10Tation Event Catering catered my backyard engagement party this past weekend at my home and it was extraordinary! The food was incredible (the hors d'oeuvres are to die for) and the service was impeccable!! My guests are still raving about how delicious the food was! I personally worked with Frank C and he answered my emails promptly and worked with all of my changes & requests. You have a forever client and I cannot wait to use 10Tation for my next event!

My brother was handling the food end for my mother’s 50th birthday so we both kinda figured, meh, we’ll just get it catered. It’s only 15 people right? Pffft. Birthday was 3 weeks away so we emailed them. They asked what our price point was, we told them about 1,500-2,000...keep in mind, it’s for 15 people. Not a hall. After asking the basic questions they said that they would email us...a day passes...two days pass...a week...two weeks... it’s now Monday and the party is Saturday so we once again email/call and we get someone totally different and he stated that ‘ the other person had not forwarded the message’ (we’ll get back to this) Fast forward and it’s now Wednesday, we finally get a quote and they said it would cost 3,000. We asked for the break down and they stated that the plates are 45 a person (we asked for 30-40), that there HAS to be two chefs for 12 people and above...but there’s 15? They can’t handle three more people? And renting tables, forks, tents, all the stuff that we could just buy rather than rent was going to cost 1,500. All and all, if you’re into wasting money than this is the company for you. Get your tin foil hats ready because going back to the lost in translation message between the team I feel as if it’s due to CVOID. Obviously no one has events going on right of this moment seeing as everyone is strapped for cash, afraid to be sick, or even afraid to get fined for anything. This company waited till the last couple days with a price point out of our range and knowing so, thinking that they would leave us no choice in paying for it seeing as the date is close. It’s sleazy a very sleazy way to deal business, but I understand why.

We called 10Tation on a very short notice to organize our corporate event. Everything went perfect even though this was a last minute request. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding! I would definitely recommend 10Tation to anyone looking for a high end catering company to organize their corporate function.

We asked 10tation to cater our surprise wedding of ~120 people that was being held at an Art Gallery in the Distillery District. We were initially drawn to them since they are a preferred caterer of the venue/area and were very pleased with the planning process, staff and food. Being a surprise wedding, there were a few extra logistical issues that needed to be planned, and we had only booked the venue and reached out to 10tation 2-3 months in advance. This wasn't an issue at all as Samantha, our main point of contact from 10tation, was able to set out a floor plan, plan dinner stations and d'oeuvres and even organize chairs/ tables/furniture for the event. We were able to bring our own alcohol which helped to keep the cost down and the event staff was very courteous and professional. The food was amazing, both in presentation and taste, and we still (weeks after the event) are reminded by our guests how fantastic the food was. Thanks for everything Samantha and Co!

We attended a neighbour's birthday party with about 60 people happily filling their house. It was a pleasure to eat the 10tation nibbles - had to resist eating too many of the sliders. What a thrill to have be treated to professional food!

Caterers should be creative and delicious and the events they create should be exciting. Caterers are exact and precise and get stuff done in lots of interesting situations. Caterers do thing with short notice and pull rabbits out of hats. Truthfully most don’t but 10tation is among the very best. Super exciting with insanely delicious food and wickedly creative events. WORST EXPERIENCE. I ordered $1300 worth of drop-off hors d'oeuvres for my fiancé’s 30th birthday and it was a nightmare from beginning to end. The driver arrived an hour early and got his van stuck in our parking garage. Finally, we got the food upstairs and it was cold, soggy, and smelled like it had spoiled (not to mention there was not nearly enough to feed a party of 70).Seeing as the food was inedible, I had to order emergency pizzas, sandwiches, and cheese platters from Longos (which were amazing and 1/3 of the price). The next day we were expecting them to pick up the serving dishes (and food since we did not eat it) between 9am-1pm as per the contract, finally at 3:30pm I receive a call from the operations manager saying he is on his way. You would think after the experience they would waived the charge, especially since we did not consume any of the food - nope - I had to argue until finally they agreed to charge me for 1 dish. I will never use this company again and don’t recommend it!

Where do I begin? 10tation is fabulous. Their presentation is something out of a magazine but more importantly, the taste of each food item is just as good as the appearance. I was recommend this company from a friend who used them at her wedding. I hired them for a corporate event. Their roasted Ontario lamb, ragu of spring artichokes, peas and mint on quinoa was delicious. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

10tation is the best! We have had 10tation catering at our office luncheons and cocktail parties in the past, so when I needed to cater a private dinner in my home I called them. We were connected with Jen and she is great, she knew what we would want and made all the right suggestions to make our party just perfect. The Chef used our kitchen to serve us, and she really impressed us with the presentation and quality of the food. The serving staff was very professional and courteous. The best part about this party was that when the staff left, the kitchen was spotless, and I didnt have to wash a single dirty dish! I would definitely recommend 10tation Catering

Worked next to them at an event they were catering. Completely rude and unprofessional chefs. They moved my items and starting using my equipment with no permission and no respect for anyone working around them. When asked about why they moved my items and took my space, when there was still plenty of space to work, they replied with “well we found a place to work”. Never ever seen such blatant disregard and disrespect for other people. Don’t know the names of the gentlemen working that day, but represented this company very poorly.

Outstanding food, courteous servers, and the young man at the prep area managing the hot food (lamb chops, etc) was very competent and pleasant. We had a slight snag with one aspect of the experience which initially made me retract my 5/5 total impression but when we followed up with the company, their response was so professional and responsible that it (re)confirmed our initial 5/5 impression. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

We've used 10tation more than a few times for our corporate lunches both hot and cold, small and large. We love them. Always friendly, always delicious, easy to make substitutions or accommodate varying dietary needs. Would definitely recommend.

Went to a conference that was catered by 10tation and the food was not good. Salmon was bland and VERY dry. Their "steak fajitas" were essentially cold-cut roast beef wraps. Lots pf packaging, awkward to hold and eat.
