So delicious, me & my hubby stopped in @ the flea market & found this little gem. I ordered the mushroom swiss bannock burger, which was awesome. As for my husband he ordered the bison bannock burger w/ fries, which he enjoyed. We definitely will be returning. ????????

Season Greetings

Tried their food at Froglake powwow, ordered Indian Taco and fries with gravy. The taco only had fried bannock, lettuce and sour cream, no tomato, no onion and no salsa for $10?! And the oil was dripping from the hamburger, so gross ????. The fries were dry as if they were left out for a while. I just threw the food out.

I was so happy that I can finally have a "bannock-burger". Unfortunately the bannock burger was sloppily made; dehydrated bannock(not freshly made), unwashed lettuce(not clean and crisp lettuce was wilted,oily substance on leaf)dehydrated burger(not juicy or flavoured), mushy tomatoe. The french fries were delicious but I was given seven slices along with some good tasting gravy. I will try to go once again hoping to get my monies worth and I would like to support my native sisters & brothers. *Consructive criticism for a better bannock burger!

Just bought food at there stand in frog lake pow wow. They had small portions, Poutine didnt have enough cheese. Their food is over priced & over hyped. I would like to give them a second chance, My review may change.

Really tasty bannock.. and at a folk fest last year I had a bannock burger. Hit the spot

Had a buffalo burger and it came out completely tasteless like they had boiled the meat and not added a single pinch of seasoning. Bannock was not good either and tasted like it was cooked in a deep fried that hadn't been emptied or cleaned in a long time. Disappointing.

So myself and gf go there over the weekend our burgers were burnt even the cheese and made wrong and to top that off they were out of everything but. The burgers. So sad waste of time and money

I treated myself to a bannock burger at the pow wow in peace river yesterday and it puts the wow in pow wow. The bacon and burger was cooked so good and the bannock as a bun was delicious. Definitely getting another next year:)

I finally found my ancestors food Truck!! The family run truck was everything I would expect this food truck to be. From Bannock to pemmican bites. Very well thought out and delicious. This is a little peice of Native heaven on wheels. Check it out Bannock for life!!
