What a strange place to have a Mr. Sub! Like so random in the back of a highway truckstop in the middle of no where. The location is clean and the food seems fresh. They aren't very fast when a flood comes at lunch in the summer - of people coming in from Garner Lake, but the business is still relatively new and I am sure they will get there. If you avoid that lunch rush - it is great!

I'll just start by saying "best subs on the island", they literally put those other famous sub places to shame! .....at least when you see a commercial or a poster of their subs with meat showing in them it's what you can expect, staff is friendly & polite and always take their time making it just the way you like it. Prices are fair and when they have a sale it's excellent. ~highly recommended~

This Mr Sub location is deplorable and absolutely unacceptable. Extremely dirty and no responsibility taken for personal hygiene and they had they audacity to over charge me on my sub twice! When I got to the counter to pay I was given a price, then all of a sudden the price changed and they said it was "new price". What? The complete lack of disrespect towards your customers (overcharging, speaking different languages all while assuming we don't understand what you are saying, providing a sub par quality product) will guarantee you will be out of business quickly. I hope you read this review and visit ANY OTHER LOCATION.

The subway was in Chatham very very dirty in fact the employee put my sub in someone else's food that was on the counter to make my sub I question that and then she put wax paper on the counter and still didn't clean it off while she was making my sub I'm a very clean person and was very disappointed and seeing this and almost walked out. All the staff had very long hair. And I'm sure their hair eventually gets into people's food I would never go back there again.

We live very close to this location so we eat here frequently. Not one time has an employee been anything but beyond pleasant. The management should commend the employees for their exemplary service. A young lady with blonde hair specifically went above and beyond to make getting a meal here a great experience (she was working in the evening on April 28th if management wants to know). Food is always great as well. Not a complaint.

Drove from Windsor to enjoy Mr. Sub, was very disappointed that when I arrived at 910pm it was closed considering the hours are listed until 11pm.. out the gas money and left hungry, was not at all impressed! Will not be back in the near future!

I went back again and they made me another awesome, jam packed sub, like it was LOADED with toppings. Now that's how u do it! Ordered an assorted sub. It was jam packed with anything I wanted and I really enjoyed it. Very fast and very friendly. I would recommend the location and food. I've never been there before and I drove out of my way past the other closer sub restaurant and it was worth it and this is why... I was in line at the subway restaurant and another customer who works in Life Labs walks in and kept getting way too close for comfort to me and I had to ask her to stand back more and I decided I would never go back to this location because it has a Life Labs next door to it.???? Like stand back, and respect social distancing especially if u work at Life Labs. That subway restaurant is not the best location to go to during a pandemic and it grossed me out.

I agree with the last guy about the reviews being fake. This location just overcharged me and refused to give a refund. Being a student i tried to get the spc deal and was told A) the deal only applies if you get a bottle B) otherwise you get a dollar off C) no deal if you get a 6inch Completely out of line from what the deal is in the spc app. Ok so I got the foot long to save a dollar and I asked for the receipt. First the girl working did not want to give it to me but after being persistent she did. I noticed she overcharged me. My combo was for 2 cookies + a drink for $2.59. She charged me $1.59 for the can, $1.49 for the cookies. THEN gave me a dollar off for a total savings of 50 cents. I asked for my 50 cents back and the store refused. Cookies were stale, sub was bare. I will not go back. Sad part is they know they’re ripping you off.. when I confronted them they started talking in Punjabi not realizing that I understood every word. They were explaining what was done, what I was complaining about and how to try to make a fool out of me What is really sad is I boycotted this place due to staff not following hygenic practices (tying back hair/having a net for beards etc) after finding hair in my sub. Though I did not have hair in my sub this time, this experience and the absolute lack of the restaurant caring about their intentional mistake has turned me off the mr Sub brand as a whole. Priceless line from the staff: “Vat? You are wanting both combo discount and dollar off sub?!?!” Yes... this is how its supposed to be. Then I show the promotion details and they go quiet. 2 minutes later they try convincing me how the additional charge is tax and how The charges are valid. You guys can decide. I’ll post my receipt Sad to say but is subway the only honest sub left in town? At participating locations... if you want to participate then participate, don’t bs your customers. If not, take down all the spc ads and be straight up.

Ordered lunch today, to try new "meatless" meat balls. The meatballs are excellent, but the sandwich had only a sprinkle of the shredded cheeze I wanted and there was only a dribbling of sauce. A meatball sub with no sauce?? I think they shook the spoon and a few drops landed on my sandwich.

When compared with other alternatives such as Quiznos or Subway - Mr.Sub is miles ahead on quality and price. The fare is a little bit simpler than the afformentioned chains but it delivers in quality and taste at a low price.
