The rooms were very clean and cozy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Their in house restaurant was very convenient for breakfast and has delicious food.

The beds were especially comfortable. We had a terrible view of a crack house. Pool, hot tub, and sauna was so nice to have to ourselves in our 30 minute booking.

Great happy hour deals and great staff and service

Front desk wasn’t friendly, had to wait almost a hour for the room to be ready, but they took 6.25 off my drink for the wait. Couldn’t go into the hot tub cause you need to book a time which doesn’t make much sense if you have to show proof of vaccine. And tiny room for the cost. The elevator moved down half a foot when we stepped into it which was scary. The guy at the front was amazing

I didn't stay long, but it was, overall, great. The rooms were clean, the beds were nice, and I would've stayed for more than one night given the chance. That being said, I didn't really go anywhere else besides the room. The breakfast buffet was great, too, and I got a nice meal out of it. You should totally stay here sometime.

The hotel is alright; the front staff needs attitude adjustment. The bar staff, the cleaners - all great service. Till you get to the front desk, the front desk in my eyes makes your experience. I don’t want to deal with the man who didn’t get enough sleep, or another guest was rude, so he has attitude with other guests. If your mother ever told you “it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it” this needs to be drilled in the front desk heads. I understand with Covid, tensions are high, but when a happy guest asks how is it possible the pool can book up in less than 60 seconds, you don’t expect rudeness, you expect customer service and a answer that is not so in appropriate. The hotel is beautiful, the room was a decent size, beds weren’t comfortable. Parking was an issue for us, but how front desk man handled it was by far the bigger issue for us. We will definitely be paying the money to spend a night elsewhere next time - and will not recommend, anything other than the bar.

The hotel is located on the main drag in Banff. It's withing a 10-15 minute walk to the center of town. There is ample underground parking for a daily charge. They have covid restrictions back in place that you do have to make a reservation to use the pool. The pool area is beautiful and spa like with a salt water pool, large hot tub, and steam room. It is very relaxing and was a large driver for us choosing to say here again. Rooms are clean and well appointed. It has dated decor but is still nice. If you are fussy about your pillow, I definitely suggest you bring your own as they do not have pillow options available other than what is in your room. There is a dining room and lounge on site. Breakfast is not included in your stay but you can pay for breakfast in the dining room or even get room service. The staff in the restaurant are very friendly. I have stayed previously and will stay again as it is a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. No loud parties were heard. Ski storage is available in the winter season near the parkade and is quite convenient.
