We thoroughly enjoyed our meal that was prepared for us by Highwood catering for our wedding. Many people in our family also commented on how delicious the meal was! We were very pleased with the quality of service we received, and we didn't have to ask for anything, as everything was prepared and put out in an impeccable manner, and at just the right time. Chris, who was working that evening, was very attentive, polite and friendly. The staff were very attentive to our guests, and I would highly recommend their serviices. You definitely won't regret it!

We had our wedding this past Saturday August 21,2021. I cannot say enough about Highwood Catering. All of my guests said the food was awesome and Kristal is great with communication. We even had some last minute food additions a few days before the wedding and they accommodated no questions asked! The chef himself came out and asked how everything was going a few times through the night and the serving staff was all very kind. I would highly recommend them to any event. You will NOT be disappointed.

We recently held an event for an employee conference. We had to request items to be individually wrapped and presented. Highwood Catering did a fantastic job of providing excellent, high quality food and service and the presentation was great. We had requested 90 sandwiches to be individually wrapped, and they did not disappoint. All of the sandwiches were wrapped in professional colorful packaging and labelled. The service and hospitality provided was above and beyond, as they made everything on-site to ensure freshness and quality. We will definitely use them for a future event. Highwood Catering provided exceptional and outstanding service at our September 26, 2020 wedding at the Coutts Centre in Nanton, AB. Their dedication to our special day went above and beyond standard protocol, especially during the woes of COVID-19. Kristal provided incredible customer service throughout the entire process, especially when it came to serving our guests (some of which were vegan) amidst a pandemic. She continuously kept in contact in order to ensure our health & safety were a priority, and to ensure our guests were comfortable. Throughout the night, my Wife & I received many compliments in regards to the presentation, quality, and taste of the food. Furthermore, Chef Chris personally came around to each table, including the wedding party (Wife & I) included to ensure that the food was up to our expectations/standards; Highwood truly cares for their products! The appetizers, entree, sides (salads), and choice of starch provided for a wholesome and appetizing meal, and they were receptive & supportive in ensuring that our vegan guests (Bride included) were provided with the same level of care. I would recommend this company/service to friends & family, but especially for those couples who are looking for a truly wonderful catering experience. You will NOT be disappointed by their care, respect, food, and great service. Many thanks to Highwood Catering for your service! We will not forget the experience provided for us at our wedding!

Kristal was great to work with from the moment we contacted her. She was professional and responsive and provided us with quick quotes and easily changed them when I changed my mind! We unfortunately we unable to use them for our wedding (due to ever changing plans of COVID regulations), but they were completely understanding of the situation and I would recommend them to anyone needing catering in the Calgary area.

For the second year in a row, we have ordered the Christmas dinner to go. Not only does Chris provide PLENTY of food, but all the trimmings such as cranberry sauce, gravy and this year, there was a ham glace that several of my guests raved about (and asked for the recipe too). I received so many compliments about how delicious the food was, and we had plenty left over to feed us for about a week after, plus share with my daughter.

I hired Highwood Catering for my wedding on August 29 and I was very impressed with the food and how delicious it was! Unfortunately, guests were left without water at their tables (and when asked to supply guests with water, they placed jugs on the bar for people to grab on their own) which was discussed with the company prior to the wedding day. When I had mentioned that they did not provide the service discussed, they blamed it on Covid-19 AHS regulations. This is absolutely understandable, but we had paid for a coffee/tea service that was for all guests to access on their own without any sanitizing between uses, which does not follow AHS regulations. I felt that they should have poured water for guests to better follow the regulations. I was truly disappointed that my guests did not receive standard service and Highwood Catering did not rectify this situation or explain why they followed AHS regulations for one part of dinner service but not another, but rather they only wanted their money.

I found Highwood Catering online, so this was the first year we ordered Christmas Dinner. We were very pleased with all aspects of the meal. The food was delicious, plentiful and thoroughly enjoyed by all. We will definitely be ordering again.

Covid is a crazy time to be trying to do anything close to entertaining but Chris and his amazing team at Highwood Catering made Christmas 2020 a very special time for me and my family. We took a leap of faith and ordered his Catered Christmas Dinner. He is truly a gifted chef. The whole meal was far beyond expectations and everyone raved about how great the food was. He may have changed Holidays for us forever. The Turkey was moist and flavorful, the dressing was truly delicious and of course the potatoes were a huge hit ????. I used Highwood Catering for both my rehearsal dinner and wedding reception. Chris and Kristal were so incredible through the entire process! Kristal responded so quickly to my many emails and helped us develop the perfect menu for both events. She helped us make modifications to account for guest allergies and everything was clearly labelled. Chris was so much fun when he was on site for both the rehearsal dinner and wedding reception! He made everything easy for me which I greatly appreciate so we could just enjoy our day. Last but not least the food was fantastic! Our guests spent the whole night complimenting the meal. Our rehearsal was a BBQ and the wedding reception was a buffet dinner and Chris perfectly executed both! I would highly recommend Highwood Catering for your wedding, Christmas party, or other event.

We had our wedding catered at The Ranch House by Highwood. The food was amazing! Chris was fantastic and made sure he was always checking in with us regarding the quality of the food and service. Our guests are still talking about how great the salmon was. They provided so many options and were able to serve us with minimal waste. Chris and Kristal also made sure my gluten and dairy allergies were taken into account and provided many options that I could eat, including the late night snack. We recently hired Highwood Catering Inc. for a ticketed event. We could not guarantee final numbers until just prior - in fact, I had to increase the number on the morning of the event. Our venue had virtually no kitchen, no working area or assembly area. Nevertheless, Highwood Catering provided spectacular appetizers throughout the evening. I never saw a plate leave the buffet area that was not heaping! Thank you for working with a stressed organizer in very trying circumstances. You will be the first caterer I call for the next event!

I have to give a special shout out to Chris for the many compliments not only to myself as the Bride, but also to my many guests. He made it very memorable when he whipped up unexpected special plates for those few of my guests with allergies and special dietary needs. He went above and beyond without hesitation which was truly the most special part. Everything came out on time, and I'm fairly certain it got devoured very quickly as I barely got any! LOL.
