My husband and I had LA Chefs cater our wedding dinner on August 15th, and we couldn't have asked for a better meal and service! Right from the beginning, back in January 2020, Carrie Ann and her team at LA Chefs always went above and beyond the call of duty to help us. Carrie Ann was always very responsive, very helpful and very detail driven like myself, so I didn't have to worry about a thing! With COVID coming into all our lives, so much was uncertain for so long. We held on day by day to see if restrictions would lift enough to go through with our nuptials this year. Carrie Ann and her team stayed in constant contact with us, letting us know of what's happening the moment they found out themselves. Thankfully, we were good to go! Once the day came, the food, OH MY GOD the food! We got a spread of AAA Sirloin Roast, Chicken Corde on bleu, Loaded Mashed Potatoes, and a few different servings of veggies. It was all so incredibly tasty!! The potatoes were to die for, and the Broccoli and Cauliflower Mornay was mouth watering! The chicken was so moist, I had to keep checking to see if it was cooked through! ???? I have never had chicken so moist in my life! It was amazing. The hubby and myself have decided that if we ever need a catered event again, we will be going with LA again!

Was at the Coast Hotel for the New Years Eve Gala and wow! L.A. Chefs did an absolute fabulous job with display, preparation, and flavor it was all top notch. And if anyone else didn’t think so, they should host their own next year and try to do better (ha ha good luck)!!! ~ iDJMic : all yummy dishes posted to my Facebook.

Over the years we've had a mashed potato martini bar, oysters on a half shell, BLT's in teeny tiny waffle cones, sushi, crab cakes, chicken wings and delectable desserts. They're always reinventing the food that they present and we're always counting down, looking forward to what they're able to pull out of their chef's hat's that year.

La Chefs catered our wedding in September 2017 and it was excellent. We received so many compliments on the quality of the food. The Head Chef even went out his way to include turkey in our buffet to accommodate our requests. Turkey, yams, prime rib all was served with two different gravies... so good. People are still talking about the cheesecake!

Excellent food. Quick service. Friendly staff. However one young man certainly deserves an honorable mention and commendation. We had a brief medical emergency at an event that this group was catering. We did not know where the hospital was in lethbridge. A young man named Mack said he knew and would lead us there. He dropped everything to help a stranger. He was calm and cool and his actions helped to avert what could have turned into a dangerous situation. Well done Mack and thank you. You are much appreciated.

We had LA chefs cater our wedding for dinner and breakfast the next day. It was FANTASTIC! Not only was the food amazing and delicious, but the service and communication was extremely well done. I would recommend them over and over again. Their servers were also so friendly and helpful. ALSO we had a guest with severe allergies and LA chefs had no hesitation to accommodate her. Thank you again! ♥️

We had our grad ceremony for Bella Elite there last night and while the food was great, I was less than impressed with the service we received. I had accidentally given away my steak knife with my salad plate and because it was a plated dinner I guess they thought my step dad, fiancé and I had already eaten which is fair enough, so my step dad went to ask them for our supper meal and the lady came over and counted our cutlery and brought two plates for my step dad and fiancé but not me. When I asked her for mine she started to accuse me of having already eaten, I politely told her I hadn't and to get me my food and she was incredibly rude in doing so. It was MY grad meal that I paid $45 for and I expect to have excellent service, forgive me for giving my damn knife away, I didn't realize it meant I couldn't have my meal. I was considering LA chefs to cater my wedding but you can forget about it now. Not impressed one bit.

From the first conversation with Trisha to the last she was always helpful, quick to respond and willing to provide what was requested and always with a can do; cheerful; willing attitude - thank you Trisha! The decorations - everyone loved the head table brooch back drop. It was so nicely done; the centerpieces where lovely - exactly what we had wanted. The mirror with the seating chart - well we had to buy it need I say more :) LA Caterers: during the dinner Kristine our ES was very attentive to our needs and always with a smile. The breakfast crew where equally accommodating. The guests loved the idea of breakfast as 90% of our guests where from out of town. It gave everyone time to visit in a very relaxed atmosphere (a few did show up in pj's :)) The food was amazing for both meals!! The caterers provided us with a box for the cake and plastic + boxes + electrical tape so we could wrap the mirror. Everyone we dealt with was willing to provide the assistance we requested. We would highly recommend the Coast and LA Chefs! Thank you for making our daughters wedding a beautiful day! Val L.

