Great staff and excellent pizza. Ordered over the phone due to pandemic and one of the very cheerful staff came to the car and delivered it to my Car in the Parking lot. It took them about 15-20 minutes. Phenomenal pizza in a really beautiful neighborhood. I would recommend just hangout across the store near memorial and have your pizza for a great experience.

Horrible service. Ordered for delivery one day about a year ago & they’re suppose to give you your pizza for free if they take longer than an hour. An hour passed by and no one showed up. Another hour passed and the store was about to close 2 hours after I ordered and I didn’t get my pizza. They didn’t even call to cancel it or anything. Mine aswell go to The Barrel in the plaza over or literally any other local pizza place around here.

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever received from pizza pizza. When we walked in to pick up our pizza we were told it would be ready in 30min, when we got to the store we were the only customers in the building and none of the staff were wearing any masks. As soon as we were spotted one employee quickly put his mask on lazily and it just fell off which he continued to try and fix without sanitizing his hands or anything he touched including the three pizzas we ordered which were stone cold while in the store. Never going back to this location.

It's the same as any other Pizza Pizza: pretty good fresh pizza as well as pizza-by-the-slice. They usually have good walk-in deals for cheap one-topping pizzas. The air can get a bit thick with fryer grease, so don't be surprised if your clothes pick up a greasy scent.

Couldn't find our adress for 20 minutes when we asked for delivery, then they finally said they found it and sent it to a house that doesn't have close to the same address, (a previous delivery from my number, that I never mentioned) so I called them and they ssid they would re send us one for free, and they didnt. Consistently pizza pizza fails me. I received under cooked wedges, I’m talking basically raw. And 40 wings that tasted boiled and tossed in an old spoiled sauce. I don’t trust this company. They don’t offer refunds, and without explaining that it was their policy or why they don’t offer refunds they simply, say no refund and they only replace food. I will update to a more positive review if my replacement is actually edible and doesn’t taste like an undercooked boiled sewer. $70 for a ruined night and to be hung up on and kept on the phone for an hour without any explanations or adequate assistance. I’m not happy, and I hate pizza pizza now. Update; Received the replacement food and the chicken wings were just as disgusting even with a new sauce: honey garlic instead of buffalo. The wedges were cooked this time.

I've been a regular customer at this location for a long time. There have been numerous issues with delivery time, missing toppings and underbaked crusts but I've always overlooked these things because everyone has a bad day sometimes. However, my last order was not only delivered late but several items were missing. I called to report the problem but the "customer service" rep was very disrespectful and unwilling to help. Not only would he not do anything about the missing food but he also refused to honour their "one hour or it's free" guarantee. He claimed that they tried to call me and had left a voicemail. I informed him that I had checked my call history. There was no voicemail and nothing in the call history. The customer sevice rep actually implied that I was lying and said nothing to address the late and missing food. The only thing he offered was a 15% discount on my next order which is meaningless since I'll never order from them again.

Ordered a panzaratti which only needed to be heated up. There were two other people in front of us that ordered. We waited 20 minutes for it and they had it sitting on top of the oven. It was now cold ..... no point in heating it up. It had to be the worst I have ever had all dough no toppings inside I counted 4 pepperoni.... Every table was dirty and I had to ask for a cloth. Which was provided after he looked for one . Handed it to Me dry with no sanitizer. I asked him to at least wet it it generally works better. Makes me wonder if the front of the restaurant was that filthy and the washrooms were disgusting not cleaned at all. Then what does the kitchen look like hope we don't get sick Need to have better systems in place for running a business and if you don't know then learn or get out of the business We will definitely never go back. Was discusting ..... just plain aweful...

I've been here several times and for the majority never had any complaints. Though the last time I was there this guy was talking on his own personal phone while making the pizzas, so basically spitting on the food. Also he got annoyed by me asking if he could take my order and then didn't wash his hands after taking my order. That same guy refused to put on his mask when what looked to be his boss who asked him to. A great portion of staff are great but I can't tell who prepared what and I don't want that guy anywhere near my food. No trust in that and this happened at the beginning of the pandemic so I won't ever be back.

With out a doubt, the WORST service I've ever received at a Pizza Pizza. My Wife and I placed a walk-in order at the counter... Was told to come back in 20 minutes, and we did. Then we were told that one of the pies was made wrong (she put pepperoni on it and it was supposed to be plain) so she had to remake it while our other pizza orders just sat on top of the oven and got cold. There was no apology, nothing was done to appease me - not even a sorry, nothing. This place is trash and like everyone else, I agree that it's a dive now. Half the time you go in you can only order pizza cause their fryers are never working. We won't be back. Pizza Pizza Head Office, you need to kindly remove the current owners of this place and put in some people that know what the hell they're doing.

