We hired John and the team at Elegant Affairs for a Christmas Banquet during COVID. The staff followed Covid safety protocol, were very professional and fun to work with. Everyone at the banquet had glowing reviews about how delicious the food was (we chose the 'Festive Turkey Dinner'). They also had vegetarian and gluten-free plates available for our guests. Outstanding performance by Elegant Affairs, I would definitely recommend them for any event. Cheers!

Elegant affairs catered our wedding in July 2017. They were easily the easiest vendor to communicate with that we worked with. The owner John is very personable and will work with you for whatever you need. The prices were very reasonable. But most importantly the service was awesome, everything went exactly as planned and the did was AMAZING! We honestly still have people telling us how great the food was. We had the Traditional Ukrainian Feast.

Where to begin. We met with John about a year ago when we started planning our wedding. My wife found Elegant Affairs through Facebook and after meeting with John, we knew we had our caterer. John was easy going, having been the business for years, and working with him we didn’t have to worry about a thing. John had the perfect Ukrainian plate option for us, and he accommodated our one demand, Nalysnyky. We cannot stress how amazing the food was, over and over all night our guests raved about the food. His team was incredibly professional, polite, and helped make the night perfect. From the very first visit with John I knew he was our guy. We had the privilege of having John cater our wedding in May 2013. The meal was fantastic and he treated us like a King and Queen that day. John's staff was very professional and had only one serious issue that was beyond his control. At the venue we used John heated up the kitchen and some smoke started to fill the building. Of course there were some concerned guests but John came and found me and told me what was going on. He assured me that he would fix the problem and our meal would be served on time. When he left me at that moment I knew I hired the right guy. On your wedding day stress can be a killer and with his professional and friendly personality he was able to let me enjoy my day. He handled the situation and did not expect me to solve it for him. At that moment he was assuring me that all was well and not to worry. I will always remember that moment and the laugh we shared when he was explaining what was happening down there. I will hire him for my next big event. The staff here are amazing! They catered my wedding on July 31st, the ukrainian dinner was phenomenal, and the just beef melts in your mouth, paired with the horseradish is absolutely amazing! The staff were accommodating , attentive and professional nobody was left waiting for food and they left the kitchen spotless! John was a delight to deal with he was stress free and very personable. We were married in 2010, and people still say our wedding meal was the best they have ever had. John was so patient and kind with us. We were very concerned about dinner because to us that is one of the most important parts of a wedding, John took the time to physically show us the cuts of meat we would be getting for our BBQ meal and explained everything. All of the food was fresh home made and absolutely delicious. The cost was unbelievable it was so reasonable.

We called John at Elegant Affairs to Cater our wedding In October 2019. We gave him only 2 months notice, very short notice of our 85 person Wedding, and not only was he incredibly accommodating for us, but he was knowledgeable, had fantastic recommendations and was incredibly helpful to our flustered selves. Add to that that his staff was incredible; attentive, friendly, and efficient. And then the food. The food was -so- good that we still have people asking for the name of the caterer and complimenting the food. Everything was cooked to perfection and so flavorful. The service to the head table was very good, and they made sure we wanted for nothing during dinner. I will gladly recommend Elegant Affairs Catering to anyone who needs a caterer for an event And thank you again, so much, for helping make our special day so much better.

We had Elegant Affairs for our wedding on July 25th, 2015. The food was absolutely fantastic!! (we had roast beef, chicken, perogies, potatoes, ceasar salad, tossed salad, buns and dessert, etc..) and the catering service was great! Our wedding was outdoors (in a 40x80 tent) and it was raining during the dinner, so it wasn't ideal conditions for the catering crew but they were very professional and pleasant to deal with. We met with John, the owner, earlier in the year and from then we knew he was going to be our choice. When meeting with him one of our important questions that we had for him was if he could provide us with references and he handed us a stack of very positive reviews from previous customers and contact references. He was well prepared and even came out the day before to set up some of his equipment to make the wedding day easier. After the wedding we had so many compliments from our guests about the food and catering service, many of them asked who we had gotten so that they could use them for their upcoming events/wedding. The most flattering that we receive was a guest who said that they had been at 8 weddings previously that year and this was by far the best food! Elegant Affairs also had great rates and in many cases was cheaper than other caterers that we had looked at. We are so happy that we decided to go with Elegant Affairs! If you need a caterer make sure you call them!

We acquired John and elegant affairs catering to provide food and beverage services for our outdoor 130ppl wedding on August 7th. I knew I made the right choice as soon as I met John, he was very professional and made some great recommendations to our menu we created for dinner buffet and cocktail reception. Our guests were extremely happy with the quality and portions, my wife is gluten free and vegan, she was extremely please with the freshness and quality of her meal.
