We hired Evolution Catering & Events for our wedding in August 2021 and they were absolutely amazing! Paul is one of the most caring and kindhearted souls you’ll meet. He’s down to earth and super easy to talk to – you can tell he’s super passionate about food and you can definitely taste the love in his food. The Evolution Catering & Events staff were all sweethearts; happy and professional. Melinda has such a kind heart as well. She was so friendly and easy going. The food: ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! We had a buffet and the way everything was displayed on the tables was so beautiful. Paul and his team were able to deliver on all the small details needed for wedding catering. Not 1, not 2 but every guest we spoke to raved about how delicious the food was. One of our other vendors even said it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding, and that they’ve been to a lot. If you need a caterer for your wedding and/or any function – Evolution Catering & Events will not disappoint! Evolution Catering & Events provided my husband and I with a phenomenal wedding catering experience; providing our appetizers, dinner, dessert, and midnight lunch. I very highly recommend this business for their diligent communication, keen organization, kind and skilled service team, quality and variety of menu items, professionalism, and value of overall services provided. Leading up to and on the day of our wedding, we experienced responsive and helpful customer service. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner, often including event specific considerations and forethought. At our wedding, the service staff were friendly, punctual, efficient, hard working, and professional. Their attention to detail was commendable. They were in frequent contact with our MC, bartenders, and Day of Coordinator, ensuring each aspect of their service ran perfectly. The quality of food was outstanding! Many of our guests told us it was the best wedding dinner they've ever had! Evolution Catering & Events have so many delicious, unique menu items to choose from, and we loved every selection we made. All meal items were prepared on site, ensuring every dish was as fresh and carefully curated as possible. Dessert was prepared in a real-time, made to order fashion, which provided a neat element of entertainment during the evening. Without hesitation, we recommend this business wholeheartedly to anyone looking for the utmost of catering services and experiences in the industry.

Booked Evolution Catering for my wedding August 2021 -- we went with prime rib and stuffed chicken buffet. My favorite was the creme brulee (literally every guest cleared their portion!). Paul was incredibly professional and timely at responding to emails. We really appreciated his effort to comply with our preferences -- for example, when we felt the chicken was too dry during tasting, they immediately offered doing a cream sauce instead to fix it. Another stand-out act of professionalism was when Paul's staff kindly and compassionately masked at my request during the event, even when there was no mandate (there really should have been.........lookin at u kenney). Unfortunately, this request was not met with the same understanding from all of my vendors. In hindsight, I am truly moved by each and every Evolution staff member who understood my worry and desire to keep everyone as safe as possible. Some let downs -- first, we were told there would be plastic dividers and masked servers for the buffet, which did not happen. They assumed we knew this would not occur once things opened in July; we assumed it would. We found out the day before our wedding and it was very stressful. Secondly, we were told catering would provide disposable plates and cutlery for cake, but because our cake cutting was saved until the end of the night, they left after dinner without leaving supplies and we didn't know to request it. This was very disappointing because we obviously wanted to cut the cake we asked about, and we did not bring our own supplies since they said they would supply. I'm so sorry to my guests, and regretful we could not fully enjoy my $350 cake.
