I still can't believe how good the food was for our wedding this summer! Garret and Sarah are amazing at what they do. They work with you to create a customized meal that is tuned to your tastes instead of putting a few basic menu options in front of you and asking you to pick what you like best. All at a way lower cost than I would have ever anticipated. The option of doing a family style meal was amazing so you didn't have to get up and stand at a buffet line. I cannot recommend these guys enough. We feel so lucky that we found them for our wedding. Super easy going, flexible, professional to work with, and the food can't be beat.

Garret designed an incredible international fusion menu for our wedding. The five-spice duck confit was delicious. All our guests loved it. His passion for food makes him a pleasure to work with. From the outset of planning an event, Garret is quick to respond, eager to help, and offers suggestions to fit dietary needs, budget, and style. There is never a doubt that the event will come together seamlessly, which carries through to the delivery and setup of the food at the event. We have had a variety of meals provided by FoodWorks, including buffet and appetizer style menus. The presentation of the food is stunning and always tastes delicious. They made sure myself and my fiancé felt relaxed throughout the evening and made sure we were able to actually enjoy it...truly outstanding hospitality. Outstanding service, quality, flexibility and execution. Highly recommend! A friend of ours used them for their wedding (prior to ours) and I was so impressed I arranged to have them for my wedding. Details: We planned a backyard wedding, and used Food Works to prepare and serve food, bartend and help with clean up. They used the kitchen at the house to prepare food and it was a raging success. Food was hors d'oeuvres and canapes style, no sit down dinner. For reference, we ordered ~10 canapes per guest (60 guests) and it was enough, but we had no leftovers. Catering staff served the food on platters for guests. Any dishes that came with plates were cleaned up immediately. Food was excellent. Every dish was immaculate from taste to presentation. Bartenders (2 of them) easily handled 60 guests. Catering staff were flexible and independent. Required very little coordination and direction. Staff came in during the ceremony and no one even knew they arrived. Food was served on schedule. Staff were super friendly, efficient and flexible. We asked a couple of them to stay an extra hour just to help with additional cleanup (outside of their original scope/quote) and they were happy to accommodate with no additional fees (just flat labour rate). Planning the big day with Garret was enjoyable and very easy. We made last minute adjustments that the team were able to accommodate with no issues. Kitchen was left cleaner than when staff arrived. It made next day cleanup so much easier. All rental glasses/dishware (3rd party) was taken care off and organized by Food Works. Prices were very reasonable and 100% will use again. I hope this review was useful and will encourage you to use Food Works.
