are more. I keep trying......

I have been looking for places to sit comfortable in Lunenburg and work on my research reports. I found this Tim Horton’s location on my GPS and decided to give it a try. I have been sitting there for about a week now for five to six hour everyday from 9:30- 4:00 pm working on my research project. I have never had any problems here and the service is excellent. The staff are always smiling from morning to afternoon and the environment is very comfortable. They have excellent wireless connection and comfortable booth to sit and work. The staff are always making sure the service is fast and the tables are cleaned when customers leave. It is a great location to sit and focus as you get served with the best coffee and breakfast wraps in town. I think I have finally found my little working corner! - T

Bought two artisan grilled cheese today at this location. It was not what I expected at all. The sandwich was much smaller than anticipated...but the two slices of processed cheese inside were not melted at all! Taste was ok. There is always a wait period for food and as for their doughnuts, tim bits are a very small selection. Each visit my order was never a complete meal of what is advertised on their screens.
