Chef Alex and his team prepared the food for our wedding and we are still reminiscing about how amazing the meal was and will be for quite some time! We had a selection of fresh salads with various dressings and salmon and chicken cooked on BBQ's to absolute supreme perfection. Both were tender, mouth watering and we have been receiving glowing comments from our guests ever since.

Chef Alexander prepared an incredible meal for 6 people in our home. Charcuterie board plus 4 courses with wine pairings. Our favorite dishes were the smoked mushroom soup and the braised short rib was the best I’ve ever had. Great communication through the booking process, amazing food, our server Monica was fast and friendly. Everything was awesome. Will book with Elite Catering and Alex again soon.

This company quite literally saved our wedding night! We had our original caterer drop out 2 and a half weeks before the day and we needed a new caterer fast! Elite catering took on our wedding and completely blew away our expectations. They were early to start setting up, they provided complementary palette cleansers between courses, and they brought complementary table settings which were amazing! All I told them was what we wanted to eat and where it was being held, I forgot to let them know they had access to a kitchen, and I didn't tell them what kind of table setting we wanted. They accommodated everything and went above and beyond! Plus the food and dinner service was amazing! Highly recommended!

Please do yourself a favour and find an alternative caterer! Let me tell you why... After being very difficult to contact throughout planning, making errors with our setup, charging me for more staff than what was present, being 45 minutes late, not following our planned menu,and worst of all running out of food (many plates) for our July wedding; I have yet to receive ANY compensation for the services we paid for and didn’t receive. We have given ample time to address this and even went so far as to file a better business bureau complaint... all with no response. We are now going to be taking this one to court as soon as we are able, not any couples idea of a dream wedding outcome. Avoid this disappointment. Ruined our big day after years of planning. Trust me.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible experience and terrible caterer with a whole lot of empty promises, lack of follow through and also you won't get the amount of food you paid for so expect about a 1/3 of your guests not to eat. Save yourself the disaster on your special day and don't hire them to do your catering.

Alexander overpromises and under delivers. I paid for a tasting and none of the feedback was taken into account. He arrived late and no attention to detail. Was rude to my guests. he seemed off too. Food was bland and had no flavour. Vegan meal had only cauliflower no other veggies. The baked alaska was a flop. Looked like a 3 year old made it. Nothing tasted great or fresh. The salmon was overly spicy with no salt. He obviously doesn't taste his food before serving. Nothing tasted great. Paid $150 per plate. Do yourself a favour and order take out from the Keg, 19 or anywhere else.

In December 2021 I pre purchased 2 weeks of meals made by Alex for my family of 3. Due to unforeseen circumstances on my end I had to cancel the meals and asked Alex for a refund. He never provided the refund (even after verbally confirming he would) and he has decided to stop all contact with me. He has essentially stolen $680 from me and I would recommend no one pre pay for his services.

Chef David from Elite Catering and Personal Chef Services came to cook an anniversary dinner for our family as a surprise present to my parents. The food was delicious, and the chef was kind and professional. I couldn't believe how clean the kitchen was afterwards! I thought I would have to tidy up! Arranging the dinner with Alex was easy and he was very approachable and kept in touch frequently! The menu offered many great choices and they were able to accommodate dietary restrictions. For my mom’s 70th birthday we had originally planned to go on vacation or host a large party at a restaurant. With 2020 and COVID coming along we opted for a private intimate dinner with Elite Catering and our mom said it was an unforgettable experience. We did a 5 course meal (smoked wild mushroom soup, winter eclipse salad, drunken prawns, braised short rib, and creme brûlée) and every single dish was delicious. I’m from a family that LOVES food and loves to eat and everyone was satisfied with zero complaints. Alexander himself was incredibly professional and the dinner ran at just the right pace. Thanks for the amazing experience.

I ordered 9 meals from this business I never received them. The business apologized and said they would refund me. They never refunded me. Had to get PayPal and my credit card company involved. They can't get him to pay back either. The food sounded good. But don't really like being robbed. He keeps saying he will or has refunded me. However, my credit card company and paypal confirms there has been no refund initiated. Other reviews say he ghosted them also. Shady business (Elite Catering & Personal Chef Services is the name listed on my Paypal and Credit Card deduction....they also advertise as YEG meals, and wooblyevents)

By far the best experience of having a personal chef come to our home and cook us a fantastic meal! Alex was a great chef who was even willing to provide his tips and tricks in the kitchen. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend anyone to try it out for the first time, they would not be disappointed.
