We found Rob online a few months before our wedding (30 guests) planned for September 2020. After three good taste tests with local Edmonton caterers, we showed up at Rob's a little weary of the search. To both our surprise, he absolutely blew us away with his taste test, for me a steak and for my wife a vegan dish. After three bites we each knew we had found our man. He communicated very well throughout the process leading up to the wedding and preparing a menu. On the day of, he showed up and set up his tent and cooking station in a very out-of-the-way area, discrete. He and the servers he arranged for were perfect, the food was great and everyone loved it. When we got the bill, we almost called him back to confirm he had charged us enough - he provided way more value than what he charged. In addition, Rob was very careful to comply with all the Covid safety regulations and requirements. We would highly recommend Rob to anyone needing a caterer.
