We had a family get-together at my mom’s on July 6. We could not decide what to order and then someone suggested Subway, and that was a place all of us could get something to eat that we loved. The Subway on Dundas St. in Belleville did not disappoint. The subs and wraps and salads were delicious, fresh, and well-priced. The staff was friendly, efficient and real pros. Thank you!

This location is pretty good. Quiet and always has fresh food. Although I find all the subways to be the same but if a quiet subway matters to you then this one is the one to go to. Obviously at noon the place will be busier than usual but wait until 1 pm or even before noon - you’ll have a quiet experience.

There were 3 guys working and only 1 of them serving people. Then 5 more people showed up in line and we were still not served so I rung the bell. The man working said his boss was going to get mad because of that. Just overall rude behavior. To the men working on Dec.27 at 2.30pm, step up your game Oh and the one came out to refill produce multiple times and didn't acknowledge us and he wasn't rotating any of it!

Worst customer service ever, the lady working the cashier was so rude to my fiancée. We came in and my fiancée was getting a sub for her and her daughter. Her daughter normally doesn’t get cheese and at this location they have never had a problem putting it on hers and not charging for extra cheese. There seemed to be some confusion with the young gentleman making the sub and he persisted to say he had to charge for the differnce. The pop machine seemed to have run out of c02 as the pop was very flat. They changed the c02 which made no difference. I asked if I could switch my fountain pop for a fridge drink and they said that they were going to have to refund and charge me. At this point my fiancée mentioned that it was poor customer service. The lady working the cash began to argue with my fiancée saying that she was rude from the beginning. She kept insisting that she was rude. I said to her that she was not being rude to her she was just trying to to explain what they normally do with the cheese. The lady at the cash said again that she was rude and suggested that we find another subway to dine at. At this point my fiancée went to speak to the manager and the manager invited her to form a complaint online and walked away from us!!! Never had a problem at this location until today.... never had these staff members either. Even if they thought that my fiancée was rude.... you as a cashier are suppose to smile and help the customer. You never proceed to argue with them and tell them they are rude. Very displeased, we are repeat customers and we will not be coming back.

I was ordering my food and I didn’t hear the older grey haired woman say she would be with me in a minute. She then repeated this sentence with a lot of unnecessary attitude and fixed me with a glare when i started ordering my food. So disappointed! I orders two foot long subs one was a veggie sub! I had to ask for extra onions about ten times they only put 3 pieces of onions! Then I had to ask for more olives about 7 times and she turned around and said it only comes with 6 pieces per foot long! What????? This is a joke. As a person who has frequented this particular establishment for years. I can say that recent management is doing a terrible job. I have over heard mamagers be less then kind to their younger staff. They have no insight into how to properly train employees so that they can actually learn and reach their potential. They are very sexist and seem to ride female staff regularly but dismiss the fact that their male staff are inappropriate. Hence the male who slapped the female buttocks on the floor. It is second rate and disappointing to watch when you leave immature young adults in charge of students. Not to mention the food is sub-par. I’ll be rethinking my choices.

Stopped in for a quick lunch while on our road trip. Was very disappointed with my sub. Had ordered a steak and cheese on Italian herb and cheese or whatever bun. The sandwich artist barely out any steak on the sandwich. I you could actually see bun through the steak, that's how little was on the sandwich, for real. I asked about it and was told that is how much is supposed to be on. It basically ended up being a veggie sub to make up for the lack of meat. Also, the bun felt like it had been sitting for a while. All in all, was very disappointed with the sandwich. I would avoid going here if you're ever in Bancroft. Look for somewhere else to eat, which is better value for your money.

Food was good fresh. Sub artist would not create the sub I wanted. He would not hear me out! I wanted an EGG WHITE sub! It was afternoon and there is a "special price on those", I don't want the special price! Charge me for a piece of chicken! I just want to EAT EGG WHITE! Chicken gas salt added to it and I hate the texture of other meat! Even the smell makes me gag! Every other subway WILL MAKE MY REQUEST! I tip very well. How hard is it to unthaw an egg white and make what I want to eat! Just charge me for egg salad! I eat egg white for also the fat content and 0 cholesterol! It's the small things that make a persons day! This subway doesn't get it!

I am a frequent flier at our local Subway. I love a good sandwich and I always get one here. The service is friendly and attentive and the quality of the food is always fresh and ready. The staff can be wonderfully conversational and the speed and accuracy of the orders is great. I love that this Subway is open 24 hours (apparently it has been for a while and I just found out). Its great being able to get off of a late shift and have some place to grab a solid meal efore heading home.

Usually you guys are good. But I noticed at night, on the app every sub I recieve is either very poorly made or incorrect. I ordered tonight really late (my apologies) but when I got my sub there was literally next to no lettuce, even though that's the only added thing I wanted on my sub. I also got chipotle sauce which there was very little of, & you guys for sure touched some sort of pepper or something before grabbing my lettuce because the lettuce tasted awful. It was 100% cross-contaminated with something else. I ordered a 12" and could only eat half. I had to sit and peel all of the lettuce off. 3 stars because you've had minimum mess-ups, but night shift that makes subs for app needs to be better. Update: it's been 2 months, I re-ordered. My sub had next to no cheese & you forgot the cookies I ordered. :| Probably am not coming back, lowered to 2 stars. Also I had ordered lettuce, spinach green pepper and onion and there's literally minimal amounts on my sub. I called them to try to sort it out and they didn't care, so I called the delivery app who issued a refund. Update #2 & very last: many people had said you're short-staffed so I tried again. & the phone is NEVER answered, order is always wrong still and if I order through the app you guys don't respond so it expires and I don't get my money back for several days. You've 100% lost my families business now.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. They like to rip you off. I placed an order through the app on Monday feb 1 around 8:15 pm and my order was rejected but the money was preauthorized on my card. This morning I looked at my account and the restaurant has now taken my money even though it shows that the order was voided in the app. I am now in the process of having my money returned to me through my financial institution.

3 o'clock on a Saturday afternoon and the place was packed. Their were 3 gentleman behind the counter and even with all the Mayhem we still managed to get out of there happy with our combos in less then 10 minutes.

Not very please, treated poorly and 2 out of the 3 employes were not wearing hairnets with the girl swinging her hair around ( it was only in a ponytail), out of every kind of bread except for two in a peak period. Not please at all.

Worst subway i’ve ever been to. The veggies were literally frozen, they put half the amount of chicken in my sub than the regular amount. A lady just ordered the same chicken sub at the same time and I could actually see a big difference between both the subs. Never coming back here again. Not recommending!!

Restaurant was clean. Bread was fresh. But our order was incorrect. We doubled meat and cheese on the first sub, and then the 3 other subs we ordered were also made this way. We didn't have time to argue at the cash so we paid the extra and left.

Granted it’s busy, some of the employees need customer service training, namely the kid with the thick eye glasses. Rude, literally tossing the garnishes on the sub, throwing garnishes back, wrapped the subs and threw them down. Was blatantly angry and didn’t want to be there. There’s many fast food establishments here, I’m sure if he hates this one he should find another.
