Alison and Kelly are friendly, charming, efficient and professional. I'm absolutely delighted whenever I hear they are catering an event for us. Partially because they are delightful to work with, but also because of the amazing food! I never turn down the chance to have seconds. Their meals are delicious and beautiful, and eating them makes me feel entirely well-cared for. Also; I would jump through a literal ring of fire for their lemon tarts.

I had trouble placing an order for a Mother's Day gift for my daughter. I was contacted directly about my order not being complete and they were able to determine what the problem was, fix it and I got my order placed in time. My daughter LOVED! the gifts and was so impressed that everything was locally sourced; loves the Gardener's hand cream and lavender tea. Alison & Festival City Catering are absolutely amazing. The desserts are really tasty, and they sure satisfied my sweet tooth. HUGE rave for Festival City Catering & Gifts. They had such a great selection of unique gifts that I had a hard time deciding on one. I ordered the Good Morning Sunshine basket for a friend of mine in Northern Alberta. She absolutely loved it!! She is a nurse and took the cereal for her breakfast that very day. She was raving about how pretty it was all set up, and couldn't thank me enough. I actually had to show her the price on the website as she wouldn't believe me on how reasonable it was - she was shocked when she checked the website, and was also so appreciative that you specially made a non-alcoholic version!! I also ordered the Charcuterie box and a bottle of wine for a dear friend's 60th, as Covid prevented me from travelling to see her. My buddy didn't make it easy as she was out enjoying her day as she should be. Kelly assured me they would get it to her and Alison persisted, keeping me in the loop until it was successfully delivered.
