Best experience I've had in a while with subway. The staff were very friendly and actually cared about they're job. I didn't have to remake my sub at home like I do when I buy a sub from multiple locations in St.John's. If you want a well crafted sandwich and a friendly smile while you order it, this is a must stop place for you. Shout out to Florence and Colby for making my 2 visits a experience to remember.

Really slow and poor food quality. Ordered 2 toasted out of 3. Neither were toasted. 1 looks like it may have been very slightly toasted possibly but still white and soft. Last time I ordered there I said I wouldn't again but had a gift card towards there. The last time we ordered there we had a couple chicken noodle soups and there was no flavor at all. Bland and gross. I believe we had same problem too subs not toasted then also. Food should be simular taste and quality in all locations

I have been eating at this subway at least once a week, sometimes even more then once a week since it’s opened. Recently I’ve been getting regular mayo on my sub, When I asked for lite mayo. but the lite mayo bottle is being used. So regular mayo is being put into the lite mayo bottle during prep. I don’t like regular mayo on my sub so i don’t eat it, when I get regular mayo so it’s a big waste of money on my part. So please make sure prep is being done correctly.

Staff are like robots, barely even acknowledge that you are a person - make sure you ask them to spread toppings out evenly, also they will cheap out on toppings if you don't keep asking for more, not a major concern but I am sure their management has asked them to be thrifty with the toppings to save money on an already over priced sub, my bill was 16.99 for a 12" turkkey sub with bacon. They could do a better job of cleaning the place but was really par for the course when it comes to a Subway.

Placed a mobile order tonight. When we went to pick it up, 15 minutes after the ready time, we still had to wait for them to make the sub and instead of using the order to make it, the employee that made it used a bunch of salt when I didnt order any on it, and also didnt give me one if the sauces. the sub was inedible. this subway is terrible to order from unless you actually go in and order. In their defences though, I am able to get a free sub to replace this one, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place.

The subway in Fairview was is a great spot to stop for a quick meal. The store was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. As they weren’t as busy as the average subway the confinement’s looked a little on the not so fresh side. Other than that it’s a good stop in.

Went in drivethru placed order, went to window waited 15 minutes, honked horn no response, Backed up to intercom and asked about sub, misses says”I forgot”. How can you forget an order when there was nobody in restaurant. Went back to window, still no sub, I decide to go in and she says” here you go, no charge”. I placed an order and was capable of paying for order, not to be forgotten. WORST SERVICE EVER!! Couldn’t and can’t believe it.