I relied on this store to provide delivery. I was instore and had the ppl tell me to my face after checking the map that they would deliver to my house. I told my three year old autistic son he was having pizza for dinner. I call it in and they can't deliever all of a sudden. I can't say I had many mishaps happen while ordering food from here, the occasional mistakes where I was given the wrong order (I always check my pizza beforehand), or sometimes it felt like they hardly put any toppings on it. It was like I was mainly eating bread, sauce and cheese, but it has improved since then. However, what concerned me is that more than once the delivery guy made a slip mentioning the cleanliness of the work place - saying stuff like "We got to get the place clean before the "big boys" come by" I don't want to eat food where the building is in filthy conditions, but I also don't know if what the delivery guy said was truth or not, I would rather not judge based on words alone. Though it still concerns me when he said that.

The breaded chicken wings tasted even better than the chicken from KFC (Fort Erie). It was not greasy, good size but the overall taste could for sure be improved though (thank god for the dipping sauces). The breading has an interesting taste but I don't mind it. The pizza, for the price, leaves a lot to be desired... For example, we ordered extra cheese and it was not very cheesy. I'm kind of afraid what would've happened if I chose without extra cheese. There was not a lot of toppings and the pizza just had a bland taste over all. I'm definitely ordering the chicken wings again but the pizza... eh, I will just stick to the Barrel honestly.

This location in particular is really bad. The pizza wasn’t cooked well at the bottom and there was barely any sauce and cheese on the pizza. Picture for reference. We only ordered from here because of the 50% off deal the company Pizza Pizza was having. I highly recommend ordering from a local pizza place in Fort Erie. (Ex: Zia’s pizzeria and Papa’s Pizza are amazing) Also I can confirm some of the 5 star reviews here are fake and from their relatives/workers. Especially the ones with pictures of the store.

While we were the only two people in the place, it seems that my request for utensils was more trouble than the person behind the counter could be bothered with. The Pizza Hutt express around the corner offers consistently superior service and the quality of their food is far better for around the same price. 15 minutes later with remnants of calzone with carbonara sauce (that costs extra) on my face, we left before I managed to get the plastic knife I asked for. They're welcome to keep it - we won't be back.

I had ordered once here a large three topping with three popsand I thought it was pretty good actually $13.99. Then I read th reviews a few weeks later when I was thinking of ordering again. Some reviews were great and some of them were saying the pizza was undercooked.....sort of a bit and miss. Anyway, I ordered the same thing as the first time and when I got home, low and behold, I couldn't believe it, my pizza was very undercooked. So it's actually true from my experience. The only kind of bonus is I could reheat the slices up in the stove and finish off the cooking without burning.

Normally I have absolutely no issues with pizza pizza yes occasionally they might have missed a can of pop or did not have the proper ingredient or something like that but I had been there customer 20 years at least I have so many Club eleven point saved up that I could probably get two or three pizzas for free. today I placed an order online it said that I place the order at 6:08 which I have screenshots to prove everything at 6:57.54 and I only know it's that exact time cuz that's the first time that it appears on my telephone I get a phone call from Pizza Pizza stating your drivers knocking at your door and you're not answering could you please answer it so I say wait a minute there's nobody at my door I get up I open my door and I said no there's nobody here and then the timer goes off that states the pizza is free and then the driver comes walking up the driveway and says okay here I'd like the money for your order and I said no I'm sorry sir you're late and he says oh no I'm not they called you and let you knew I was here 1 fortunately just because you call me from the driveway doesn't make you at my door you knew you were going to be late so you had customer service call me to try to distract me I have a security camera because I thought you know what maybe I'm wrong maybe I'm completely wrong and he was here on time well my security camera detects people when they walk to my door pizza pizza driver was not detected until 6:59 as soon as I open my door to him it was 7 and they said too bad we called you it doesn't work that way you can't call somebody and lie and say they're knocking on your door when they're not even here yet they were still in the driveway you had somebody call me and hopefully distract me but it did not work

While this pizza is still good, they have no napkins at the moment, every table was a different kind of dirty, and the employee was detached from reality. Must be the new owners, but as regulars we are going to have to train them ourselves by the looks of it. We usually order an XL thin crust pepperoni. Yesterday’s pie wasn’t exactly thin, it was undercooked and had half the pepperoni on it that it should have. Please do better! I went into the restaurant during, a dinner service where the there were many patrons. I expected a long wait time, even though the counter helper told me 15-20 minutes. To my surprise, it came out within the time period he told me. I was stunned, I looked at the Pizza and expected it to be awful and made really fast. However it looked perfect, all the toppings were symmetrical and it appeared to be what is exactly advertised. The Pizza had smoke coming out of it, and the cheese was perfectly melted on top. However it tasted amazing, the tomatoes on my Pizza was completely fresh. The chili seasoning was perfectly placed on top. It was the best Pizza, I had in a long time. The atmosphere while eating was nice for a fast food restaurant, where the music playing was very peaceful. The seating arrangement, made me feel comfortable. The staff and the owner of it so friendly and awesome.

