I've been using Patti's Pantry for over 10 years. From catering events to cooking classes she is the best we have found in the bow valley. She is never short of food, very healthy servings and there is always has more than enough. The food is fresh and is 5 Star quality. Her prices are also extremely reasonable for the quality of food. You will not be disappointed!!! I also love supporting women owned and operated companies.

We just hired Patti's Pantry to cater our wedding in Golden BC. We found that Patti was super easy to deal with, flexible and affordable. The food quality was exceptional, very healthy, and her buffet system with her servers, rolled all the tables through in the fastest time that I have ever experienced at a wedding dinner. We must also mentioned that Patti brought everything out from Banff to Golden that day, which I'm sure posed some logistical challenges for herself, but was seemed flawless to us. What can I say.....I was extemely disapointed with this catering company. First I should have asked where Patti was certified as a Chef, because I could have made better appetizers for a party. In my opinion she is false advertising... The pictures on her website are completely opposite to what she produces. We ordered the salmon rolls, brie and strawberry crostini, thai spring rolls, hummus and baba ganoush, and tomato, basil and bocconcini. Not only did she forget the peanut sauce, she did not include the bocconcini, tomato and basil. The pita chips she provided to go with the dips looked like she just dumped a bag of chips into a bowl with the bottom crumbs resting on top. She was rude to my fiance who picked up the appetizers for our small wedding ceremony. We looked at our invoice and she made a big error. She had us scheduled for may 10th pick up our wedding was April 10th and in my opinion screwed up and wanted to make the money still and rushed our order. If i had of picked up the apps i would have not paid for this poor presentation. We even called to ask if she wanted us to return her plates and she never called us back. I was so disapointed and im tempted to report her to the better business bureau. Please look at my pictures vs what "stock" images she is using on her website. We didnt even eat what she made and ordered through our hotel instead for our special day. Please think twice before ordering - especially for an important event. Thanks Patti for the sub-par creations, really helped us enjoy our special day. Next time when you make an error own up to it. We could have saved our money and you would have avoided this review.

I ordered two appetizers and three ready-made mains to help with prep for a large-ish dinner party. Patti was great to work with in advance; she answered emails promptly and informatively. She delivered the food right on time and it was all delicious. Her prices were amazingly reasonable when I compared what I would have spent for ingredients and the amount of time I would have spent cooking! We're still enjoying the leftovers - the serving sizes were very generous.

I have had the pleasure of tasting Patti's food at various corporate events and Christmas parties around town. The presentation is lovely, food choices are numerous and the servers are friendly and helpful. You can tell Patti puts energy and love into what she does. We have purchased ready made dinners from her webpage in the past and we were never disappointed after a long day.... One of her home cooked meals was perfect for the end of the day. Looking forward to tasting delicious food this holiday season!

We used Patti's Pantry to cater a 4 course sit down wedding dinner at the Cave and Basin this past September. Patti did a great job and we were well taken care of. Love those meatball appetizers!! She was even able to help find us a wedding coordinator for the evening which was much appreciated. Happy to employ local in the Bow Valley and will do so again. Thanks again Patti and team. In January 2013, we found Patti off an online search and met with her in February 2013 to consider possible catering options. She was very polite and seemed like a good caterer with reasonable prices so we signed a contract that Patti drew up for her to caterer our wedding dinner in September 2013. At that time, we also finalized our menu which included appetizers and a dessert buffet. Two weeks before our wedding, we touched based with Patti again to confirm our final number of guests and the menu. We also wanted to finalize the exact timing of our dinner and to determine how the bar would work as Patti was also providing the bartenders at our dinner. She felt that we needed the bartenders for longer than initially agreed so she asked us to pay extra for the extra bartender hours and we agreed to that change. At 8:45pm on the night before our wedding, Patti sent us an email stating that she needed to readjust the cost of our quotation for our dinner. She stated that "she had overlooked the appetizers" and did not charge us for them in the original quote. She then asked us if "she should proceed with the dinner". This was the night before our wedding. We had a pre-wedding celebratory dinner and so we did not end up checking and receiving the email until 4am on the day of our wedding. What a terrible thing to wake up to. She actually wanted to know if we should proceed with our wedding dinner!? We checked our original quote and she had already charged us for the appetizers on it - this new quote just increased the cost of our buffet dinner by 50%. We wrote Patti back and told her that we would not discuss this on the day of our wedding and that she should proceed. In the end, we had our wedding and dinner but we told her the day after the wedding that we would not be paying more than what the original quote stated. We ended up emailing back and forth with Patti being completely unprofessional in her emails stating that since we ate the dinner, we had to pay. In the end, she charged us for the original amount and we hope the case is closed. We want others to know what happened. I think what happened was that Patti made a typo in her original quote but she came about it all wrong. She made some lies up and gave us the new quote the night before our wedding and hoped that we would not notice. She has never apologized for making our wedding day so stressful and instead has faulted us for her mistakes. The food was also only sub-par and our guests have all commented on how small the portions were even though it was a buffet. Patti controlled the food at the buffet and refused to give our guests seconds. We have written the above so that others can make an informed decision. We have found very limited reviews on this catering company and they end up playing a very big role in your wedding.
