Attended here late one evening and the girl didn’t ask if i wanted veggies on the grill. She proceeded to place as little guacamole as possible and somehow made a large pita a small pita. Not impressed as a regular customer.

I have been going to this Pita Pit since it has opened. I found a few months ago the lettuce was super wilted and very unappetizing. I stopped going for awhile. Then, this week I went back. Same issue. I had to make the poor staff member pick out the rotten and wilted lettuce for my salad. Get a new supplier for lettuce or cut it and wash it in house. You have wonderful staff here and customers should not have to ask them to pick out the rotten and wilted lettuce because of cost saving measures. I pay $10 plus for a salad, I want to have fresh, crisp lettuce.

Ordered a pita through uber and they completely screwed it up. Ifirst theygave me two pitas (both wrong) one was made with burnt meat and no sauce and the other was made with all the wrong veggies. Lucky im not allergic to any of thouse or i could be dead. Honestly im super dissipointed. (I appricate the willingness of the owner to right this issue) thank you

This location is just not set up for success to handle the demand for in-store orders and all the delivery apps. The lineup is always wild, and it takes a while for them to even take an order at the counter. The staff is clearly spread so thin, that they're clearly stressed and they aren't always nice ... When busy, they kind of just throw the wrap together. Great food, but this location has become wild in the last 6 months.

We made an order with door dash and the delivery was fine. The cost vs what we received was pretty poor. We used to go to Pita Pit and received good value for the money but sadly it looks like it has changed. I would not recommend.

This place takes zero pride in the food they make and they NEVER follow order instructions... I got a salad through uber eats today and specifically put DRESSING ON SIDE, because i know the person here puts way too much dressing and i wanted to control my portion. Yet AGAIN i get a salad soaked in a disgusting amount of dressing NOT on the side as requested. This place is a joke. Order form the one on Bayfield or downtown before you ever order from this place.

I really enjoy coming here. Good alternative to the sub shops and other fast food. Portions are very filling and you do get value for your money. It will take a while to try everything on the menu. There is something for everyone here.

This location is really inconsistent. The last few times I've been in they were out of most of the things I wanted to order. Anytime they have more than a couple customers it's a really long wait. In the end the food is good, but I had almost a 30 minute wait for it.

Ordered a garden pita and they had no lettuce . when I ask for some hummus, you guessed it they had none. There was 4 employees and very little food in the serving area. I've been here before many times and the service just keeps getting worse. First time I every asked for my money back . you just lost a good customer!

Staff are friendly, and are very good at making pitas (other locations- Bayfield St- are lacking in this department). They give you a lot of toppings. The location is convenient and clean, well-kept. A nice view outside of the Christmas decorations and square.

When I’m away from home Pita Pit is the healthiest and most delicious choice for fully loaded salads! Having an option for hot skillet toppings also adds great flavour. The combination of hot and cold toppings makes eating a salad feel like a main entree.!!

This was the first Pita Pit I have ever checked out. I was pleasantly surprised. Skeptical but curious, the pita was bigger than I expected and was very taste. Not knowing what I should have the staff was very happy to help me choose. You can eat in or take out.

Nothing is better then making your own Pita. It’s towns most healthy fast food chain. The Pita Condiments are fresh and prepped everyday. And nothing is better then adding a frozen yogurt next to your dinner! They offer Yogen Fruz with multiple flavours.

Got chicken shawarma ordered a large one since was quite hungry. The portion of chicken received was way to small you could not see it or even test it. I had wraps other places including pita pits and never was so disappointed maybe its just this location, So unless you are looking for a vegetarian meal for a price of meat one I don't recommend to go to this location.

I would just like to say thank you to the young people working at this location tonight (April 30 2021). When I walked in there was some loser without a mask, recording them, threatening them with a lawyer and being obnoxious. They handled it VERY well, and politely asked him to leave and then served me with a smile and a great attitude. These young people shouldn't be getting treated like this and they did great. 5 star review just for that, and our pitas were very tasty too :) Thank you

I had by far the best pita experience here. My friend and I both ordered veggie pitas, and the guy serving us did a fantastic job of loading up the veggies! It’s a huge turn off to have people limit you when you are trying to order your food. Places that are cheap generally drive off customers. I will be returning for sure.

Im not a huge fan of subs or pitas but my friend wanted to eat here so we did. I had the chicken ceasar pita and it was really good. I would recommend checking it out. Staff were friendly and professional. The place was very clean and there was plenty of room to sit and enjoy. I would go back.

If you uneatable pitas Pita Pit in the Park Place is the pita place for you. First time in and last time as I could not eat any of the wrap. Due to the fact they were understaffed they didn't have enough wraps so they had to rush my pita through some steamer thing so when I got home the paper was completely stuck to the wrap. Could not eat any of the wrap because the paper was absorbed into the pita. Wish I could share the video. Check out the picture!!!! Staff tried their best but that doesn't mean I should pay 11.79 plus tax for unsafe food! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!

Ordered from skip the dishes tonight. Was the worst food I ever had. I ordered the small brisket bowl..it had literally 2 pieces of meat in it, I asked for no mushrooms and it was full of them and the rice wasn't even cooked properly. My daughter got the bruschetta bowl and the same thing. Rice wasn't cooked. Disgusting food EVER!! Will never order again.