We had large order take out for birthday (4 Large pizza, dozen wings, onion ring, garlic bread, fries, funnel cake stix & 5-8 POP) from the time we placed the order till the pick up time it was only 25 min on busy Sunday. Our order was made right the first time and the lady at counter (I think she's the owner) was very friendly and very helpful. All is all good experience and will recommend to others.

Very disappointed with the misrepresentation in ordering. We ordered by phone and when the representative gave us the total it seemed a little high. We asked if that included a delivery fee of $6 and were told yes. The order arrived and when I mentioned to the driver that we were advised that his delivery fee was charged in the total. He told us that he doesn't get this charge, the company does. The driver works solely for tips. So I gave him a 20% tip which amounted to $4.54, plus the company charged a further $1 for using a debir card. Ridiculous to pay out $11.54 on a $21 pizza. Good to know for the future. Pizza Pizza is officially off the list. Will stick to the mom and pop local businesses not out to screw you over with additional hidden charges.

So i just placed a pre-paid order and even went so far as to leave a tip. and the Delivery driver left my order on the doorstep and was ALREADY leaving the driveway BEFORE we even got a call about our order arriving. Unfortunately for us they got the order completely wrong on a walk in order ,which is highly unusual. They did credit us 50% because of the error, I took there attempt at making it right but they need to do better with regards to there refund policy ,on a order that logistically we could never be able to drive back another 40 minutes to pick up a complimentary order on the same day ,? Really that's not realistic for ever situation. However the offer is appreciated but disappointing over all since it's not our fault.

Ever since new owners have taken over the Pizza Pizza in Bancroft, the quality and quantity of food has taken a complete downward spiral. The pizza is not cooked properly, the dough is raw in the middle. The cheese wasn't even melted on top. There was hardly any cheese on the garlic bread we ordered. I ordered 4 XL pizzas from the New Liskeard location here at 20$ per pizza. They were almost 5 min late at which point the driver offered me a whopping 10$ off my 125$ dollar order. The pizzas weren't even warm, the boxes were crushed, one of my dipping sauces was punctured and the pizzas themselves had hardly any toppings on them. Add to this one of my pizzas wasn't even cooked all the way through. At 20$ per pizza I for sure expected better quality, not only was I extremely disappointed but I honestly believe I could get better quality and flavor from a frozen pizza next time and at half the price. I can guarantee I will notbe ordering from here again.

Don't waste your money, $22 bucks gone ! Both my wife and I had the exact same meal..ponzerotti and garlic bread with cheese. We both vomitted up our meals in the middle of the night. Neither the ponzerotti or the garlic bread was cooked through. We put the bread in our own oven to brown it because it looked like they spread the garlic butter and sprinkled the cheese and boxed it up. We did the same for the ponz's. The ponzerotti's were raw dough and toppings inside were not cooked, and not even brown on the outside. Disgusting !!!!!

i visited with my friends for pizza party at this place.Team members are nice and environment was clean.pizza was delicious, still that taste in my taste buds.visit again soon here for party.

I ordered my pizza and after 45 minutes I decided to call to make sure I hadn't missed the door. Turns out they were just late! The gentleman on the phone informed me that the pizza would be free. When the driver got to the door he tried charging me $37 for my $27 dollar order. When I told him that I had called and confirmed that the order was free. He told me "you shouldn't have done that"... and continued on about how they're understaffed and walked away with a huge chip on his shoulder. And for the pizza itself, I asked for super pan and well done, the pizza was doughy and spices were all concentrated to one section of the pizza. Not impressed!

I used to go to this place, the staff is very friendly, they gave very good service, I love eating pizza from this place they are making delicious pizzas loaded with toppings. My mouth fill with water every time I thought of eating pizza. I often take slices too they are so good, even I did not know when I finish and I am eager to eat it again. Was in today....poor young woman had ordered a small pepperoni pizza but wasn't given the order receipt, when she went to counter to enquire about order was told she didn't order or pay. She was with a friend who said she did but was still told she did NOT order. Finally young woman asked to speak to the girl that took her order....older woman said she would talk to her. Finally she came back to the front and said yes your is almost ready but no apology what so ever. Same older woman tried to take my order after the ten minute argument but didn't understand what I wanted. Finally the man took the order. Went back to pick up and waited another 10 minutes while every one was on break except one girl. I don't think they understand English very well

STAY AWAY Place is just awful, not only were the staff here not even wearing masks (ever heard of covid?), The Staff messed up our order, forgot to provide the sauces I asked for and didn't even differentiate which calzone was pepperoni vs cheese for my wife and I. Wings tasted awful. If you're visiting in town you're better off hitting up the subway or McDonald's for a safer meal.

I ordered 2 of these slices yesterday for my kids and I. This was disappointing, the slices both appeared to be from a medium pizza. Not worth the money at all. I don't think I'll be going to pizza pizza again.

Staff very rude on multiple occasions hassling me over my order. When this was brought up to management they used the excuse that they're training new staff. If you are looking for pizza go to any other chain in town it is well worth it and if you are going for the plant based options make the 45 min drive to a Kingston location you will not regret it
