Pretty darn good. Hard to find a deli style sandwich these days. I haven't tried them all, but the brisket was pretty darn good, and the veal parm sandwich that my dining companion had was said to be "amazing." We will be back to try the others.

Roma catered our wedding at the Italian club and let me put it this way: I actually didn't like Italian food till Roma cooked for us. I really felt like Mama cooked for us in her kitchen fornour wedding. The food was great amd we had 210 people the venue was also awesome. We aren't Italian and they welcomed us in and gave us a great wedding reception!

In August of 2018 my role was to arrange the logistics of feeding an entire lacrosse team. The players were between the ages of 16-21 and we had to feed a total of 40 people including staff. Danny at Roma catering was outstanding. Roma catering helped plan, delivered and provided exceptional food to our entire team The food was always fresh, of high quality and the portions were more than enough to support out quest to win a national championship. Our entire executive believe that the quality of food and service provided by Roma was one of the key difference makers in us winning the the Minto Cup. If you are a sports team travelling in the Calgary area and you need to feed 30 plus people, Roma catering is definitely the caterer you should choose.

We had Roma cater for our wedding. They are simply amazing. True professionals through and through. Danny is really quick at replying and always available to answer any questions or concerns. For our first meeting they made us a full meal so that we could get a good idea of what the food would be like for our big day. It was delicious and they never charged anything for that. The food on the night of our wedding was just like what we tasted on our first meeting, about a year earlier. The prices are great, the service and communication we received from Roma was phenomenal and we can't recommend these guys enough. 10/10.

Roma catered us a perfect wedding day informal lunch with sandwiches, salads, fruit and desserts. The bread and buns used were super fresh. The sandwich fillings were all high quality and the sandwiches were filled right up. Ordering was easy, I would definitely recommend!

They catered a birthday party I went to recently, my wedding, and my in-laws wedding 30 years ago. No one has ever had a bad thing to say. The food is great, the service is great, they are great. If you want your guests to be completely full on delicious Italian food, book Roma.

Roma catering is amazing. The staff are all so friendly. We had the prime rib dinner for 6 for new years eve and it was just as delicious as the year before. Excellent sized portions and high quality ingredients, the prime rib was cooked perfectly medium rare throughout, and incredibly tender, despite keeping it warm for an hour before serving. Topped off with a great cake for desert. Highly recommend. If I had one suggestion it would be a few more grilled veggies. Their frozen lasagnas are also amazing, make sure you always have one on hand for entertaining or an easy weeknight meal.

My lovely wife suggested we try Romano's for lunch. She's been here several times but this was my first visit. Colour me impressed. We arrived on 1/2 price pasta Wednesday, so I ordered the Pasta Pescatore. I can't believe the serving I received for $8.00. Tons of scallops, shrimp, mussels, etc in a white wine and butter sauce. At $16.00, this serving would have been impressive. Lorrie had the breaded veal sandwich with a side salad. She too was suitably impressed. Less than $40.00 tip included. We'll be back.

Roma recently catered our wedding on June 23. Our food the whole night was amazing; our guests are still commenting on how great the meal was! The food looked great but tasted even better. The hors d'oeuvres, main course and late night snack were all delicious and the staff were exceptional. Everyone from the kitchen staff, servers and the delivery staff went out of their way to give us an amazing night. Roma also catered our rehearsal dinner and it was equally delicious. Every time I think about this place, my mouth waters. Absolutely delicious food, friendly staff, clean and comfortable dining area. Very chic, everything looks modern and is well designed. The only problem I have with this place is there are too many good options to choose from, I want to eat it all when I come to this place, but only ever have enough room for one meal plus dessert. It's no surprise that every time I come here there's a lineup for food.

Roma's is an absolute gem. The delicatessen style restaurant offers amazing Italian sandwiches, hot entrees and salads. The prices are great and they serve you with love. The aracini (meatball size rice balls mixed with cheese, lightly breaded and deep fried) are delicate and delicious. The meatballs are flavorful and would make any Nonna proud to serve them as her own. There is always a great assortment of hot meals and they do amazing combos. They have a good selection for vegetarians too. Don't miss the European pastries. The lemon tart is phenomenal. You won't have room to eat it with your meal but buy one and take it back to the office for an afternoon treat - it is heavenly. They have a small deli case where they sell cheeses, sliced meats, their lasagna etc. Check it out, the price on their cheese beats any of the Italian markets in Calgary.

