Holly with GTG Catering was exceptional to work with. She was very professional and prompt with her communication before our wedding. The food was amazing and we had many compliments from guests on how good it was. The bartenders were also very good. In all, all the staff with the GTG team was a breeze to work with and we would recommend their service to anyone looking for a caterer for an event.

My boyfriend and I just finished the Thanksgiving dinner from GTG catering, this is our second time ordering from them. Absolutely unreal. The salad was bright and delightful. Carrots and beans had a slight crunch and great flavour. The turkey is delicious and juicy. The stuffing is probably our favourite. I could have have triple of the stuffing and buns, not because we didn’t get enough, but we just couldn’t get enough! So yummy! Then, the dessert! Oof, drooling.

We finally got to have our wedding! We decided we wanted to use this caterer, even though we weren’t hosting it at the RancheHouse for our reception. We brought it home and shared it with our 20 closest family and friends! Everyone enjoyed it. I’ll even have to admit that I really really really enjoyed the salad dish! They were very accommodating throughout this whole entire pandemic! Felt right giving them a chance to cook us a meal instead of taking our money back. And we chose right! Unfortunately the photo below does not sure what is in the dish, but it does show you the type of containers it comes in. There’s so much food I physically couldn’t eat it all. And I’m a big boy! You’re getting bang for your dollar! Oh, and I’d like to mention that the staff was kind enough to get a hold of the facility maintenance person, After we were locked out of the building for our Ceremony/photos!

We had GTG cater our breakfast and bagged lunch for a school trip. They drove it all the way to Kananaskis and arrive on time still hot. GTG catering is amazing all the students enjoyed the hot breakfast wrap (that came with condiments individually portioned ) and the bagged lunch was a huge hit!!!! Our hungry teenagers couldn't finish the lunch that was provided even after a 20 km hike! I will be using them for future trips as they are extremely accommodating and delicious! Thanks again girls!!!!!!

Holly is just the best, so responsive, accommodating and professional. We hired GTG for our intimate 10 person wedding and could not be happier. It was an abundance of delicious food that added to our special day. I will definitely use GTG again and highly recommend!

Have had some absolutely wonderful meals from this company. We ordered some of their to-go meals over the course of covid and all were exceptional. Aside from the food the ordering process was super easy and the service was stellar. Will happily continue ordering in the future and look forward to having them cater for coming events as well. 10/10 do recommend!

Our experience with Gourmet to Go was amazing. We found them because they were one of three caterers our venue allowed, and we liked the menu. Holly was wonderful to work with and was available at any time before the wedding and answered my questions right away with professionalism, and she sent quotes for our selection choices quickly. Before the wedding, she was able to lend us cake stands for cupcakes (from an outside vendor) and even brought out several options to show me. She made suggestions for the bar set-up which I would not have thought of, and which worked really well for our cocktail hour. The food itself was extremely tasty and loved by my guests. We have had very positive feedback from guests. This is saying a lot since some of my guests have very refined tastes and went up for seconds! We had the prime rib and chicken buffet option, and the spinach salad and Yorkshire puddings were also notably enjoyed. The staff was wonderful as well, and there were no hiccups. Overall a wonderful and very memorable wedding experience. Thanks GTG!

Holly and her team were able to accommodate us at another venue on the last day of Covid restrictions. We had booked them through the Ranchehouse, but our reception was not able to be accommodated there. Her team was professional, provided us with tasty food, and they did a great job of clean-up. There was a plentiful amount of food per person, as well as a variety of sides! We were very happy with the communication and flexibility! Thank-you!

We had our wedding at the Cochrane Ranchehouse and had it catered by GTG. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Holly was super easy to work with from the start. She answered emails quickly, was accommodating, and made great suggestions when we needed it. We had the roast baron of beef and our guests loved it as well as the rest of the menu. We went with the poutine midnight lunch which was a hit. Guests were raving all night about the food.

We were searching for a restaurant that was making Easter dinners and just happened to come across GTG Catering. We missed the deadline for ordering, but they went out of their way to accommodate our order anyway. The food was absolutely incredible and delivered right to our door, exactly on time when they said it would be there. Ordering was very easy, and payment accepted e-transfers as well as credit cards. I have ordered several times from GTG, usually the special monthly dinners. They have always been very responsive and to-date every meal delivered on time as promised. The Father's Day dinner was fabulous. Marinated beef skewers, lobster, and vegetables all prepared and ready to be grilled on the BBQ. Finished off with a hot fudge sundae with McKay's ice cream. Yummy.

Gourment to Go provided the most amazing food for our wedding day. Our guests could not stop commenting on how amazing the food was and even the portion sizes were more than expected. I was a little disappointed by the lack of timely responses to my emails or what paperwork was needed to be completed ahead of our wedding day, but once my wedding day arrived the quality of the food and amazing service provided by the staff made up for it. We really enjoyed having an inexpensive plated meal for our wedding day.

Hired Gourmet to Go for a corporate work function downtown and everything went smoothly. Great staff and wonderful food. All of my guests raved about the variety and delicious food. The staff are awesome at working with you to manage all of your function requests and are also on top of food allergies so you don't have to worry. I work as an admin and have dealt with many caterers; Gourmet to Go is by far the best! Highly recommend. They are my new corporate go to caterer.

GTG catered my Step-Son's wedding. I can not talk enough about how amazing the food was. I am NOT a fan of buffets because of the lack of flavour and often find the food is over cooked as it is normally cooked and reheated. This is NOT the case with GTG. The food was flavourful, fresh, perfectly prepared. Can't say enough about this company, their food and their team!
