We recently held an event at the Italia Room at the ICC. Amazing Venue! The manager and staff were friendly, attentive, and very helpful. We had a great time. We would highly recommend the Italian Cultural Society for anybody looking to host an event, conference, receptions, etc.

Difficult to find parking sometimes if there is a big event on. The building itself is very nicely laid out and its easy to find where you want to go.

I chauffeured a couple to an event here. The parking area is great, accommodated many vehicles. The loop for drop off & pick ups is very efficient. The couple I drove for were extremely happy with their event here.

Pretty good place to host a mid scale event with a large gathering. It has a built in little kitchen area in some rooms that would work well for a luncheon or business event.

Attended the SCI Northern Alberta Chapter banquet today. They have held their banquet here for many years and it has always been a success. This is in big part due in the quality of the facility, great service and outstanding food. Can't wait until next year.

My son Mario and his bride Elisha got married on July 29 and the reception was held here. It was absolutely wonderful. The staff were amazing, and most of all the manager Faustio. Very attentive to all our needs and extremely accommodating to our every detail. The food was delicious, a mix of Italian and Ukrainian, unusual but they pulled it off well! I was very proud of hosting at this facility, everyone was impressed with the atmosphere and elegance. Very critical Italian relatives from Vancouver, and they were impressed! Whew!! Been to a wedding here and the ERAS reptile expo. Nice venue, although the outside food and drink restrictions make zero sense for the expo... Every time I go the lobby is filled with people chugging their coffee before being allowed in. Even the poor vendors were stuck with a laughable selection of overpriced reheated fare from the concession... Sadly, the hall used for the expo is almost too small for the number of people attending current. The wedding I attended here was amazing! Excellent food, great atmosphere and awesome staff.

We had our Christmas party there and The management discriminated against me and they kicked me out and wanted me to get fired from my company for nothing I did wrong. I tried to explain what happened to my company but they didn't want to listen. At the end my company discovered that i didn't cause a problems and they apologized to me. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Attended an event here, they did an excellent job hosting all the booths, had a bouncy castle for kids, and brought in lots of characters for the kids to play with. The building is definitely aging, but still does the trick and looks good.

I was here for a volunteer conference. The place is a great size for hosting a couple hundred people comfortably. The bathrooms are clean and well kept. The snacks and deserts provided were delicious. The cold cuts and cheeses they provided for lunch were great. I did have and issue with the chicken and some other things, because they were very dry and bland. Otherwise, great place.

The space is beautiful, filled with classic architectural details, all the technology you could need for any occasion and the team will work with you on every detail you can think of. They know their space and when they're right, they're right!! I absolutely enjoyed my time planning and attending the event that we created together. Thank you! I can't wait for next year!

We attended a wedding on July 22,2017. This is a very nice place to hold a wedding, however, the food is another story. The price that is charged for a nice supper is not worth the price for what was served. I am sorry to say, this is an embarrassment to the family. The food was very unappetizing. The Buns were 3 to 4 days old. Your menu indicates fresh vegetables, we were served mushy frozen vegies. The potatoes were bland, parboiled days before the wedding. The beef and chicken were tasteless, probably cooked days before. The tables were being cleared while some people were still eating. I just want to let everyone that is interested in holding a function here, please do your homework and ask questions on how and when the food is prepared.

I have no idea how to rate this place. Its big, clean, has washrooms. Washrooms were tidy and stocked. The coffee at this function is truely nasty and high priced. Lots of people in attendance.

Have been to this location several times over the years for some great milestone functions the building is very well layed out and maintained, the food served has always been exceptional along the staff doing the preparing , serving and cleanup washrooms are always clean with ample free parking, great place to hold or attend functions one of our favorites in Edmonton
