We would “heartily” recommend Hearty Catering! They were the caterers for our 85 person wedding in Sept 2019. We were looking for a vegetarian caterer that made great food - not just dishes with meat removed, but creative vegetarian dishes that were delicious and filling. Hearty did an excellent job - the food was incredible! Everyone raved about the eggplant lasagna! They were very accommodating too for our guests on gluten-free and keto diets. Leading up to the wedding, Evelyne and the team also were always prompt in responses and they went out of their way for some lovely personal touches to make our day come together too, whether finding us a bushel of gourds through their contacts or finding us specialty ice cream for our dessert.

We ordered from Hearty Catering recently for a group lunch and a group dinner. Not only is the food amazingly delicious and healthy, they use compostable materials and brought our dinner in reusable dishes that were picked up the next day. I am disappointed in the direction this caterer has gone. I had them first maybe 3-4years ago. I work in film. The flavours popped. You could tell there was care put into the dishes. Food was hot. Now everything is bland over cooked and room temperature at best. Probably just a food cost/labour cost thing I get that it’s a business. Maybe the temperature is a problem on our guys end…Just disappointed

I eat Hearty a few days a week at work. They really cater to any dietary restrictions and allergies and always switch it up. I don't find it very repetitive even though we source meals from them twice a day. Some of the crew favourites are the vegetarian shepherd's pie, sweet potato noodles, veggie stir fry & breakfast! They make their own croissants and always provide ample amounts of clean eats to balance out the goodies. Thanks for keeping it fresh, Hearty! Highly recommend if you're looking for something tasty, healthy & crowd-pleasing.

Hearty Catering is committed to providing sustainably grown food, organic when available and the food is delicious. Evelyne the owner has worked with us to accommodate the variety of needs from vegan , paleo, gluten free those with certain allergies and the meat and potatoes lovers. I ordered a brunch menu from the website to cater a party of 25 people. Communication w the owner was great and delivery was quick and guys were helpful. The spread was full of sandwiches, fritattas, salads, fruits and cheese and crackers. All items were fresh and beautifully presented. Many compliments from the party goers and the leftovers stayed fresh for another three days. My first time using but not my last. We'll done!

I had the pleasure of working with Evelyne and Kathleen from Hearty Catering for our work Christmas get together. They worked with me to build a menu that would accommodate everyone in our workplace. The service from Evelyne was amazing. I would think of something and send an email at 5:00am and would get a response within 30 minutes making changes to my order. The day of the event, the food arrived on time, HOT and delicious!! Our employees loved the food and were happy they had some extras to take home! We order heartycatering food daily for crew in film business. It used to be pretty good few years ago when they just started catering for film industry. Unfortunately it went downhill, certainly not organic, blend noodles or potatoes on daily basis with some exceptions. It's sad to see catering businesses declining in quality once they get foot in the industry and attract more productions. Quality was the reason they get in and not being able to keep it up makes crew very upset and doesn't make business look good.

Wondering where they are getting their good reviews from. This company caters for our company, and most of the food is rotten. Eggs in the morning are grey / black and half of the time taste like fish. the wraps they give us have wet soggy tuna that wasn't drained. the chicken wraps usually have rotten vegetables. Especially the zucchini. Generally the zucchini is brown. For a company that is supposed to be fresh and organic, this food is far from good. Generally the chicken tastes like it's been in the fridge for a week before being served. They charge a lot of money for catering. Buying store bought bagels and croissants doesn't count as catering. They used to give us pad thai, which tasted like rubber. Now they switched to chili that tastes like water. Stay away from this catering company.