I am honestly so grateful that everyone working our wedding was so nice and seemed to not be stressed out working around the Covid guidelines, I can not say enough good things! Also the food, wow. I especially enjoy your BBQ's - but then, what can I say - the event style doesn't matter. They are all outstanding. We had LA Chefs come out and cater our annual staff BBQ. They did an amazing job of getting everything ready, making everything look nice, cleaning up, and especially of cooking the food. Their food is amazing - you won't be disappointed if you ask them to cater. We set up a nice tent/shelter and they set up their tables under there. Not only did they provide the plates, cups and utensils, but they cleared everything away once people were done. The people catering at our BBQ were very nice. While talking on the phone and figuring out the details, the person who planned everything was super helpful and a pleasure to work with. They did a wonderful job and I know we'll have them cater for us again next year!

What a wonderful time had by all of the Rogers Sugar employees on Saturday, March 17! The first thing that everyone noticed was the decorating. The room was a fairy tale. Loved it!! Thank you David. The first two people I met were Jason and Michael (the bartenders). Great men and just so helpful!! We drank a lot but only because those guys were good with the shots! Lots of difference combinations. So fun! Christine was great! Well organized. The rest of the staff top notch! Candy bar went in under 45 minutes, well displayed. The food, OMG! Awesome! I can’t say enough about LA Chefs. Well done! A pleasure dealing with you Marie!!! Thank you thank you thank you!! We’ll see you next year 

At the Chinook High School Graduation banquet, the food was cold and it was placed on a cold plate. Guess what? The entire meal was cold! These folks need to invest in plate warmers and a way to keep a buffet hot. Very disappointing for the second year in a row.

Carrie Ann was amazing from the get-go. She stepped in when the original person we were working with moved on to another position, and bent over backwards to make our wedding incredible. She and Chef Dimitri made sure our guests who had dietary restrictions were well served, and even created a new crepe (Nalesniki) bar for our late lunch in honour of our Polish heritage. His dessert ones were the best we've ever had. All the staff made sure everything was professionally run, and even got our decorations and cake packed up so it took little time to take everything home the next day. We have had L.A. Chefs cater many of our corporate events and have always been very pleased with the service and professionalism that they have shown. From the planning stages through billing, we have always been extremely happy with the food and the attentiveness of the staff. There have been several occasions where we have needed a diverse menu because of multiple dietary restrictions, and L.A. Chefs has always been able to come up with delicious options that appeal to the diverse groups we have had on site. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer in Lethbridge and the surrounding area.

The best catered food I have had! They were amazing to work with for our wedding! They have a trial night where you can taste a variety of food options. There are so many options to choose from that can fit any wedding style. We went with a buffet and it was amazing! Many of our guests commented that this was the best food at a wedding they have had! 5 star rating for a 5 star catering company! We took in the NYE Gala festivities last night at the Coast Hotel, and can I just say that was one of the best meals I have had in a long time. Each of the courses got better and better, with the main course being cooked to perfection (beef tenderloin). I had not one complaint and would recommend this event to everyone looking for a great meal accompanied by one heck of a party! Great job LA Chefs team.

We chose L.A.Chefs to cater our Christmas party at the Coast Hotel last night for Coaldale Veterinary Clinic. The food was outstanding and they were very accommodating with different dietary concerns. The servers and bartenders were amazing! I had the great pleasure of attending the Small Business Christmas Party put on by L.A Chefs on December 15, 2016. The buffet and desserts were awesome. The music was put on by the Chevelles and it was super. I would recommend that everyone should attend this event. It is well worth your while. I know that I will be attending it again. This review is long overdue. My wife and I have attended many, many events catered by LA Chefs over a span of several years and I can honestly say that never, not even once have we ever been disappointed. The food is always exceptional and the service top notch. From inventive delicious salads to mouth watering prime rib, each dish is perfectly presented. I personally have a soft spot for desserts and always look forward to the tasty offerings put forward. I would highly recommend Marci and her team at LA Chefs for any catering needs you may have. You can purchase almost any type of advertising. Be it television, radio, internet ..... BUT the one type of advertising you cannot buy is "word of mouth" and that is the most valuable kind. You have to earn that. Read the reviews here, or just ask around town. The one name that keeps popping up as number one is LA Chefs.

LA Chef's caters our Grad Gala every year and we could not imagine doing it with anyone else. They are extremely professional and work very hard to make the event perfect for the 1200+ guests. The quality of food is next to none. It is always hot, fresh and delicious.

We chose The Norland/LA Chefs Catering for our wedding for two reasons: 1) The venue was Capital-G-Gorgeous, and 2) The accommodating nature of the staff. My now-husband and his family all have a laundry list of severe food allergies and LA Chefs was on the ball the entire time. We had Breakfast for Dinner and it was incredible. We both lament not going back for more pancakes to this day! We and our guests raved about the food, and nobody had an allergic reaction so A+ all around!
