Hands down the best Caterer in Fort Sask. We've ordered numerous times for various events, and the food & service is always top notch! You'll never go hungry at an Apulia catered event. :)

I would not recommend signing a contract with Apulia Catering. Due to the COVID restrictions, our wedding reception in January 2021 was prohibited. Apulia refused to give us our 2000.00 deposit back and when we tried to negotiate the deposit to go towards a modified event she was not accommodating whatsoever. We’ve talked to several other couples who have had the exact same experience - stay away from this company at all costs.

Absolutely horrific service. Ripped off my family their 2000$ deposit for a wedding because of COVID which was completely out of everyone's control. It wasn't even my family who cancelled, it was the Alberta government lockdown that resulted in the cancellation of the wedding. She still refused to refund. The fact she is publicly robbing so many people as by these multiple reviews shown here on Google, avoid booking at the Dow centre at all costs, since her and the Dow centre is an unfortunate package deal. Hopefully Dow centre reconsiders who they are doing business with. This shows what kind of a person Maria is, doesn't have an ounce of compassion, and only wants your money.

Great quality and value! We booked a fairly last minute staff turkey dinner, and Apulia very happily helped us out! The meals were delicious, and at a very fair price. And wow- what an amount of food! They were all individually packaged, so everything felt quite safe. Delivery was right on time, and they took extreme care with our dietary restrictions! Recommended!

Do not recommend. Please DO NOT choose her as your caterer. Very disappointed with the unprofessionalism of the owner. My now husband and I had our wedding date set for July 2020, but the facility (DOW Center fort sask) canceled us because of COVID. Since the facility canceled us, we were forced to postpone our date. The owner of Apulia refused to give us our $2000 deposit back, even though we were not the ones who chose to cancel. She refused to even put that $2000 towards a different event for us. Absolutely sickening. Being a Covid bride and groom is hard enough, but the fact that she had the audacity to rob us like that is awful. Even though this was almost a year ago now, we are still heartbroken and disgusted with that amount of money being stripped away from us. Being newly weds now, that $2000 could have been put towards a downpayment on our first home or even new furniture. Instead it was stripped away from us and we were completely blind sided. Please save yourself the heartache and choose a different caterer.

Do not book catering with Apulia without taking extreme prejudice. The owner of the catering business is a scammer and has been taking peoples deposits since the start of COVID with no intention of fulfilling her end of the contract. She has over the course of the last 8 months lied and tried gaslighting us into saying we could still have our reception any time, even through the law in Alberta has been for many months that no wedding receptions are allowed. She has not been able to fulfill her end of the contract and refuses to return the deposits. I'm sure there are plenty of catering companies in the Fort and surrounding area with much more integrity and honesty! Shame on you Apulia Catering for taking advantage of people and collecting deposits for the past year knowing full well you would never deliver the service.

So disappointing..... When our booking at Dow Centre was cancelled due to COVID restrictions, Apulia refused to return our deposit, even though it was beyond our control. When I inquired to have the deposit but towards a catered take out event instead, Maria refused to even negotiate other services in kind. I do not recommend working with this business at all.
