I absolutely love taco time, their salsa is made in house and it's my favorite. And I love the veggie burrito and crispy beef burrito. However I'm disappointed that their size of burritos and the amount of ingredients used in the tacos and burritos has become less and less. As well as u was disappointed that they no longer sell the 1lb. Burritos. (Which were absolutely the best thing there) but other then that it's a great place for taco night

So much better quality food than the other Taca chain. I was amazed how large the shells are and fully stuffed. No grease dripping off the soupy beef. Just fresh tasting product. And I really love the Mexi Fries. So much fun to pop in your mouth. Just wish more shops were easily accessible.

The only real downside was that the Staff seemed unfriendly. I felt rushed to complete the order, like I was inconveniencing the cashier. The food was ok. It was the right temperature, was fresh tasting, had fresh vegetables, and fresh sour cream. I am not a fan of the beef they use in the tacos, but that's a personal preference.

Overpriced, tasteless food that has been microwaved then served by miserable staff. I can't believe some of the reviews on here, must have very low standards or taste buds that no longer function properly.

I visited the Main street location in Airdrie. I specifically asked for GLUTEN FREE taco salad. I was assured it was gluten free. I got home and after eating half of the edible bowl started having stomach pain. I checked the website to see the ingredients and saw the edible bowl contained wheat flour. I called and talked to the supervisor who informed me I should have ordered the cardboard bowl. So they say its MY fault. I don't think so. I will NEVER be going back to Taco Time

Unfortunately the past few times I’ve come here my order has been wrong. The quality is good but getting the wrong burrito no so much. There seems to be a bit of a language barrier or lack of attention. Maybe I’ll give them another chance and see how they perform. Right now I’m a bit undecided will update my rating once I eat there again.

Very tasteless experience. Went in for lunch and ordered bean salsa taco salad. Salad full of dried lettuce, 1/2tbsp tomato 1/2 tbsp dried cheese a few green peppers and some black beans. One dressing to choose from. Never ever suggest or recommend it.

Really enjoyed this location. Nice theme (could use a modernization), really friendly staff and DELICIOUS food.. I actually have no complaints! Definitely would go back.. also helps it's the only Tacotime in Airdrie.

I think it is a hate crime to microwave lettuce, why do you hate lettuce so much? I know it's not company policy to microwave soft tacos but this location does it and it bugs me every time. Another time I went here they had dirty gritty lettuce, you need to start respecting the lettuce. At least I didn't get sick, so I guess you got that going for you.

Love to eat at taco time! Wish they had more locations. Definitely would go again. Beats Taco Bell any day. 4 stars because more drink options would be nice, but if you like pop it’s all good.

I still think Taco Time is the best Mexican fast food joint. So happy there's one in Airdrie. Staff here are always amazing and the food is always phenomenal. They also give me lots of hot sauces when I come, anywhere from 4-8 with my order. The sauce is the best part! Love Taco Time!!

Visited this location two times this past weekend. We used the drive through. Food was, hot, fresh and fast. Drive through staff was polite, friendly and efficient. Would definitely go back again.

Food us awesome and so is service always happy to see you. Get a lot of food for the price. Very clean and quick service. The staff here are excellent! The owners are side by side with them. This staff should train all the other fast food establishment staffs around town and even all the other Taco Times. The place is super clean and the food is prepared perfectly. This place is an example of how to run a fast food franchise.

Was okay. Haven't gone in a long time until now. Soft tacos- The beef was mushy. edges of tortilla were dry, hard and chewy. Lettuce was browning. asked for no tomatoes. Mexi fries- very limp and mushy. i remember getting nice hot crispy ones. some seemed to have way too much salt and some seemed to have none at all. Overall taste - alright. I did go close to closing time so I don't know if that weighed in.. but yeah. Just okay. Not like I remember.

The staff, when not busy with orders are always cleaning in the front and back. Everyone works together well, communicating good while putting orders together and providing fast service. They are friendly when you enter and food comes out hot and accurate. I have never seen this restaurant dirty...EVER!

Just moved back to Airdrie and had to get some dinner on moving in day. I was tired and a little cranky to say the least. The service I received in the restaurant totally changed my mood. Right from the start they attentive, friendly and all smiles. I work in customer service and know when service is exceptional. They even came out of the back while we were eating and asked if we needed anything else. This is a fast food place? Wow! Thank you so much to the taco time team and management in Airdrie. You made my day!!!

Taco was cracked, burrito was torn and hard to eat without it coming apart. Nachos were stale and lacking cheese sauce. Service was good, friendly, prompt but lacked clearer communication (English in Canada). Definitely room for improvement though. Overall I would still return but I have had a better experience at other taco time locations.
