We booked Trotters Catering for our wedding in Golden this past fall. Richard was so awesome to work with. We had lots of phone calls and e-mails while planning out the food. I had very specific ideas for the food we wanted served and he was super accommodating, offered recommendations, and made everything happen! We had a plated dinner and the food came out quick and was plated beautifully. Everyone told us how much they loved the food. Especially the short rib and salad! The servers were also so friendly. They served canapés and a late night poutine which had people talking for days about how good it was. We are so glad we found Trotters to cater our wedding and highly recommend booking them!