Originally Roma catering was a deli style restaurant where you would line up at the counter, order your food and grab a table to eat. I really liked that theme for lunch as the food they had such as the beef brisket sandwich and the chicken parmigiana were absolutely fantastic. It was a great place to drop in for lunch. Recently Roma changed the restaurant to a sit down and order style restaurant, but the hours are the same as before. They close at 5pm weekdays and are not open weekends (due to catering events). Turning it into a restaurant isn't my favorite theme and I liked the deli counter better, but overall the food is what I come to enjoy at this place. Roma catering has an awsome Friday buffet that features roast beef, roasted vegetables and mashed potatoes with a really large and well made Yorkshire pudding and tasty gravy. It is absolutely the best. We've tried numerous items on the menu including the sandwiches, pizza, and lasagna. The portions are huge and you often have to take the extra portions home. The turkey sandwich is my wife's favorite. The pizza is so delicious and is authentic rustic Italian style that you could only find in Italy, until now. Everything we tried on the menu is excellent including the deserts. They sell their own pasta sauce and homemade pasta that you can take home and make yourself. The deserts are absolutely delicious. This is one of the best places in the N.E. for authentic Italian food. Romas has been operating for many years in Calgary and the quality of food shows. I highly recommend it.

Roma usually caters our monthly luncheons. During covid they offered meals for pickup. The prices are very reasonable and the serving are more than reasonable. We ordered 3 pastas and meatballs for 10 adults. There were leftovers!! The food was outstanding. Go here if you dont feel like cooking and want great Italian cooking.

The food was insanely good! The Sales Director (Danny Cecchetto) was our contact and he answered all of our questions and arranged for a tasting. We booked way in advance and our mouths watered till the day we got to taste the food again. The on site Manager (Frank) was fantastic with service and very fiendly and personable. Frank helped make sure everything was perfect and his staff were terrific as well! It is a real shame that I only got to eat 1 chocolate mousse dessert as I kept getting whisked away by our guests! (I will be inquiring about buying a bucket full when I'm in Calgary next!). We hired a bartender through Roma Catering as well and she (I'm sorry but I didn't catch her name) was fantastic and very sociable. She made sure nobody went thirsty!

After searching what felt like forever for a Caterer for our wedding we were recommended Roma Catering. I met with Danny and he was so nice and listened to everything I wanted and it all turned out so perfect! Our guests are still talking about how delicious the food was. Everything was so amazing! Even after all the appies, dinner and dessert they were still wanting more of their amazing Creme Brule. The staff was also so great! The man running the show (can't remember his name, too much champagne ) made sure everyone was happy and had everything they needed. He really went above and beyond for us! They made sure all the empty plates were cleared quickly and even helped move chairs in from the ceremony. I would highly recommend Roma Catering to anyone!

I ordered some food from Roma off their new menu omg so delicious I ordered the spinach and cheese stracchi and chicken parmigiana I can’t wait till try the chicken cutlets and mushroom sauce, the pasta al forno and the homemade sauces I got. Roma recently revamped into Romano's Rustic Italian, and I have to say I'm very unimpressed. The prices are literally insane. $16 for an approx. 6" panini (sub), with minimal fillings, that was lackluster in flavour. $4 extra if you want fries or a salad. $2.50 for a CAN of pop. This was one of my favourite spots, but with prices like that, it's highly unlikely that I will be back. The renovations do look beautiful, but that doesn't justify the insane pricing. The menu has also gone downhill. Offerings are quite limited. You've lost my business.

I attened an event that this company catered. The event had a candy bar with containers to fill up and take home as party favors that were all suppyed by the hosts. At 11 PM the staff were clearing plates and also took any candy container party favors into the back. I inquired to one of the staff that someone had taken my party favor and she said they had thrown it out. I asked why as it was full of candy for me to take home and she said they throw away anything that is out when cleaning up. I asked if they would be throwing a way guests suit jakets on chairs and she replied that if it's left at the end of the night that they would. The staff member then went into the back and came out with a radom half full party favor and gave it to me witch was confusing as if they had thrower them away why would they have a half full container.

We were having a working lunch, ordered a pizza requesting pick up at 11:30, received a call back from Roma Catering that they would need a bit more time and pizza would be ready by 11:45.That was all good. We then got involved in our meeting and were late going to pick up pizza. When we arrived to pick up the ordered pizza, Roma staff stated pizza had sat too long. They were making a new one, which they did at no charge to us! More than one employee offered apologies that the new pizza was not ready and would be a few minutes. They also offered free beverage while we waited. Pizza was excellent! Definitely recommend Roma Catering! Plan on using Roma Catering for Christmas luncheon and in the future. Customer Service Above and Beyond! Way to Go Roma Catering!!

Firstly we use Roma every year for our Christmas Cocktail Party and I'm not sure how it's possible but EACH year they get even better!
