Great little small town provider of non-typical foods. I have been to weddings where Tom brought the smoker, can't beat it. I have also used them for catering services. The potato salad is a big hit. Friendly, nice people. Quaint little dine in experience.Nothing better than a restaurant with an awesome smoker rig parked out front!

Working as a DJ with 1st in Entertainment DJ means I eat lots of catering. Kodiak BBQ has a really neat bbq rig. They just rolled up to the wedding with an instant smoke house! The owner is a pleasant fellow.

Stopped into a quaint place in Sundre seeking a bbq meal and this place delivered. The pork was more chunky than shredded but that kept the moisture. Since it is open just after COVID (1st wave) there wasn't any coleslaw but a handmade green salad was appreciated.

Great little place. Kind of in an outdoor strip mall of sorts. Burgers tastey with awesome bun. No mystery meat. Fries homecut. Friendly staff. Eat inside or out.

Got the Brisket on brioche bun and it was a decent BBQ meal. the only complaint i have is the way the meat was cut, when you cut along the grain the meat seems to chew easier. but over all decent place for a meal if you are driving through Sundre or if your a local looking for some good food.

This us a small town deli, catering restaurant with a breakfast and lunch menu. Don't expect fast service but the experience is relaxing. They also sell deli meat, cheeses, steaks, burgers, chicken and more. Nice place run by nice people who are involved in the ownership as well.

Went to Kodiak for breakfast for the first time. It did not disappoint! Coffee was excellent and so was the breakfast. The prices are excellent ($9.00 for a good breakfast plus $2.00 for coffee). We had the Cowboy breakfast with eggs, bacon or sausage, hash browns and toast. Their sausage is the round sausage patties and they were very tasty and the bacon is thick and tasty!! I highly recommend this place! We will be back!

Haven't eaten there for quite a while. The last time I had breakfast I was very disappointed. Breakfast was over cooked and under served. I had the exact same meal the day before it was so delicious I decided to treat myself the next day, too. This meal had almost tooth breakingly hard dried out hashbrowns, over cooked eggs and the fruit I had the day before was missing. When I mentioned this to the waitress her comment was " different cook ". To which I replied there was something to be said for consistency. I've never been back since. And yes I realize everyone has a bad day...but I can't afford to pay for other people's mistakes.
