Have been going to Sandyview Farms for several years now , have never ever had an issue with my purchases, this morning I got the craving for their homemade baked beans , a ginormous fresh chicken from the Warburg Colony and a very delicious strawberry rhubarb pie , that's on the menu at our house tonight , awesome butchers , great cheeses, garlic sausage, bacon frozen goodies , excellent all around shop , super friendly helpful staff , you can't go wrong here !!!

We were their yesterday its a clean store that smells like a smoker,I like their items,meat, chichen, ham and pepperoni sticks.It didn't seem like they followed covid protocol for such a small place. their were quite a few people but they had sanitizer. The products both frozen and not were well over priced with no mention of organic or free range.but the pricing is passed along to the customer ,we bought some cheese and pepperoni sticks they both were good,just don't complain about pricing when you can go to their competitors!

My go to for fresh meat and unique pre made foods. With BBQ season here I will be there weekly. If you are looking for Great steak definitely stop by. Right now the restaurant is closed but when it open you must visit. Fresh homemade food that tastes great!!

This place is really great! They have awesome products and they are fabulous butchers, but the deli counter customer service is awful. Specifically a younger woman with glasses. I don't like being spoken to like I'm stupid or as though I'm wasting someone's valuable time. A simple question is snapped at in a condescending, arrogant tone. I rarely come into the store because of this.

I've been eating their meals of the day for most of the lockdown and have lost a lot of weight just by eating fresh quality foods and portion sizes. They also carry elk and bison, very good sources of as close to wild game as you can get. Another mainstay of the Spruce Grove community.

The loft has amazing food. It is true that it is not easily accessible as it does require going up a long flight of stairs to get to the restaurant but it’s well worth it. The deli is fantastic. Great selection. Can be a little pricey but it is fresh.

This is great butcher shop. A very good selection of special cuts, smoked meats, lots of convenience food and I mean lots. There's sauces, pickles, cheese, quick mixes and candy to name just a few. You have to explore around the store to get the full effect. The loft restaurant is closed. November 20, 2020

I took my deer there last year, paid good money to get it processed. The pepperoni was good although I ordered honey garlic and they gave me sweet and spicy. I ordered honey garlic so my kids would eat it but it’s too hot for most people. The sausage I got it so tough it’s like eating a shoe sole. You have to cut it open and pull the filling out, and it’s so strong it overpowers literally everything. The summer sausage is good too though. I doubt I will return next year.

I am very disappointed with the consistently poor service here. Every year I order my hams in advance and I wonder why, as they seem to have no clue what is going on. The last 2 years in a row I have had a mix up with my ham and when I called to speak to them I was met with no desire to rectify the problem. Too bad the products are good quality here but I no longer am willing to pay a premium for sub par service. I guess I will be butcher shopping in the new year

Business owner that came from central AB with a large group. We were so impressed with their restaurant that we wanted to purchase a large gift basket from the deli to send to another local business approximately 10 km from their location. They flat out turned down the opportunity because they "don't deliver", which we would have gladly paid for. They were not even slightly interested in providing a solution in order to obtain the sale. Interesting business choice!

A guy from work talked about this place and how good it was. I decided to try it. Went in and bought a ham and some buns for 65$. After I paid with debit i asked for a bag and was told she'd have to charge me. I grabbed the stuff and left. The nickle-dollar they saved cost them my business in the future.

First off their "Fresh" Turkey is FROZEN. I called to inquire to determine if perhaps we ordered wrong and it was supposed to be a frozen bird. The supervisor told me they do a coating or something to keep it fresh, but it didn't make sense. I continued to respectfully ask questions and inquire to why the gizzard bag inside was also frozen solid. The supervisor went onto say that it wasn't frozen when she gave it to us and said I don't know how your bird was frozen but it wasn't frozen when I gave it to you. We picked up the bird early to brine and had it on the counter for probably an hour at the point I noticed it was frozen. The supervisor then repeat it's frozen and then hung up. I called back and asked for the owners number as I was not impressed with being hung up. I never once raised my voice or swore or anything else that would be considered disrespectful. She went onto somewhat apologize for hanging up saying that no-one was saying anything on the other line and then said she said hello before hanging up.. which was not the case. A sincere apology would of been adequate, lying to me and then transferring me to a guy there who went on to tell me we were all standing here and heard her say hello, which they didn't because there wasn't enough time from when she said the bird was not frozen to the time it hung up (it was immediately) and I could still hear the hanging up of a land-line. He wouldn't give me the owners name or number to discuss. I understand that it's the long-weekend, they are super busy and people are people. The way in which I was treated by both the male and female supervisor was unacceptable in my opinion. There was no accountability for either the bird or how I was treated, implying the customer is lying or treating me I couldn't possibly be telling the truth is appalling. I wanted to wait until I talked to the owner before posting this, however I was not provided the number.

Came in for a party of 2 at 9:30 on a Tuesday morning. Not busy at all, maybe 5 tables had people in them. Waited 30 minutes for a server to finally take our order. Waited another 30 minutes for our food. I don’t know about you, but it takes me about 10 minutes to cook some bacon and eggs at home. Out server was not very attentive, we sat with empty drinks and I didn’t even get her name.

I was disappointed today when I went in had lovely French bread it expired yesterday and you still wanted 6.50 for a loaf. I was surprised it wasn't removed from the shelf after I asked an employee if they had any bread that wasn't past the due date she said no.

The woman who served me at deli was rude & irritable. "She kept saying are you sure that is everything" ! The artisan bread I paid alot for was moldy in a day. Meat is expensive. Take & bake cherry pie wasn't good. Sausage was good, that is all I can say

The selection of meat is the best I have seen anywhere. I especially enjoy the elk, bison and beef. The steaks are perfectly cut and the assorted bacon is fantastic. I try and stop by once a week for the assorted meat sticks and at least once a month to get assorted meat. The staff and friendly and knowledgeable and the store is always nice and clean.
