This venue is absolutely amazing no matter what event you are looking to host. One could not ask for better staff to deal with and the catering is top notch. The manager is so helpful and really willing to go the extra mile to ensure that no matter what type of event you are planning for the venue that it will go off without any problems. Make sure you keep them in mind and at the very least take a tour of the facilities for yourself!

We had our wedding here this summer, and it was incredible. The staff and food were awesome. The recent renovation to the main hall is what sold us. Kayla, who helped us with the food/decorations/day of/coordinating was an absolute delight to work with, and I cannot thank her and the Croatian Centre enough.

This place is awesome. Wonderful manager, Kayla, is really helpful. We did have a glitch when the projector we had booked couldn't be found but we were able to call her and get help. Great rooms-different styles available. This is the Red Room which is great for small to medium sized groups.

We were planning a wedding that we had to keep postponing and eventually had to cancel, due to events surrounding the pandemic. Although we won't get to have the wedding of our dreams any time soon, I would 100% consider re-booking when it is safe to do so. I would also recommend this venue to anyone else looking at wedding venues. The manager Kayla was such a pleasure to work alongside. She always responded to our requests in a very timely manner and was just so helpful and understanding throughout the whole process. They also have a beautiful ballroom with chandeliers!

Having my wedding here in September and can't wait. The whole hall has been recently renovated and looks fantastic. The staff here are amazingly patient and helpful with the whole experience. Photos on the website don't do this hall justice for how great it is inside.

Nice space for party of about 200 people. Food was not sufficient tho with no refills. Its not good when the last few tables called to the buffet had to pick from bottom of the salad bowls. Bar and clean up staff were good and quick. Coat check available. Bathroom conveniently located and clean.

I attended a wedding here and while the venue itself was nice, great staff etc, it's far away from everything and about a half-dozen planes flew over the ceremony

Highly recommended for medium to large size parties! The staff at the Calgary Croatian Centre are great to work with and friendly. Kayla, our event planner was very good at her job and made sure all of our worries and questions were answered and taken care of. The hall is beautiful and well maintained and offer many options for rooms (sizes) and catering. Check it out!

We have attended many family bookings throughout the center. Multiple rooms and sizes for rental use. The centre is always clean and decorated seasonally. Easy access from Deerfoot Trail. Would recommend the rental services to anyone planning a birthday party, wedding reception, baptism or any other event that is too large for your home. Easy to decorate yourself, staff as it with table and chair layouts. Would absolutely recommend over a community hall alternative.

They have recently renovated their large banquet hall and it is simply exquisite, very modern and the ideal place for a wedding, or any other type of event. We hadn't even thought of using a cultural centre as a venue, but we are so glad we found this place!! We had a wonderful time, the food was amazing and the staff were very accommodating.

I've had the opportunity to DJ for two seperate weddings at this venue in the past year. For those of you who are looking to book your wedding or function here, I would highly recommend it. The main event hall has a very open dance floor with an elevated stage space big enough for a full band, or just a DJ. Your guests will enjoy dancing for hours on end due to the easy access to the dancefloor from the bar counter and seating areas (provided you hire the right DJ or Band ????). We sat down and discussed menu options, decorations, and what spaces we’d like to use and Kayla was available for questions or updates through the whole process. 100% would recommend to anyone and everyone!

This is a great place to have any kind of party, especially weddings. The food here is amazing, I would highly recommend it. They allow so much time for set up and are very flexible with working around your schedule. Very affordable prices and awesome food! Would definitely recommend.

This is an incredible venue for weddings. Beautiful halls, nice size, and the catering staff were extremely good; also the food they provided was excellent. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone planning a wedding, anniversary party, or really any event. It's pretty easy to find as well. The in house sound system is insufficient for dances, but that's the case in every venue I've been in, and it should be good enough for everything else. The staff take care of all the clean up, which is also a huge plus.

We were at the Center for a beautiful wedding a while ago in the Blue and White Room . I believe they have 3 different size rooms for events and that night there were three weddings - a full house. The service was great, good buffet and the bride and groom had found a fantastic DJ from Hi-Tech Productions!! I would highly recommend the Croatian Canadian Cultural Center. They will decorate etc. - do it all I was told - the desserts were even included in the buffet! There is a gazebo in the lovely yard for the wedding party to take photos. A great wedding!!

Good facility for a function but do not hold any part of your event outside due to being right in line with the airport runways. It gets loud every couple of mins with plane takeoffs. Inside is great.
