Worst service I’ve had at any Timmies. Went here twice in the past 2 days. First time wasn’t so bad - waited only 5 minutes at the drive thru speaker before anyone took my order. Then as I was making my order the lady was quite rude, telling me “hold on, hold on, hold on” because I guess I was ordering too fast for her. Not like she already had me wait at the speaker for 5 minutes… Then today takes the cake. Drive thru was packed so I decided to go inside as I saw there were only 3 people in line. Before anyone took my order I waited more than 10 minutes. During the 15 minutes I waited for my 2 coffees I noticed both the place was understaffed and the manager arguing/raising her voice at staff that were actually there. One employee behind the counter was straight up walking around with his hands in his pockets. The employee making the food was doing it with absolutely no sense of urgency. Me and some other customers actually started laughing when the man in front of me got into an argument with one of the staff; he ordered a large latte and instead received a drink with a teabag in it. Latte is not supposed to have tea. He told the employee, “I don’t think there’s supposed to be tea in that” and the employee insisted it was correct. The customer took it out to his wife and came back 30 seconds later demanding both a new latte, and the names of the employees (no one was wearing name tags). So the employee makes him a new latte correctly and hands it to the customer saying “here’s your large latte.” The customer replied, “dude… this is a MEDIUM.” LOL

Cool place, sadly Timmy is not Canadian anymore but old habits are hard to change, so still buy coffee etc now and then.

This is the most turtle mode Tim Horton’s I have ever been to. To wait in the line for 20 minutes when there were 3 people ahead of me, was ridiculous. The order was not big before me, not a cambro nor take 12, but regular drinks and donuts. There were 2 people tending the front store. It could have been faster as the line has reached outside.

UNBELIEVABLY slow drive through staff. 1/2 hr stuck in a line I couldn't get out of, so forced to wait....then couldn't get a simple 2 coffee order correct

I got everything made wrong. Orderd a Turkey club no mayo and extra bacon. Instead got a bacon sandwich with lots of mayonnaise buy no Turkey...and that's just the first mistake..to long to explain the rest. Then I called the restaurant to let them know and was told I would get a call back...they forgot I guess. I pass this location often but I won't stop at this particular Tim's again...the one down the road has been much better. Sorry to say it...but I tried to do the right thing and call the restaurant directly and still didn't get any feedback from them.

Overall great establishment. Staff are great to deal with, even the dodey one whom you will know upon meeting, however be patient with her, your order is likely to get messed up, but is always rectified with a cheerful smile and apology. Product delivery is consistently fast, however coffee mix(milk,cream,sugar) is very inconsistent which I've discovered is more of a problem with the entire food chain rather than this specific one. Would also be nice if WiFi was available in the parking lot as many groups meet up for coffee and prefer to congregate outside.

Was told "we don't have croissants at this hour" at 3 separate occasions and I found it absolutely hilarious. An all-day breakfast place that doesn't have croissants? ???? The food that we did get was decent though.

Tim Hortons with the best view! Very friendly and courteous service. Place has a relatively high traffic, but lines are moving promptly. Pictures illustrate scene outside the cafe entrance and how it looks from the top.

Worst service. Was there approximately at 3pm today. Got to the window he said nothing. No total given. Leaves the window. For 6 minutes. Came back with our donuts for the kid's. Said nothing. Donuts are better off to play hockey with than eat. Keep driving!

I guess this place is desperate for employees based on the signs and the fact it took 28 minutes to get service at the drive thru and that was after several cars left the line. Service rate about 1 car every 2 minutes.

A large Tim Horton’s perfectly located for stops along your trips up north. Huge selection of donuts, timbits, and bagels. Service was okay (not joyous like other locations) and we got in before the rush so we got our food right away. During peak times it can get quite busy and lines are long. Tons of seating and great views!

I would give zero if i could!! This place is the worst tim hortons EVER! It took 45min to get 3 coffees and one sandwich, and guess what… the sandwich was made wrong!! The workers look like they’re on slow motion and the line up goes around the store. If you think the drive through is any better… nope, still a massive line up!

Ordered just egg on an English Muffin. No cheese. Got in the car & she'd given me just cheese on English Muffin. Went back in, showed the lady .. no egg. Ok, they gave me another one. Guess I should've checked it prior to leaving the building..damned if they hadn't put that disgusting processed cheese on the sandwich all melted into the bread. Wth!?? Make sure u double check your order, before you leave the property.

The location is newly renovated but the service here was terrible. We were easily waiting inside the store for 30 minutes because the servers were so slow and disorganized. The drive thru had an extremely long line too. One of our 4 orders was wrong as well. People were walking out of the store because it was taking so long. They should try to address this.

My experience sucked the staff at the drive thru were not friendly no thanks or have a nice day i found he was rude the service was very slow you could have better luck if you were to go in and make your own coffee and I guess when you ordered a muffin warmed up with butter they don't know what that is

Waited over 15 minutes inside with only three people ahead of us. Manager talked down to employee about serving customers and then proceeded to serve a customer that walked in with a question instead of serving the people who have waited in line. Not very professional. We understand it's a busy place however the quality of service needs serious improvement.

This place caused a 45 minutes delay to our road trip. We had to wait there 45 minutes for a simple order. We ordered 3 coffee and a sandwich wrap. After 45 mins of waiting we found out that the sandwich was made wrong however, we did not want to waste more time there and wait another 45 minutes for them to rectify it. Not happy with the service at all.

This Location is ALWAYS slow. Takes them like 10 minutes to do even a simple coffee order with 2 items.. don't know what's going on. Management needs to talk to their employees to work on their speed more.

The further Tim's into Bancroft. Would recommend this one over the other. Better view on the hills in the distance and isn't as busy. Lots of parking. Lots of stock for food and donuts and always has a warm cup a coffee!

First I want to start by saying I am not a negative person and I am a business person. But, I have never in my life seen such poor service! Once in this line you are stuck there's no turning back. I have been in this line for 45 minutes and it was only 10 cars. I can not tell you how many times this has happened. This Tim Hortons needs more staff or better trained staff the manager NEEDS to do something. It is absolutely awful 1 hr of your day wasted to get a tea is unacceptable, if you are waiting on something have someone pull out of the way. It took me 9 minutes to get 3 cars forward - I ordered a bagel, that goes through the toaster and a sandwich it took 14 minutes from when I left the speaker to finally being handed my food. Not the first time.

Dirty serving counter, floors, and even in the kitchen area garbage all over the floor. I get it you're busy, but this was awful.
